He slugs Asher in the face but it doesn't stop him from striking him with his sword, it hits him right across the arm and he is forced to drop his sword. He lands a kick on Asher and he is knocked off his feet, he looks at where the essence landed and he saw his brother holding it close to his frame while he fought off multiple soldiers at once,
'Loki…" He was so happy to see he was still on his side, he picks his sword with his left hand and he has his brother's back, mercilessly killing her men just to keep her Essence with them, 'there are so many of them!!" It felt like they were never ending.
Until demon wolves began to fight and kill her men at an alarming rate, they look at Czar who beheaded a soldier,
'You thought I wouldn't come back for you?" He smirks at them and they laugh whole heatedly, he tells his wolves to go to the prison to release their men, 'it is Incredible how you got the essence!!" He wanted to hold it but Loki hands it to Mace.
'It was a lot of acting but we finally got it." He could feel his glory days coming view, he would take his kingdom back and put Arcadia in the dust.
'Die you traitor!!" They all evade Sheila's blades, but she aimed them at Loki, it was a near miss and he could feel the pain that was burning in her heart, her form had started morphing as her eyes glowed a dangerous magenta.
'Destruction Harmony!!" A Sonic screech is thrown at the men and they managed to evade it again, Octavia was engulfed in her power, 'give me back my daughter!!" Because the essence he was holding was equivalent to Arcadia's life force. She does another screech and Czar goes for Arcadia while Loki went for Sheila.
Mace tries to run but he is blocked by Asher, he wasn't going to let him leave so easily. It is either he dies or Mace dies. They clash with their swords again and the women battled the other Betas, Asher sees Arcadia crawling Down the stairs with nothing on,
'Arcadia!!" He is distracted and Mace's sword goes through Asher's chest and he falls to the ground, holding the place where he was wounded.
'Too bad, you were a good soldier but you wanted to defend your queen." Mace advances to him with his sword in the air, 'say hi to my parents for me." He jokes before the sword came down.
'Nooo!!" Her eyes glow an eerie magenta and she shifts to wolf form, spearing Mace with all of her body weight, she bites at his chest and the pain he felt was astronomical, she goes for his neck but he holds both her jaws open, while she desperately tried to close them so his hands can come off. He would never be able to use another woman if he didn't have hands.
He kicks her off him and grabs her essence, it releases a Sonic screech at her and she evades it, he kept using to to attack her but she kept avoiding them, her legs were tired but she kept forcing them to move, her speed reducing with every jump over the Sonic waves.
Alas she is hit and tumbles over and over, she tries to stand but her legs are so weak, he strives to finish her with it, wanting her to bleed to death from her own powers but a force tackles him.
He fights off Asher in wolf form but the essence is thrown and it breaks into two, unequal halves.
She sees the opportunity and she kicks her legs back to life and sprints to it, Mace kicks Asher off him and shifts to wolf mode to grab the essence before she did. They ran as fast they could and they both grab a piece, they skid to the other side of the palace entrance and look at their catch.
Arcadia's piece was bigger.
It magically enters and her aura begins to glow once more, Mace kept his part to himself but she was already transforming, she reverts back to human form and so does he. But instead of her to be naked she is in ancient warrior apparel, she morphs her fan out of her essence and throws it at Mace, he evades it but that was just a distraction.
'Destruction Harmony!!!" She uses her mother's famous technique and Mace isn't fast enough to evade it, but Loki runs to him to put up a green shield to protect his brother,
'Mace you need to escape!! Take what you have and run away!!" He tells him as his shield began to crack, 'she is too strong for us!! Run!!" He pushes him away and he is hit by the attack. He is thrown into the walls into the pillars and he groans in pain, standing up slowly.
Mace kicks gear and heads for the exit, she dashes after him with unimaginable speed but she is stopped by Czar's demon wolves. She makes quick work of them and attempts to go for him but he had already fled and so had Czar.
Loki tells the men to escape while they can, everyone is running away from the battle and as he gets to his feet to grab his weapon, Sheila's fan is to his neck,
'Who do you choose?" Her eyes were completely covered with power but they held a deep sense of hurt. He smirks and drops his weapon, holding his arms to.fhe air,
'I made a mistake once, I won't do it again." He goes on his knees, 'will you marry me Sheila?" He proposes.
She is frozen, but the smile that crept up her lips was what made him night. A tear slid down her eye and she nods in agreement, 'yes, I will."
'Master follow me!! I know a place where we can escape too!!" Czar leads the way and they approach a cliff with intense speed, his demon wolves handled the men that Arcadia sent after them.
'Is there a cave where we can hide somewhere?" They finally reach the cliff and Czar looked around for the secret passage, 'I left Loki behind…." Mace felt bad even after all Loki had done for him, they would not spare him. He just lost a brother.
'You can always join him."
And a knife is impaled through his abdomen, Mace coughs out blood and looks at Czar with a look of hurt, but Czar has blood red eyes and pitch black skin, a devilish smirk on his new body, 'goodbye master." He collects the essence from him and pushes him off the cliff.
