Chapter 17.
Estella’s POV.

It’s been 3 weeks since the fire at my Luna ceremony, it’s been quiet. The rogues have left us alone which isn’t making any sense, we still don’t know why they are attacking or what they want. Collin has been so stressed since everything happened. I feel it every night he gets in bed his body’s tense, even when he finally relaxes he’s still on edge. Misfit has also been spending her nights sleeping on top of him so she can sense it too.

Him and the other Alpha’s have been having meetings weekly to stay caught up on each other’s packs to see if there are any more unexplained attacks. He always looks so worn down when he’s done, I can feel him through the link, the weight the stress bares is getting to be a lot.

We postponed our meeting with the fae until this is sorted out. So for now learning my family history is on hold. One thing we did notice since the fire is other members have been going missing. 3 wolves from our pack vanished without a trace, 3 from Alpha Orlando’s pack, a few from the packs sharing the east coast. We went from random attacks to random kidnappings. God what is going on I think to myself.

I get up out of bed as my stomach turns. I throw my hand over my mouth and run to the bathroom as I barely make it. All the stress must be getting to me too. I sit on the floor trying to catch my breath when I hear a knock at my door.
“Come in.” I say quietly Collin slowly opens the door before joining me on the floor, misfit now walking circles around me pressing her body in to mine as she goes.

“Are you ok?” He asks as I just slowly nod with my eyes closed.
“I think I’m stressed.” I say “I’ve been living in a constant state of nausea all week, I think everything is just getting to me.” I mention as he sits beside me rubbing my back. We stay like this for a few more minutes while I wait for the nausea to pass, when it finally has we both get up and decided to take a shower.

“Do you know anything else about the rogues or missing wolves?” I ask him curiously.
“We actually caught one of the rouges last night.” He says with a small smile. “There was an attack on the north side last night, a few of our warriors were injured but not before they killed 3 rogues and captured one alive.” He says while I listen attentively.

“So now what?” I ask.
“We question him to find out what he knows?” I ask inquisitively.
“Something like that.” Collin responds as he rinses out my hair and I turn to him, holding his face, his bright green eyes shimmer back at me. I kiss him deeply as his body presses against mine, the hot water pelting down on top of us as our tongues dance together fighting for dominance.

Sparks fly from each kiss as he begins to move his way down my neck on to my chest, sucking on my hard nipples flicking his tongue as he goes. Small moans escape my mouth as I flourish beneath his touch. Suddenly he picks me up wrapping my legs around his waist as he steps out of the shower carrying me to the counter, he places me down as my hands travel through his hair pulling his lips harder to me and I feel his large member at my entrance. He holds my tail bone with his large hand while he pushes himself inside of me making me cry out as I feel him stretch me filling me.

“I love you, my little mate.” He says keeping his pace slow and deep as I moan loudly.
“I love you too.” I say between breaths, I hold on to him as he continues to thrust in to me. He reaches up rolling my nipple gently between his fingers making my body shiver as I lean my head back enjoying each movement as my orgasm builds. I get louder as I begin to pinch my fingers in to Collin’s back getting closer, he picks up speed and I release pulling my nails down his back he growls loudly finishing inside of me.

I lay lifeless on top of him as he holds me up, he swoops his arms under my legs carrying me to the bed. Placing me down, I curl up under the blankets closing my eyes to relax, every time with him is amazing and I never want it to end. Our souls intertwine with each other pulling us as one. Our body’s collide and the universe stops, our minds connect sharing our emotions and while shatter together as one person. It takes everything out of me, I’m lost in my mind slipping away in to a peaceful nap.

When I wake up Collin is gone and I’m alone in bed. I stretch my body out and look up at the clock 11am, well I thought I slept longer. Misfit purrs lifting her head up with her eyes still closed, I pet her softly as I roll over to face her. I examine her small features touching along her soft face while she chatters away to my affection, I continue for a few moments before deciding to finally get up.

I get out of bed and pulling on my grey baggy jogging pants and a long sleeve top, god I feel like crap today. I stand in front of the mirror looking at my pale face as I pull my hair back in to a messy bun, my stomach grumbles and I realize I’m starving. I grab on to the sink to steady myself, I get really dizzy as my body heats up and I feel like I might pass out.

I go to the kitchen to find something to eat when Steele comes in.
“Hey, there you are. What are you doing today?” She asks as I look up to groan.
“I don’t know, I don’t feel great I was just going to lay in bed and watch movies, do you want to join me?” I ask grabbing a container of strawberries and a peach.

“Sure!” She adds. “What do you want to watch?” She asks.
“I was just going to find something when I get up there.” I say closing the fridge and leaving the room as Steele grabs two water bottles and rushes out behind me. When we get back upstairs Steele starts going through the movies as I lay in bed munching strawberries.

“Do you know anything about the rogue they caught last night?” I ask her curiously as my mind wonders back to Collin this morning.
“Not really Enzo didn’t say much last night he seemed really tired, and since Collin brought you home I don’t have much to do with pack business anymore. Collin would rather me stay with you, especially with rogues running around.” She says stealing a strawberry. After eating I begin to feel a bit better, Steele and I watch two movies before I fall asleep.

I see the small glimmers flying through the dark spiralling around me, I watch them closely as they flutter by. They seem to be trying to lead me some where, I use all my energy to push forward and follow them. Next thing I know I’m back in the beautiful field, I can hear soft voices speak all around me but can’t find anyone. The warm sun kisses my skin as I walk through the field trying to soak in my surroundings.

In the distance I notice a tall palace it shimmers brightly against the sun and is absolutely gorgeous, I notice small shimmery butterflies floating around playing with the glimmery lights. I decide to sit down for a bit and watch them observing them fly around playing with one another.

I’m woken up by Collin crawling in to bed in the pitch black.
“What time is it?” I ask through my groggy voice.
“Around 1 am.” He responds wrapping his arms around me.
“Did you find anything out about the rogues?” I ask, waiting for him to respond I hear his breath steady when I realize he’s asleep. I groan moving closer to snuggle in to him. I just want to know what’s going on.
