Chapter 36

'Little drops of water make the mighty ocean, little grains of sand make the land beautiful, little moments get together and make the mighty ages of eternity. Don't consider these little moments useless my brother, they are the creators of the earth.'
❤️❤️❤️ A Man Called Storm (Part 7) ❤️❤️❤️
They fell down to the ground and were rolling on it, screaming out with all their strength even though it had registered in their brain their screaming couldn't produce a sound.
Opening his eyes, he slowly got up and started stretching his bones. The swords that were dangling in the air fell down.
"I guess the one who had sent you didn't tell you what I am capable of doing, right?" he asked expecting no response from them. Placing a finger under his chin, he tapped it gently, "Should I kill you guys or not?"
He released them from their excruciating pains they were going through. By now they were bleeding from their mouths, nose and ears.
"So let's begin from the top, shall we?" he asked waggishly as they were still laying on the ground, breathing very hard and trying to control their breathing. "First of all, who sent you? And the name of the one that sent you?"
None could speak at first, Storm allowed a few minutes to pass then asked again.
"Well, are you telling me or not?"
"Go to hell bastard," one managed to say, getting up to his feet; picking the sword as he stood up, and pointed the sword at Storm. "We've been through worse so....this..... punishment of yours isn't nothing compared to the training we've been through." he added and lunged at Storm.
Storm shook his head with pity and with a fling of his right hand, still the approaching assassin that was almost closer to him. Closing the gap between them, he collected the sword from the assassin and did as if he wanted to hug him and then lean close to his ear. "I wanted to give you an easy death but you choose to do otherwise," Storm said. "In your next life, avoid those who are the element bender." he added and slowly touched the sharp edge of the sword, checking the sharpness of it before swinging it on the assassin , dividing the assassin into two, killing him on the spot.
The remaining five all stood up to their feet and retrieved their swords from the ground and aimed at Storm.
"Oh, so you guys are going to play hard to get? At least before you die, tell me who sent you? You saw what I did to your friend, right? I blood bended him and I will do worse to the remaining of you if you don't tell me who sent you," Storm said, trying to talk to them into letting them tell him who placed the order. When he waited for a few minutes and none of them spoke a word rather they were surrounding him, he smirked, his red eyes started glowing. He made fire come out from his two palms and with a speed they didn't even know he possessed, he circled them, ringing them with fire. The five of them tried to step out of the circle made of fire but couldn't, then to their surprise the ground beneath them started to slowly turn into lava.
Once again, he put them in excruciating pain, silencing their screams as they started burning and sinking slowly into the lava, they were shouting and were in pain. One of the assassins frantically waved at him and with a flip of one of his hands, he carried the assassin out of the lava and watched the others. Once they were all gone, he lifted the one who he had cut into two and threw the two pieces into the lava fire. He threw the swords into the lava fire but kept one. The lava slowly closes. The assassin whom he had left dangling in the air was brought down to the ground and he placed his left finger index on his mouth and ceased the pain he was spreading in his body. The two legs of the assassin were gone due to the lava fire, only his upper body from his waist upwards was left and blood mixed with a little lava was seen pouring out of him.
Stopping the pain and the assassin quickly used one of his hands to cover his mouth, stopping the son that was shaking his body, his face red like flames, Storm bent down close to him.
"I am listening," Storm said to him in a whisper.
"We haven't seen his face once, he wears a long cloak which covers his face. He was the one who had sent us to kill you," the assassin managed to say through his pain. He was still feeling hot, so hot that he was sweating fastly as if they were pouring him a bucket of hot water on him.
"How did you know it is a he?" Storm demanded.
"Because he spoke to us with his real voice, and we know how to differentiate a female and a male voice. He is dangerous, there are many of us, he is coming for you."
"Thanks for telling me in advance." Storm told him.
"I have told you what I know, please I am still in pain, save me." the assassin pleaded.
"Of course I will save you," Storm said to him and smiled down at him, leaning his face closer to the assassin and placing his two hands at each side of the assassin's face. "I am going to stop the pain, you won't feel it again." he added and twisted the head, breaking the neck, breaking the neck of the assassin. He sat down and stared at the half body before him.
He didn't notice the seventh assassin who was watching everything at the top of the palace building. After he saw everything, he left quickly.
At that moment, Storm stared at the top of the building, and smiled and shrugs his shoulders and went back to his previous position to sleep.

The assassin who had left ran out of the palace- he wasn't far from the palace when he met the cloaked figure; the same one who had appeared in Emperor Dean's dream and spoke in multiple voices- who was patiently waiting for them.
"How did it go?" This time around, it was a deep tenor voice asked.
"He killed them and luckily for me I was wise enough not to join them. He is strong and I think he controls all the elements." the assassin responded.
"You did well, I want to know his level of power and I did."
"What are we going to do now, master?"
"We are going to wait for my plan A to work, that is for Dean to do like I told him," the cloak figure said.
