Chapter 9.
Estella’s POV.

I wake up and it’s still dark everything’s quiet and I feel Collin’s hot breath on my neck, he’s still fast asleep with his large heavy arm draped over my body holding me to the bed. I stare out the window at the huge glowing moon thinking about my parents trying to remember any details I can that may help. Misfit stretches out beside me as I start to drift back off to sleep.

The hot sun shines in through the window warming my face making me smile, I love the sun so much. I always wake up happy when the sun is shinning. Collin kisses my back gently as I stretch, pushing my feet out. He laughs as he nips my neck and I quickly spin to face him giggling.

"Good morning mate." He says planting a kiss on my lips hard sending jolts through my body.
"Good morning." I say back still laughing.
“When do we see the chambers." I say excitedly as my heart beat picks up.
"Shortly well get ready, eat and the chambers are expecting us just before noon." He states as his hands travel across my back.

"I’ve never really thought about my family much after I left the orphanage, I’ve always been alone so I just forgot I even had one.” I say softly while I feel sadness wash over me, why did my family now want me? Collin pulls me closer to him before speaking.

"Well it shouldn’t be to hard to find, we keep very extensive records in our library on all the surrounding villages." He says while nuzzling in to me as I roll over to face him, I hold his head against my chest as I breath in deeply. He begins kissing down my stomach making my muscles twitch and sparks ignite off my body, his strong hands on either side of me holding me still as he works his way down.

OH MY GOD I say in my head, what is he doing. My body tightens as he wraps his fingers around my panties and snaps the sides off. I feel his lips press in to my skin and I continue to shiver from his touch, he smirks looking up at my reaction. I take a sharp deep breath while I tangle my fingers through his hair arching my back to his touch, I feel his warm soft tongue dance across my swollen bud making me moan louder, his finger dives in deep to my opening and I jolt as he flicks his fingers back and forth inside of me building pressure in my lower stomach.

Gasping for air, he spins his tongue licking back and forth, I pull him harder to me as I feel a gush of warm liquid flow out of me, soaking the bed beneath us. A loud growl erupts from my beast as he licks along my opening while I shiver coming down from the high he just gave me. He climbs up me smirking as he presses a long passionate kiss on my lips landing beside me.

We lay still for a few moments catching our breath before he lifts his head off of me.
"We should start getting ready." He says calmly and I nod releasing a breath of air I didn’t realize I was holding back, he swoops me up in to his arms heading to the bathroom while I lay my head on his chest.

How did I get so lucky to end up with such a loving beast? I think to myself as he sets me down while he turns the shower on and hot steam fills the room. I slowly take my nighty off and walk toward him watching his big muscles pull at his clothes till he’s standing in front of me fully naked. This man stops my heart every time I look at him, how can I feel so strongly so quickly, we barely even know each other.

I step in to the shower feeling the hot water come down around me consuming me in it’s warmth, I groan as I notice Collin stepping in behind me.
"Why do I feel so drawn to you?" I ask softly as I play with my fingers in the water.
"Well, it’s probably the mate bond." He states making my heart skip.
"The mate bond? So I feel this because the moon goddess has chosen me for you?" I question.

"Yes, the mate bond is an unbreakable love, when the mate bond is complete we will be fully one with each other. Which means I will feel what you feel, we will be able to share thoughts, and many more amazing benefits will come from the mate bond." He clarifies as I look at him with so many more questions.
"How do we complete the mate bond?" I ask softly unsure if I want the answer, he stays silent for a minute thinking about what to say.

"The mate bond is complete after I mark you during our first mating." He says calmly as my heart stops.
"Mark me!" I shout as my eyes go wide. "What do you mean?" I ask anxiously.
"Well when we finally mate I will give you my mark from my wolf connecting us together forever." He says softly and I slowly nod thinking of everything he just said.

We finish rinsing off and step out of the shower to get ready to meet with the chambers. I put on a olive green flowing blouse with some high rise black tights and grab my black flats from my bag, I brush through my hair and twist it back in to a wrapped bun on top of my head. Next I put on my eye liner and mascara before leaving the bathroom. When I walk in to our bedroom I see my gorgeous mate standing in dark jeans with a black v-neck t-shirt with his hair gelled back. god he’s perfect.
"Are you ready?" He asks, I nod as we both head down stairs to eat before we go.

We walk in to the kitchen and one of the cooks nods to us smiling as I see a huge plate of cut up fruit and a big bowl of yogurt, we grab some forks and sit down picking at the fruit making small talk as we eat. By the time we finish up it’s already 11am, so we decide to head out.

We make it to the chambers building and walk inside to see a huge podium with 3 seats of older looking men, all bigger then the people from my village so I’m guessing they’re wolves.
"Reed, Marcus, and Elijah, this is my mate Estella. we found each other during the last beast moon, I’ve called this meeting to discuss my mates lineage. It seems the rogue attack that happened last week on the south border was stopped by my mate here, she used magic without any knowledge of doing so." He states as the 3 men behind the large desk all whisper to each other before looking to me.

"What is your full name dear?" The little man on the end says, I think Collin said his name is Reed.
"Estella Moone." My small voice comes out crackled and quiet as they continue whispering making me nervous.
"Well, we haven’t heard of the Moone family before, so quite honestly we don’t have any information to give you. However you may both have full access to the archives to see what you will come across, we will also talk with the other packs to see if anyone has every heard of her family before and where they may come from." The large one in the middle says as Collin nods turning to me.
"It’s also very nice to have you here Luna." Reed says nicely while nodding to me and I give him a small smile. Collin continues speaking with the men for a few more moments before we are finally dismissed.

Once in the library we start looking for my village history, my parents lineage and information should be in there. After an hour of searching we finally come across a box that says "CLEARWATER" across it. Thats my village! I smile to myself pulling the heavy box off the shelf as it falls to the ground, Collin picks it up moving it to the table we open the box and start pulling papers out.

It has records for years dating back, a list of the mayors over the course of time. Each birth certificate of every person born in the village and a record of the girls who were taken on the beast moon. It doesn’t take us long before we find my birth certificate, we go over everything on it till we see my parents names.
"Elana Moone." My mother I feel my heart flutter seeing her name.

"Robert Fern." My fathers last name is Fern? I think to myself, I was always told that I was a Moone I guess I never questioned it to ask further. Collin continues going through the box I walk over to one of the shelves, I seen a book on legends and species a few minutes ago. Walking up to the shelf I notice a line of books, species history books! I start grabbing them and bringing them back to our table. As we begin going through them Collin stares at me.

"Why are we looking at these?" He asks cocking his head to the side.
"I seen a book that caught my interest, then I found these, they are history books Collin, which means we might find my family names in them some where." I say excitedly as he nods flipping through the books. I pick up a dark purple book opening it and there it is my mothers name.
