'Every step that moves in the right direction is a goal in itself, after all life is all about the next step
❤️❤️❤️ Emperor Ariadne Will (Part 6)❤️❤️❤️
"Mother, they are threatening us, I am going to deal with them," Morgan said once the last king had shut the door behind him.
"Silence Morgan and let me think. Instead of you being bothered about you not inheriting your father's gift you are here spouting nonsense. Don't you understand what they said?" Empress Rose told her son.
"Then let's not bury the late Emperor," Warlord Marcus suggested and earned a hot slap from his sister, who faced him angrily.
"Will you shut up that stupid mouth of yours. When they were busy running their mouths why didn't you bring out your sword and slain one accidentally Marcus. My husband will be buried and there are no two ways about it. He shall be buried in two days time, sharpen your sword with that of your warriors. You will be guarding us all through the burial. Now leave my sight!"
Marcus nodded his head, holding his slapped cheek with one of his hands, "Of course Empress," he said and left the room.
"Mother, I am not leaving the throne for them, if it is a fight they want then I am prepared to give it to them."
"Oh shut up Morgan and let me think. We are on the verge of losing the throne to someone else," Empress Rose said, getting up on her feet and starting walking from one head of the meeting room to the other. Morgan, who was still seated, was staring at his mother silently. "This shouldn't be a problem for us." she added after a while.
"Have you come up with any idea, mother?" Morgan asked.
"Not yet. We could have requested help from your uncle, Dean, but he has eyes on the throne and we we don't stand a chance against him."
"But Reca is married to one of Uncle Dean strongest Kings...."
he got interrupted by his mother, "Don't let another ear hear you praising another kingdom instead of ours. We shall carry on with the burial after the burial, I will see what those three nicompoo can do."

Fred Room:
Later in the evening......
"Mother, why do you always exclude me in any meeting being held or am I not your son?" Fred asked.
"Don't say such a thing son. Morgan is the first son and the crown Prince of Ashland. It is his duty for him to attend such meetings and not you, you are the second son, your duty is to know the account of the Kingdoms. Your father's burial is in two days, son," she said to him.

Kudarma Kingdom:
Emperor Dean Palace:
Dean Room's:
Kando was seen standing next to Emperor Dean as they were both standing close to the window, staring at the evening sun. Kira was seen sleeping soundly on Dean's bed.
"He's dead, your highness." Kando's voice was heard, he was speaking quietly so that he wouldn't wake up Kira.
"Good, the job is done. I know you and your brother did a very clean job, leaving no trace behind."
"Yes, your highness. Are you paying Ashland a visit?"
"Yes but not now. Let my brother's wife bury her husband first. Send a message to Elliot, tell him I want to see him tomorrow."
"I shall do that your highness," Kando said and left the room in a quiet stride.
Leaving the window to join Kira in the bed, he started kissing her nose, forehead and finally her lips. Kira responded almost immediately. His gentle kiss had woken her up.
He started fondling her breasts with one of his hands as his other hand wandered to the lower part of her waist.

Ashland Kingdom:
Two Days Later......
All the three Kings were present as they came to pay condolence to the Empress.
The whole people of Ashland were present and Rumi wasn't left out. She had left Emera at home and came to the palace. Since they will be burying the Emperor, she has this feeling that Storm will come, he must have heard about the death of the Emperor and will not miss his burial for anything.
The common people were standing outside the gate of the palace and the important people with titles were inside the compound.
Warlord Marcus and four of his warriors carried the Emperor who was placed on a small frame bed which was his height. Marcus was leading his four warriors who had carried the dead Emperor. They stopped once they were standing in front of the palace building and dropped the body there.
Reca came with her five years old daughter. She was sitting close to her mother and brothers.
"We have all gathered to witness the burial of the Emperor who is yet to pass the gate to the other side of the world," Warlord Marcus said. "We are going to bow down our heads for five minutes to pay our last respects to our late Emperor," he added and bowed his head.
Everyone started doing as he said, no noise was heard. it was as silent as a graveyard.
The sound of some horses were heard bringing all their attention towards the place they heard the sound from. The people standing outside the gate cleared the way for the horse riders.
The horse riders stopped their horses once they were inside as a young pretty girl of 20 years old raised one of her hands up.
Everyone was still staring at them.
"Who are you?" Prince Morgan demanded.
"They are with me," A new baritone voice was heard. It was coming from inside the palace building. This grabs their attention as they all turn to stare at the palace building. They heard footsteps approaching and whoever it was, started whistling.
