Merigold
Lilly is huddled up close to me. It has been that way since I got here. I keep her close so these assholes can’t get to her. I promised I would protect her and I have. I will continue to do so until we are out of here. When someone would try to grab her I punch, kick, scratch, whatever I had to to get their disgusting hands off her. I would get rewarded with a slap,kick, or a punch myself. As long as they don’t touch Lilly I’m good. I don't know how long I have been here. I don't even know what day it is. I know days have passed since I see the sun fade and rise out the window. But that is all I know. I haven’t figured a way out yet. They keep the door locked and the window is too small for either of us to fit through.
But they made sure I wasn't bored, that's for sure. Someone would come, bind my hands behind my back so I couldn't get my hands on them. Then they would take me to the fat ass slob that runs this place. Wherever we are. I found out his name is Axe. When it should be more like Tubby. He is the Prez of an MC called the Reapers. A rival of my club. Well, my brothers club but you get the point. They want my Viper’s territory and are going to try to use me to get it. Not going to happen. I don’t know anything about what the club runs. Viper kept me out of that part. Even if I did I wouldn’t tell these fuckers.
Every time I'm brought to him he asks me questions. What is my brother running? What are his routes? Who is he supplying? I have no idea what he is talking about. I've never heard of the things he is asking about. If Viper was doing anything like this fucktard is talking about. Every time I don't give him the answer he wants I get backhanded. I've been threatened, punched, kicked, thrown and knocked out more times than I can remember. I think I have a few broken bones. I know I have bruises and swelling on my face and wrists. I’m sure I have more all over my body. But I’m not taking my clothes off to look. I’m not risking it with these guys around.
When I'm not with Axe I'm with Lilly trying to stay awake and rest. I fear if I fall asleep I won’t wake up. I keep her calm by telling her about my family, the twins, the MC. I've tried to reassure her that my brothers will find us. That they won't let me down. But honestly, I'm starting to wonder if that is true. If Viper might be thinking I’m too much of a bother to look for me. I'm getting increasingly weak as time and the beatings go on. I'm so bruised it hurts to breathe. I couldn't even fight back the last time one of the goons came to get me. They just drug me out of the room.
I told Lilly that if I couldn't make it out, I would make sure she did. I wanted her to go straight to the club and tell them I sent her. They would take care of her. They will make sure she is safe. I gave her instructions to give to Viper. I even told her my nickname that Jace gave me ‘Snow’. I gave her a message to give to Alaric.
" Merigold, I'm scared." She confesses. I'm scared too but I don't tell her that. Breathing hurts and I can barely stay awake but I manage. " Don't be. Just remember what I told you. Find the club. Find Viper or Tank or Lug Nut. Anyone I told you about. They will take care of you. Give them the messages. Make sure they know I sent you." Before I could say more I passed out with my head in her lap.
