Morally right

"Is this necessary?" I asked when Craig explained his idea of hunting the witch, and it wasn't something I would have suggested. I knew including him was a bad idea.

He rolled his eyes "Yes, for the hundredth time Lorenzo, it's crucial, we need Alejandro to find the witch to see if she is still be bound to him, so in that case, we need his body and his full attention but we all know it's going to very difficult to get Alejandro here if he is conscious, so, I need you to use this," he held up a small vial filled with transparent liquid, "Just sprinkle a couple of drops in his drink and stay with him for a few minutes until it takes effect and then drags him here with you, simple" the way he said 'simple' made me want to get him to do it instead.

"And don't worry the solution is odorless, tasteless, and no one can detect it unless you are being too obvious," he smiles sarcastically, I glare at him for being so annoying. ' Calm down Enzo, you are the one that needs his help' I try to calm down my uprising suppressed anger towards this imbecile.

"Craig's right if what you saw last night is true then whatever or whoever is controlling Alejandro figures out our plan, he could snap and can harm you in dangerous ways," Josh sided with Craig. there is a first time for everything I think.

I sighed not wanting to go ahead with their crazy plan but in some way they were right, it would be better if Alejandro was unconscious during the binding spell Craig was going to perform to locate the witch using their connection. he isn't a great fan of mine when he is awake.

Regretfully I grab the outstretched vial and walk out of the room, I place the bottle in my jeans pocket and walk towards my room, it was still afternoon so I still had some time. doing such a strong spell on a thousand-year-old witch required lots of power and Craig announced that his power flourishes the best during midnight.

I walk around the castle and end up at the arena, the place was still the same and there were pack members that were still training the hardest. one of the members notice me and bowed respectfully, others follow him and everyone in the arena stopped what they were doing and was bowing to me. I nod my head at them and signal them to continue what they were doing.

Sorin looked at me with his arms crossed in front of him, he looked bigger than he already was and much more muscular. I walk to him and stand next to him watching others train.

"Thought you weren't going to come," he asked his voice neutral, he glanced at me while speaking then went back to watching the packmates train.

"Yeah, me too but things happen and now I'm here," was my answer to him. he nods his head and doesn't ask anything else.

I break out of character and finally ask him the question I'm too dying to know the answer to, "Who is this Rose person and why is she still here?" the corner of his lips lifts in a small smirk like he was expecting me to break out of that fake exterior.

"So much for not caring huh," he teased before looking back at me, "I'll tell you if you help me train the new batch of teens," he nods at the group of boys and girls who were laughing and playing around unlike everyone else.

I groan out loud because training teenagers was the worst training session because they never listen, " I'll do it if you tell me now," I bargain

He looks at me amused "If I tell you now, you might want to murder Rose and then torture your mate until the end of time," his words made me nervous and anxious.

"It's that bad, huh," I murmured lowly playing with my feet, watching the soil move.
