CHAPTER 25

It was as if they returned to the time twelve years ago, they would sleep with her and do this kind of thing. She didn’t have a lot of time left before she leaves for her marital home, they were going to miss her so much.
Encha finally went to bed while sleeping in her parents’ embrace and the couple smiled at each other before joining their child.

He was in his car when he saw a girl getting abducted by a man in his forties. He wanted to go and save the child which is the reason why he didn’t call the police.
He had his driver follow the abductor at a distance until the car stopped in an abandoned industrial area. He got out of his car and walked towards the man who was busy slapping the child out of the car.
“Your parents love you so much, I wonder how devasted they will be when they hear of your gruesome death?” the man smirked as he watched the girl tear up.
He even grabbed her chin and forced her to look at him.
“Those pests just couldn’t die but you are way too easy, I will enjoy killing you.”
Keaton felt very disgusted watching such a person doing this to a child, he was about to rush and take the girl from the lunatic but what he never expected was the girl’s reaction.
“So, it is you who had been trying to kill my parents in this one month? Do you have any idea how hard I worked to get these pair of parents and yet a scum bag like you just want to take them from me? I will not let anything happen to them again, since you have brought yourself to me then go and meet your maker!” the young girl was fuming at the older man who now looked petrified by the change of events.
Keaton’s interest was piqued now and decided to watch how the girl will deal with everything. So, he waited and watched as the girl threw the man in the car and with a snap of her fingers the car was on fire.
He watched as the girl just stood there watching as the fire engulfed the older man, he was shocked to see that such a girl will have the guts to watch a man die without feeling anything.
After making sure that he was dead the young girl left the area while singing a bedtime story tune. He couldn’t help but laugh but when he saw this. He had never been interested in a woman but this girl had surely wormed her way in his heart by her ruthless ways.
He gave orders to have all the CCTVs with her for that day to be erased and not to see the light of day and to investigate the girl’s background. This was how Keaton first met Enchantia, she killed the man who tried to kill her whole family and burnt the person alive.
Every time they met, she was always doing something illegal, for example this other night she was busy beating a gang of five who wanted to corner her and give her a scolding. She left them blue and black before she robbed them of their money which she used to buy herself some good food before returning home as if nothing had happened.
He was surprised to find out later that she was now using those gangsters as her employees who were in charge of selling potions. He bought some and tried them and they were good. He decided to promote the business and bought as much as he could.
He even began to stalk her a lot, looking at her when she was not doing any arson or beating people was refreshing. He enjoyed watching her acting like a child and then an adult the next second.
When he saw that she was nearing her adulthood he knew that it was time for him to act otherwise the little girl will agree to one of those boys’ confession and all hell will break loose.
This is how Keaton came up with the solution of just coercing the little girl in a marriage after all being romantic was not in his blood. He just never expected for the girl to agree without making a fuss that he even believed that he had been fooled and played.
He watched her for over three years, he knew what sizes she wore, what food she loves and hates, what colors intrigues her and what things irks her and makes her happy. He can be considered to be her walking encyclopedia.
Others will think that he is a pyscho since he got turned on by a child committing arson but only himself knows that it was the courage and the determination that they girl showed that day. In order to protect her family, she was willing to make such a ruthless decision and deal with her enemy.
This was the greatest quality that his clan’s matriarch should possess. He hated white lotuses and green tea bitches the most. Someone who accepted herself as she was, was perfect for him and Enchantia became the perfect candidate.
So, what if she was still young and he was over thirty already? There were many cases were men married women who were over twenty years younger than them. It wasn’t like he was that old at his age, in order to keep his vigilance, he didn’t stop exercising. What if the little girl poked on his weakness?
He just never expected for her to just accept him as he was and to even think that the little girl had thoughts on him made him feel that these three years were not in vain.
He was glad that he met her that day and decided to follow her otherwise he would have lost a treasure. She was his treasure and he was going to protect her at all costs even it meant going against the world because of it.
