CHAPTER 25
Mark's POV
"I should have known the son of a bitch would do something like that."
"I was shocked but if you give us an order we can go kill him."
"No, don't do that Leo. I'll be the one to do that myself. I've got a business party to attend in Spain and that's where I'll kill the mother fucker for stealing from my plantation and wasting my men like they were some kind of toy to him."
"Okay, king. When will the party take place so I can arrange for everything?"
"It's tomorrow but I'll be leaving tonight but before then I need you to find something else for me."
"Okay, boss. I'm all ears."
"Find out if Madison Williams is still in the country."
"Sure, boss. I'll get back to you as soon as possible."
"I want to find out everything including her movements."
"Okay, king."
"That's all, you can go ahead with the research." I ordered.
I'll take Madison along with me to the party so I can get the job done without any suspicion. She's going to be my date for the party and my ticket to finding that son of a bitch and show him who he is dealing with. Nobody touches what's mine and goes scott free without facing my wrath.
"Mark, what's up?" Alex inquired walking out of the restroom.
"Leo got me information of who ambushed the plantation."
"Has he found the son of a bitch who did it?"
"Yes and it's Charles, my business rival and the man I hate with everything. He also got his recent location."
"That cock sucker. Let's go find him and waste him."
"Chill, Alex. As much as you are angry, you've got to control yourself. I've got a better idea to get him at my disposal."
"Tell me, it's something that will send him straight up to his grave."
"Of course buddy. You know me better than anyone."
"That sounds sweet. Tell me how you want to do it?"
"There is a party I'll be attending in Spain and he's one of the invited guests as well so that's how I'll get the son of a bitch and waste him."
"Wow, bro. I must say, you've brought up a very smart idea."
"Thanks man but I'll have to go with someone."
"Say no more. I'll go with you." He gushed.
"You won't be going with me, buddy. I've got someone else in mind."
"What the hell, man!"
"Cool off bro." I smirked.
"Tell me, who is it?"
"It's Madison Williams. Bro, you know I'll need a female as an escort to such a party so as not to get suspicious."
"Does that mean I won't go, seriously?"
"Yeah bro. You aren't going but you can spend quality time with Rosy at the mansion, I won't mind."
"Of course I will even without your approval and moreover, I'm cool with that but I wish it could be that strange lady called Casabella."
"Hey buddy. Don't bring that psycho lady up."
"I'm just saying. You don't have to get serious, okay?"
"Good. You can watch over Rosy and make sure she's alright."
"She's my woman dude. Why don't you look for your own and leave her for me."
"Don't attack me that way man. She's my sister so you don't have to use her words against me."
"Whatever bro."
"Much better."
Casabella's POV
It didn't take me up to fifteen minutes to arrive at my parents grave.
I walked towards their graves and kneed in between their cold stones and placed the flowers I got on my way on each grave.
"Hi dad, mum. It's been a long time since I've come to see you both. How have you both been doing?" I enquired and didn't get any reply, just the chirps of birds.
"I know you both are doing great just like I am. I just wish you both were here with me."
"They're in a great place dear, but I'm here for you." I heard Mr. Henry uttered behind me.
"You're here already? Good morning Sir."
"Good morning Casabella. I hope I didn't keep you waiting?"
"No, you didn't. I just got here not quite long as well." I explained and got up from my position.
"That's okay. Let's go to my car and have a proper discussion."
"Okay." I answered and we proceeded to his car.
"I heard Andrew went on a business trip."
"Yes he did."
"Interesting! Get in." He opened the door and I got in.
"So tell me, what did you want me to do for you?"
"Ummm...I need a favour from you, to help me keep something safe."
"Okay, where is it?"
"It's the will papers of my father. My uncle took it away from me and lied to me that it isn't in his possession."
"How did you manage to get it?"
"He hid it in his wardrobe and thought of keeping it out of the house until I'm fully ready to take the possession that rightfully belongs to me."
"I can't believe he could do this to you. Where are the papers?" He asked and I brought it out from my bag and handed the envelope to him.
"This is your father's signature, I remember it vividly." He said and I nod in response.
"I promise, I'll keep it safe until you come for it. Your father was a good man and the best business associate I've ever worked with."
"Thank you, Mr. Henry. I'm really grateful."
"You're welcome dear. If you don't mind, you can call me godfather if that's alright with you. You see, I don't have a daughter and I was hoping I could call you that."
"It's okay. I love it that way, godfather." I commented and he smiled.
"Thank you so much, my daughter. It really feels great to call someone that."
"You're welcome, godfather. I'd like to take my leave now before Lora gets back and finds out I didn't do what she assigned to me."
"What did that witch ask you to do?"
"It's nothing serious. I can take care of it."
"Please, don't keep things away from your godfather."
"Alright. She assigned me to clean the house."
"What!!! Don't tell me you've been doing that all these years?"
"Well, yes and it is not a big deal anymore."
"I won't allow you to do it. You need to stand up and fight for your rights. You can't just sit down and watch them keep tormenting your life. Think about it, my dear."
"I still need to do some things before getting a good lawyer to stand up for me. Also I don't want any of them to know that the original will papers are missing."
"Good thought. I know what to do ." He stated and brought out his phone.
"What do you want to do?"
"I will scan these original copies and ask my manager to create duplicate copies that look just like this one but aren't."
"I still don't get it. What has that one got to do with the original one?"
"You're too naive, my dear. It means I'll give you the duplicate copies to replace back in Andrew's room so he won't notice any changes in the papers but it won't be of any use once he presents it to his lawyer. I hope you understand now?"
"God! I didn't think that way."
"It's a good thing I thought of that. They would have found out the papers have gone missing."
"Thank you godfather for coming to my rescue."
"It's nothing, my child. Let me send this to my manager so he can get it done and come down here with it."
"Okay."
Mark's POV
"Yes Leo. Did you get the information."
"Yes boss. She's still here in New York but will be leaving by tomorrow."
"Did you find out her current location?"
"She's at Zion of Jerusalem Orphanage."
"Okay. I'll take it from there and arrange for the plane."
I need to go and meet her there or I'll lose the chance of killing that mother fucker.
I dropped the call and placed a call through the telephone to my secretary.
"Hello sir."
"Inform the bodyguards to get the cars ready and send for Alex."
"Okay Sir." She responded and ended the call.
I'll need Alex to follow me and also help me convince Madison into accepting to go to Spain with me for the party.
I was lost thinking of a perfect idea to tell Madison when Alex showed up.
"Bro, you called for me?"
"Yeah buddy. I need your help."
"Spill it out. I'm here to help." He cheered and took a seat.
"I want you to follow me to Zion of Jerusalem Orphanage to meet Madison and also help me with an idea to make her follow me to the party."
"What's in for me?"
"I'm serious, man."
"I know. Just joking with you, man, so when are we going?"
"Right now."
"Alright let go. I've got an idea for you but I'll be the one to do the talking when we get there, is that okay by you?"
"Sure buddy. Thanks."
"Don't mention, bro. Let go."
"Sure." I replied and we headed out of the office.
