Chapter 25

Axel
For the past two months, we have spent as much time with Merigold as possible. Sometimes it would be both Rowdy and me. Sometimes we would get her to ourselves. It wasn't just for sex. Don't get me wrong sex with Merigold is fucking incredible.No matter how many times we fuck her I still can’t get enough. And she manages to keep up with our large appetite. She is open to trying things. She doesn't hold back. I love seeing her let go knowing we cause it. She seems to have endless energy to go multiple rounds with both of us.
Just spending time with her and the boys are nice as well. And that is something we have never done with any of the girls we have fucked around with. Those girls had one purpose. Get Rowdy and me off. Nothing more. I never even cared if they got off or not.
We have spent time with her and the twins just hanging out watching movies, or watching the boys play. We have spent time with just the boys getting to know them. We play video games, watch cartoons. Hell, I have sat at the table and colored with them. I have never done that before. I hadn’t even thought about it.
We have watched her make designs for tattoos. I like watching her become so involved in her drawings that she has forgotten everything around her. We discover that she designs for her friend Alaric's tattoo shop and she designs for Mac's detail shop. She even does some one-of-a-kind designs for clients. Like what she did for Tank for his birthday. She has had some of her designs on prosthetics for servicemen and women who have lost limbs in their time in the service.
She has never done a tattoo personally but she has done detailed work on cars and motorcycles. Two things make her light up with pride. Her boys and her designs. She loves her family whether it is here or the Alabama crew. But her work and the boys. Yea, that is her whole life. I hoping she will let me and Rowdy be a part of that.
We started to have more dinners at her house to spend time with her and our brothers. She is an amazing cook. It is fun to watch her take care of Tank. He never leaves empty-handed. She always sends him with leftovers and treats. The last time he told her " she was the best little sister ever." She laughed " Tank, I'm your only little sister." " True. Merigold you are going to make someone one hell of an old lady," he said. She hugged him " We will see. Until then how about I just spoil you." " You won't get any complaints from me," he said and kissed her head.
You might think I would be angry or possessive with the way they act with each other. But no. For one I know whose arms she is in at night. And two if it was anyone but Tank or Viper then your right I would rip their arms off and beat them with it. But Tank has never been anything but brotherly towards her. And she loves him like a brother. I can see it in her eyes. It is the same look she gives Viper.
When Rowdy and I are with her no matter what we are doing she shares herself equally. We have watched to see if she favors one over the other. If this is going to work with the three of us Merigold has to be with us equally. But she doesn't show any signs of favoritism. She made sure we get her the same amount of time. If we are in bed she makes sure she is always touching both of us. If we are watching tv on the couch. She sits between us. She gives us both the same stunning smile. And I don’t think she is even trying to do it. It just comes naturally to her.
She is everything we have ever wanted. Her and the twins. While getting to know Merigold we have gotten to know the twins. They are awesome little balls of energy. You can’t but smile and laugh around them. And to think Merigold has raised them by herself. It just shows the great amount of inner strength she has. I know her friends were there to help, but she did the majority on her own. I care about those boys as much as I care about their mother. I’m sure Rowdy feels the same way.
We are sitting in Church as Viper calls it to order. " We have a run in two weeks. Axel, Rowdy, and Brick. You will be on this run. It is a week-long trip. Make sure you are ready." Viper says. Shit, a week with both of us gone. We need to talk to Viper. Merigold should have one of us with her. We need to tell Viper we have been seeing Merigold.
We can’t keep hiding it like our relationship is a dirty little secret. It is anything but. I want to shout out to everyone that Merigold is ours. I don’t want to hide anymore. It feels wrong. I want to say something but something about the way Viper is looking is stopping me.
" There have been sightings of the Reapers passing through for the last two weeks. They haven’t started anything. It could be nothing. But something isn't sitting right with me. Brother's if you aren't with your old lady I want you to put a prospect with her at all times. Am I overreacting? Possibly. But I'm not taking chances." he says. " What about Merigold?" Thor asks. " That's what I want to talk to you about. Not that there she is a higher risk or that she is more important than anyone's family. But if any Reaper found out who she is she could be more of a target." he says.
We all nod in agreement. " What do you want to do Prez?" asks Ace. " I want extra protection for her. I'm asking for brothers without old ladies to take a shift and a prospect to take a shift. I want her and the boys surrounded 24/7." Tank says " I'll take a night shift." Viper smiles " Brother I figured you would be the first to volunteer or at least your stomach did." We all laugh at that. Rowdy nods at me. I look at Viper " I'll take a shift." Brick adds his name then Rowdy.
" Axel, Rowdy, and Brick I thank you. The week you will be out on your run we will have some others to cover you. Hopefully, this will be cleared up before that time. Another thing is I don't want Merigold to want to know anything unless we have to. She is used to having us around all the time so it won't be anything unusual. I don’t want to have to worry her if I don’t have to. I still want to keep her away from the dangerous side of the club. At least for now. " We all agreed to not tell Merigold anything.
Rowdy pulls me aside after church " I don't like the idea of us both being out on a run. One of us should be with Merigold." "I agree brother. But until we make her our old lady we can't do shit about it. And now is not the time to talk to Viper. Not with this shit with the Reapers. But as soon as we get back we will talk to Viper." He isn't happy about it but agrees.
" The night of the road party one of us needs to get a night shift with her. So we can have a night with her before we hit the road. A week without her is going to be bad. I don’t like it but we can’t change it. We need to spend the night with her. I want to have the memory of her to help me get through the week." Rowdy says. “I will make it happen.``
