Julia didn't ask Elio what happened to Tiffany in the end.
After staying in the hospital for three days, Elio took her back to the villa.
During the time she was hospitalized, Nathan seemed to have disappeared, never appearing again.
Julia knew that he was intentionally avoiding her because of her previous reaction. She also didn't go looking for him, not even a phone call.
She couldn't give him the love he wanted, nor could she reciprocate it, so this was for the best, regardless of who it was for.
When she was discharged from the hospital, Julia initially planned to go back to Nathan's place. But then she thought that it wouldn't be a good idea to go back now. She wanted to give Nathan time to sort out his emotions, hoping that when they met again, they could still be friends.
As a result, she agreed to Elio's suggestion.
They returned to that villa.

Julia pulled on Elio's sleeve and said, "He's just a child. I'm fine."
Eddie has always been very sensitive. He let go of his hand that was holding onto Julia's leg and quietly looked at her with his pitch-black eyes.
"Mama, are you feeling unwell? Or are you sick?"
Julia squatted down, "Just a little bit sick. But Eddie, you can't be like me, you have to be healthy all the time, okay?"
"Okay!" Eddie crisply replied.
"Also, from now on, you can't call me Mama, okay?"
This time, Eddie didn't immediately answer. Instead, he hesitated, "But..." He wanted her to be his mother.
Eddie looked at Elio with a pitiful expression, "Daddy, can't she be my mom?"
The curve of Julia's lips stiffened, but before Elio could speak, Julia continued, "Poor boy, you should have a mom who wholeheartedly loves you. But I am not your mom."
"But, can't you wholeheartedly love Eddie? Eddie is very good, I can be the best!"
Eddie looked at Julia with anticipation.
Julia embraced him.
Her voice softened, "I'm sorry, I can't give you wholehearted love."
Eddie felt hurt, he hugged her neck and spoke cautiously with a fragile voice, "But Eddie doesn't need your wholehearted love. Just a little bit of love for Eddie is enough. Eddie isn't greedy, even this much can't be given?"
"I'm sorry," Julia had always thought that she would never like this child, but the moment this little guy threw himself into her arms, she knew she could never let him go in her lifetime.
Her main purpose in returning to C Country was to see if he was doing well, followed by Tiffany.
But now, she realized that Eddie had been raised well by Elio. He had good manners and had become a little gentleman. This was good. This way, even if she left, she wouldn't have to worry too much.
