CHAPTER 26

In order to let Encha forget about all worrisome things, the couple decided to let Keaton the young girl out for some weekend outing or anything. She seemed to listen to Keaton better so they sent their daughter into the wolf’s den.
Encha who had been allowed by her parents to spend the weekend with Keaton was very excited, she had missed the other a lot as she was busy studying and not meeting Keaton in person but just calls.
Encha packed her bag with just a few sets of clothes to change since she was going for just two nights and three days.
What Encha didn’t expect was for Keaton to take her out of the country. Keaton took her to one of his private islands that looked desolated except for the villa that stood erect on the lone island.
She was happy to be spending some time alone with him without the need of being disturbed by some calls and people who just shows up without notice.
The island had a caretaker that welcomed them when they arrived and since she didn’t understand what the old man was talking about, she left everything to Keaton who dealt with it smoothly.
She was taken into a bedroom where she got cleaned up while Keaton was away. She was just tired so she needed to eat some food and get to bed. Luckily Keaton returned after washing up and he looked hot and sexy in that blue jean trousers that hung low on his waist exposing the v-line that made her imagine a lot of crazy things.
Keaton chuckled as he pulled the other out of the room before she pounces on him. Keaton took Encha to the dining room where the girls’ face lit up as she saw food on the table.
Like a glutton, Encha ate her food with delight and the caretaker was also happy to see that his gift was being appreciated. After having dinner Keaton took Encha outside for a walk while he showed her how the night will be like on the island.
“It’s beautiful, we should come back here another time,” Encha complimented happily as her small hands were in Keaton’s big ones.
“We will come back; you don’t have to worry. I still have more places to show you.”
“You just promised, don’t go back on your words!”
“You are the lady boss, so I will not renege on my promise.”
“Good then.”
Encha was in a good mood that she let Keaton led her everywhere while the two talked about school, wedding and other stuff that didn’t include the Leighs or the Saunders. Around ten the two returned back to the villa where Keaton covered her eyes with his hands.
“What are you scheming?” Encha asked as she held tightly on his arm with her eyes covered.
“Just be patient and you will find out soon.”
“It better be good or else I will get angry!” she cutely threatened and he chuckled. She was enjoying this and yet she was acting all high and mighty. What a funny girl?
Encha was overflowing with happiness, it was the first time that this man of hers was doing something like this so she was ecstatic to see what awaits her when she arrives.
Keaton could sense the girl’s eagerness and he hoped that she will not be disappointed. When he removed his hands that were covering her eyes, he closed his ears as the young girl screamed.
“Daddy, you. Ahhhh this is beautiful! When did you do this?” Encha asked happily as she roamed all over the room.
The room was the master bedroom she didn’t see when she arrived and the room was decorated with roses, chocolates, ribbons and balloons. On the bed there was a heart made of roses and in the middle was a box.
Encha looked at Keaton with raised eyebrows, the man already gave her a ring so what was in that box again? He wouldn’t be wasteful again?
Seeing those furrowed eyebrows, he knew that she was thinking something crazy so he walked towards the bed and picked the box he carefully prepared and returned to her.
He stopped in front of her and smiled at her before he went down on his knee. Encha was shocked when she saw this, this man already proposed in his domineering way. Why was he doing it again?
“What are you doing again?” she asked anxiously, her heart was racing making her edgy.
“We will be getting married in a few weeks and I wanted to formally propose to you before we tie the knot. I love you Encha, everything about you entices me, all the good and the bad makes the whole of you.
Our start was not as romantic as it should be and was filled with threats, blackmailing and lies but I want you to know that I don’t regret knowing you and doing what I did. I just didn’t know how to approach you and make you be mine without doing that.
I just wanted you so bad I didn’t mind becoming a bad man. I am crazy about you, Encha and I will go to the end of the world just to have you by my side. So Encha, will you marry me?” Keaton made a heartfelt confession that made Encha cry.
She also knew that their beginning was just rocky even though filled with sweetness but this was just too romantic and she was glad that he proposed to her. She just never thought that he would bend his knee and do all of this. How can she reject him when he meant all the world to her?
He was her life, her greatest pillar and above all her safety pin. Without him she will crumble and end up for the worst. He was the one keeping her balance, making her feel what it was like to belong and be loved by others.
With him she didn’t need to pretend or show one side of her but with him she could be who she really is and let the beast out.
“I will marry you as many times as you want me to. I love you too Keaton, let’s be together and never separate,” there was desperation in her voice that made his heart warm and ache at the same time.
Keaton stood on his feet and hugged the girl in his arms while soothing her with kisses. Enchantia who had been taken by surprise with this sudden proposal and confession, was crying and Keaton coaxed her in a pampering manner till she stopped.
