24-Trust Me

**Zuri's POV**

Today was a really good day at work. Thankfully no one asked why I was dropped off this morning because I really didn't feel like explaining anything. I know I'm protected with Sav and Daveed in my life, but I still have a very bad feeling about this whole situation. I grab my purse and say bye to my coworkers before walking outside to see them waiting for me. Sav, being the sweetheart that she is, got out and offered the front seat to me. I just had to give her a kiss before getting into the car.
"So, how was everyone's day?" I asked.
"Well, I had a meeting with HR at the university and found out that one of us, or all of us, have been watched for way longer than we know. Pictures were taken of us while at Lust, so I'm not sure who exactly is being targeted. Either way, Nothing is going to happen to either one of you. On another note, I got my results from the clinic and everything checks out. Tonight's the night. I already have it planned out." Daveed says. I'm so nervous, but excited at the same time.
"So what do you have planned?" I asked.
"I wouldn't want to ruin the surprise, now would I?" He said with a smug look.
"What are we doing for dinner? I'm hungry." Sav complained.
"You're always hungry. What would you like?" I asked.
"Let's get food from your mom's restaurant. I want some jerk chicken with Haitian rice and beans and sweet potato casserole." That's not her typical order, but it sounds so good. I think I'll order the same thing.
"Your mom owns a restaurant? What's it called?" Daveed asked.
"Jamaican Jerk." I answered.
"I love that place! I go there at least once a week. Your mom is Ember?"
"The one and only. She's probably still there for dinner rush. Let's eat there instead of ordering take-out." I say.
"Sounds good to me. Maybe your dad will be there too then. I miss daddy Luca." Sav chimed in. She and my dad have such a good relationship, which is impressive because my dad doesn't like many people. He's respectful, but not friendly if that makes sense. I wonder if he would like Daveed... Probably not.
We pull into Jamaican Jerk and go inside. We're instantly greeted by my mother and she gives Sav and me hugs.
"And hello, Daveed! I missed you last week. Are you three here together?" My mom asked.
"Yes we are. It's a small world isn't it?" Daveed responded.
"It sure is. Let me get you to your table." Mom grabbed menus and walked us to a booth. She took our drink and food orders since we already know what we want.
We get lost in conversation while we wait for our orders. I talked about my day at work and Sav mentioned that she thinks we went to school with Daveed's sister. I remember seeing Aster around school. She was very quiet and friendly. I'm almost positive she was in our grade, but never in any of my classes.
My mom arrives with our orders and leaves us to enjoy our dinner. We eat in silence. I think we all have a lot on our minds, so we're using this time to wind down. When we get home, I'm definitely cracking open the bottle of wine. As we finish eating, mom comes over to make sure we were satisfied. Of course, we all tell her how great the food was and Daveed paid the bill. That earned him some brownie points from my mom.

We get back to the apartment. Daveed looks like he's doing something important on his phone, so I ask Sav if she wants to get in the shower with me.
"A shower sounds great. Daveed, would you like to join?" Sav asks.
"You two go ahead. And take your time while I get some things ready." He kissed our foreheads and sat down on the couch.
Sav and I get in the shower and try to figure out what he's got up his sleeve.
"He said he has to get things ready. Maybe he's just lighting some candles or maybe he had some sex equipment at his house that he packed in his bag." Sav said.
"He does have a pretty big bag. I wonder what all he has in it." I responded.
We took our sweet time like he told us to. We made sure we were shaved thoroughly and I washed Sav's hair with extra care. When we got out, we dried off and used the coconut body butter for lotion. It smells like a dessert that Sav would bake from scratch. She puts on her dark red silk bath robe and I put my golden silk bath robe on. We got them a couple of months ago while we were on a retail therapy session and now I'm thankful we got them. I brush her hair and blow dry it, thankfully it ended up being more straight and less frizzy than it usually is after blow drying it.
"I think we gave him enough time. Let's go see what he's been up to." I say. Sav opens the bathroom door that leads to our room and the scene is stunning. candles lit on the dresser, side tables and vanity. Red and white rose petals on the bed with our favorite wine chilling in a fancy bucket and wine glasses waiting to be filled on a bedside table.
"Wow this is amazing." Sav whispers. We step into the room and standing in the doorway is Daveed... and another man. A very sexy, tall and strong looking man. Not disgustingly strong, but he looks like he can throw a mean right hook. His hair is red, but not a super bright red. More like Archie Andrews from the show *Riverdale*. The hairstyle is very similar as well, but the sides are shorter. He may look nothing like Daveed, but he's just as yummy. I do love red heads, clearly. Wait, who is this man and why is he here?
"Um hi. We weren't expecting company. Daveed, who's your friend?" I ask as politely as possible. As fine as he is, I'm scared to know what he's doing here. We don't know this man from Adam. Maybe he was helping Daveed set up and is about to leave.
"Zuri, Saviera, This is my best friend. His name is Rory. Rory, this is Zuri and Saviera." Daveed introduced us and we said hello. "Remember when I said you two need to trust me? I'm going to need you to remember that everything I do will be for your well-being and security. Rory is the most trustworthy person you and I will ever meet. He is here to help you two on your first experience. You said you wanted to lose your virginity together, right?"
"Yes, but we just thought you would do it alone. No offense, Rory. You're very handsome." Sav says and Rory flashes the most gorgeous smile. His teeth are so straight and white. I'd love to take an x-ray of his teeth.
"Just think about it this way, having Rory and me during your first time will make things easier on both of you. You'll be able to relax and focus on your own bodies. You won't have to wait your turn or worry about who is going first. You'll be done at the same time and be able to comfort each other in the end. If you only have me, then you technically wouldn't be experiencing your first time at the same time, together. On top of that, Rory is a Gynecologist. If either of you feel like something is wrong or if you have any concerns now or after, he can help you." Daveed explains. If I'm being honest, I kind of like the idea of doing it this way and hearing him explain it like that does make me feel more comfortable.
"That actually makes me feel more comfortable now that you've put it that way. What do you think, Sav?" Of course I have to make sure my love is okay with this. If not, then I won't be going through with it.
"Yeah I agree. As long as Zuri is okay with it and isn't uncomfortable then I'm in." Sav says and intertwines her fingers with mine. I give her a small squeeze.
Rory finally speaks, "Alright, ladies. If you will, make yourselves comfortable and I'll pour you some wine." Even his voice is fine. I sure do need that wine cause I just got very thirsty all of a sudden.
