Planning

We gather around the conference room in my house because planning and plotting in the king's mansion would be too suspicious and that is where the killing is aimed, Joshua, Sorin, Alejandro, and I, we discuss the matter at hand and go over all the killings up till now, these were not random killings, they were planned and carefully executed.

it's like he wanted to be found. like he knew we will get to him, he was expecting to be found out.

"We need to find a loophole, something that will help us understand why these are taking place," one of the young Alpha said I think his name is Jasper.

"We know why "the other one rolled his eyes "he is crazy that's why," he grunts unhappily not caring about the matter like it's beneath him.

We ignore him and continue "first things first, we need to gather information about his past, what he was before he turned into a psychopath." I explained, there were nine of us right now and all of them were partially invested in the killings of the innocent people, I rolled my eyes mentally at their stupidity, they think we need some kind of plot to defeat them, what a joke.

"We know that he too was a very powerful Alpha of his time but something snapped in him that started the killing, the first person he killed was... was..." Jasper stops nervously looking around the room, his eyes landed on the very serious Alejandro, he didn't look back at anyone in the room, just stared ahead, looking at me all his focus was on me and everything that I was saying.

Jasper gulped nervously looking back and forth from Alejandro to me, I gave him an encouraging nod, and he sighed " His first murder was his mother, he killed his mother first," silence, complete and utter silence. there was this grim ambiance in the room and it was too obvious.

all of the other Alphas kept glaring at Alejandro like it was not the prince but Claudius the murderer in this room.

I growl lowly so all their attention was solely on me "His first murder gives us our first victim, all of his murders up till eighteen years ago were purely out of rage but now they look like he is killing for sport." I explained trying to divert the focus back to the main topic.

All the other Alphas nod their heads in understanding, we discuss some more than dismissed.

I walk out the door last but was pulled back and the door shut on my face, I smiled as the delicious, sparks erupt on my skin, I turn around and face a hard face, Alejandro, as my smile reaches my eyes his turned soft.

"is there a reason you are stopping me? Your Highness," I teased my back leaning on the door, he leaned closer to my face. my heartbeats speed up at our closeness.

'I know my sudden change in behavior is a bit out of the blue but the more time I spend with him is more I get to know him and the more I know him the more I fall' just yesterday we were together hanging out in his house, he found a nice house at the edge of the place grounds and it is the most peaceful place in the entire kingdom, we talked and got to know each other, not everything of course but just a few things to make me understand that he is not a bad guy, it was just bad circumstances. we are ok now, I think.

it would have been great if we could have gotten along from the very beginning but it is better not to cry over the spilled milk.

"yes, I would like to have a word with my Mate, preferably with no clothes on," his husky voice and vulgar words make me weak in the knees, I gulp nervously not expecting him to play this game with me.

"what cat caught your tongue?" he teased smirking evilly.

he nuzzles his face on my neck and wraps his arms around my waist, pulling me closer to his warm body. I sigh in contentment loving the embrace of my mate.

I wrap my arms around him too, pulling him into me trying to scent mark him with my own.
