The Beginning of the End

Sorin was trying to control Craig (the Witch) as much as he could, but the witch is too strong, way too strong for one single beta wolf to handle. he kept attacking Sorin with his cursed spells every chance he got, watching them fight reminded me of my time when I hated my mate but look how the reality turned out.

'they are going to be fine, ' I thought to myself and carried on fighting the wolf in front of me.

but I never intended to harm Alejandro the way Craig is trying to harm Sorin, harming is the light word, he was trying to kill him, harsh, but true. and he kept mumbling spells, which wounded Sorin more than he showed. blood seeping out of his body, the twist in his feet says a lot about how badly broken it is, but he kept trying to hold his mate, at least hold him back from killing all our pack members, Sorin was doing a far better job then I could ever have.

I glance at Alejandro and Claudius, oh God! there was so much blood. I run towards them hoping to be of some kind of help to Alejandro, in defeating Claudius but was stopped before I could reach them.

the rogues that were protecting Claudius blocked my way by pushing me down on the ground, stomping on me, somehow they were stronger than average Alphas which made me wonder, how? how is it possible to become stronger than a pack wolf?

Alejandro roared when Claudius pierced his Lazer with sharp fangs In his shoulder, blood spilled everywhere, he then took out a chunk of flesh while retrieving.

I felt that gruesome pain shoot through my body as the mate bond between us had grown stronger. I scream in pain, withering on the ground as the rogue puts pressure on my back, shoving me down.

Alejandro's head snaps in my direction and the roar he gave out was the scariest roar I have ever witnessed. his eyes turned black completely, his beast was furious, my wolf felt the power his mate showed, and his chest swelled with pride, I tried getting back up but the more I tried, my ribs gave out on me, they were healing the wrong way and the pain got multiplied every time I tried moving. I whimpered helplessly as I watch Alejandro lose his human side to his beast completely.

he growled so powerful, the ground shook with its force, he snapped his head back at Claudius and jumped on him with his ginormous form and tackled him, holding his beast down, trying to bite, rip and claw any skin he could grab on to. Claudius growled back kicking him off of him and biting his neck.

I try to wiggle out of the rogue's hold and kick him off but other rogues joined him to push me down, this was getting harder and harder with every passing second.

the fight between the two of them was getting intense, they were fighting till death.

Alejandro moved too fast, his bloodthirsty beast ripped Claudius's right leg and bit it off. Claudius roared in pain that's when he had too much, he flipped Alejandro overusing his full strength and held him down, then bit him on his neck drawing blood and breaking his shoulder bones.

I push myself up and run towards my mate, trying to protect him as much as I could but Claudius holds out his beasty arm out and held onto my throat, choking me. I try to kick and punch him, claw at him but no matter what I did, he was so strong.

Alejandro growled biting into Claudius' leg but got a kick in the face, he watches the two of us with amusement in his eyes. he chuckled while stepping off of Alejandro and moving forward, He tried getting up but the blood loss took a toll on him. he laid on the ground spent, tired and drained, watching me helplessly struggle in Claudius's hold.

he growled when Claudius tighten his hold on my neck, Claudius shifted back to his human self his hand still wrapped around my neck, he laughed looking at Alejandro " look at you so weak," he mocked him "look at what you have become if you didn't leave then I would have made you the strongest beast that has ever existed " he growled.

"Remember how we used to have fun with the stupid omegas?" he asked his head tilted upwards like he was trying to recall the good old days. Alejandro growled warning him to back off but it seemed to have the opposite effect. it gave Claudius an extra push to spill whatever secret he was harboring.

"oh, don't tell me you haven't had that talk with your so-called 'mate'," he laughed as he shifted me closer, turning me around so my body faced Alejandro but my back was against Claudius, he tightened his hold on my throat, I could feel the veins popping on my face and my eyes blurred as oxygen was slowly leaving my body.

"don't " Alejandro warned choking on his blood.

Claudius chuckled then looked at me "do you want to hear a story, dear mate?" he asked, I tried not to respond but he squeezed his hand blocking my airway. "once upon a time there was a young Alpha, he was sent away from home at a very young age, he was tormented by an old bastard who wanted nothing to do with the young Alpha, but one day the boy freed a poor trapped soul, aka me" he gestured himself " he was so good, " he laughed " he was so desperate for family love and acceptance that he never against me," he moved walking around Alejandro dragging me with him " to please me he had killed an entire village, including the little newborn babies," he mocked.

I froze in my place not expecting the words that left his mouth, I glance at Alejandro and found him glaring at Claudius with hatred "not just that, he also killed his great grandfather for me," he smiled creepily

I gasped shockingly that's when Alejandro shifted into his beast and jumped on Claudius, I fell to the ground with a thud whereas Alejandro wrestled Claudius at the edge of the clearing where there was a cliff which I hadn't noticed before. he pushed Claudius off the cliff and growled so loud, that the entire forest shook with its power.

he turned to face me in his beast form, I stepped back unknowingly he whimpered sadly, he started walking towards me but stopped when a hand grabbed his foot. Alejandro turned to see Claudius holding his weight on his leg, then he glanced at me.

"I won't let you live Alejandro, I die you die," Claudius warned while pulling himself up

I looked into his eyes and they were numb with tears he let out a little growl like he was trying to say something, my heart fell down my stomach when a bad feeling made its way into me.

I moved forward, but he had already shifted back to his human form, he looked at me and smiled then looked back at Claudius.

"you will pay for all the horrible things to have done, Claudius," he said with the authority, his body puffed with power, every ounce of it.

"the hell you are talking about," he pushed himself up but Alejandro didn't let him, he kept his hold on him for as long as he could.

"You started this and now I will put an end to you and this curse," he said to him and turned to face me.

I shook my head at him while running towards him but he had already jumped off the cliff pulling Claudius along with him.

I screamed holding my hand out to hold onto him but I was too late. I howled to the sky when the thin string of our mate bold broke with a snap.

he was gone
