Chapter 15: Scandal

Tiffany decided not to startle anyone by making a move. However, she could no longer treat Katie the same way as before. With a cold expression on her face, she turned and walked away.
Tiffany didn't think much of it. She believed Katie must have been embarrassed by Julia, which is why she was so angry.
"Julia, I am about to marry Elio," Tiffany stood beside the hospital bed, sounding triumphant. "See, I told you Elio would be mine sooner or later."
Julia turned her head, her eyes empty and devoid of any emotion. "Get lost."
Tiffany wasn't angry, instead, she continued speaking.
"I told you, no matter what lies I tell, Elio will buy it. Whether it's about the child's heart disease or that absurd accusation of yours."
"Look, he doesn't even bother to investigate. He simply assumes it was you, Julia. How does it feel to be tormented by the person you love?"
Tormented? No, her heart had long turned numb.
How could a heart that had already turned numb feel any pain?
Unbeknownst to the self-satisfied Tiffany, as she uttered these words, a cold figure appeared at the entrance.
Katie always believed that Elio would not let the wedding proceed as planned. At the very least, he would teach Tiffany a lesson.
But he didn't.
Elio stayed with Tiffany until the night before the wedding. Their lovey-dovey display was more than Katie could bear, so she completely broke ties with Elio.
Katie returned to the hospital room, where Julia lay motionless as always.
"Julia," Katie approached and held Julia's cold hand, "Julia, don't blame my brother, he doesn't remember anything now, he..."
Julia drew her hand back, her eyes calm and serene. "You can leave."
Katie shook her head. "I'll stay with you."
Julia turned around, her eyes fixed on the blank wall before her.
'He is getting married, isn't he? He is marrying Tiffany.' She felt some pain rolling through her stomach.
He once promised her an unforgettable wedding, but clearly, he has forgotten everything.
So she will give him a wedding he will never forget.
The next day, the grand wedding of Elio, the CEO of the Parker Group, took place.
Due to the Parker Group's status, the entire online media was flooded with coverage of this century's wedding.
Katie didn't want to go, but Elio exerted pressure on her. If she didn't attend, he would immediately kick Julia out of the hospital.
Watching the emcee on stage, the expressionless Elio, and the smiling Tiffany, Katie wished she could tear that woman apart who had ruined her life!
" Bride, do you consent?"
Suppressing her excitement, Tiffany nodded repeatedly. "I do."
She was about to become the real Mrs. Parker, the mistress of the Parker Group! From now on, she would no longer have to pretend to please Katie.
"Groom, do you agree?"
Elio looked up at the blushing Tiffany, his heart filled with coldness. What kind of woman could go to such lengths?
Suppressing the coldness in his eyes, he evaded her question, "Before I answer that, let's watch a video."
As he spoke, a video appeared on the large projector. Then came the sounds of a woman's ambiguous moans and the slapping of bodies.
When everyone saw the female lead on the screen, they were all stunned.
"Wasn't that person Tiffany, today's protagonist?"
"Mr. Parker, what is this about? Showing people a spring palace play featuring your future wife?"
There was a commotion in the crowd. Before they could think any further, a dialogue played in the video.
"You feel good, right? Who made you feel better, me or Elio?"
The protagonist in the video was not Elio!
The moment the video appeared, Tiffany knew she was doomed.
"No, it's not like that, Elio, don't listen! I-I was forced, really, you have to believe me, this isn't me!" She went insane, trying to grab Elio, but he looked at her coldly, his eyes reminding her of years ago.
The first time she saw him, he looked at her with the same eyes.
As if she were trash.
The video continued playing.
"You... you're the real man, no, slow down. Oh, oh, oh... you... you gave me the most pleasure, he hasn't touched me at all! Don't ejaculate inside, I might get pregnant!"
The words in the video were filthy. Tiffany shouted frantically, "Turn it off! Shut it down immediately!"
