57-Verdict

**Zuri's POV**

Daveed and I rushed after Sav as she storms out of the courtroom. I can't imagine how she feels. She was fully prepared for Ethan to be locked away for a very long time, but with the new evidence, it seems there is no closure for her today. Ethan could be free after today, so a part of her is still scared when she looks at him. I could physically feel her body reacting when Ethan came into the courtroom and it looked like she was about to have an anxiety attack.
We don't know where she is heading, but she continues to walk as we stay close to her. We know her well enough to recognize that right now, she just needs to breathe and the best thing we can do for her is to give her just enough space to know we're available, but not hovering.
Daveed's phone rings, so he answers, "Hey what's happening?"
I hear Molly on the line, "We get the verdict tomorrow at ten o'clock. Is she okay?"
"Thank you for calling, Molly. Tell everyone they can go home. Sav isn't up for being around people at the moment, but I think she's going to be okay," They said their goodbyes and hung up the phone.
Sav leads us straight to a self-serve frozen yogurt place and I can't say I'm surprised. She once told me that fro-yo is the cure to every crisis. She grabs the largest-sized bowl, loads it with cake batter flavored frozen yogurt, and tops it off with brownie bites, cookie dough balls, Oreo crumbs, whipped cream, chocolate peanut butter syrup, and marshmallow fluff. She sits at a table and Daveed asks if I wanted anything. Right now, I don't have the appetite to eat, so he goes to the register to pay for Sav's giant bowl while I take a seat across from her.
After sitting in awkward silence for about fifteen minutes, Sav finally spoke.
"At least Rhett is dead," She sounds defeated, but she's trying to be strong.
"They give the verdict tomorrow morning. Are you wanting to go to it?" Daveed asked.
"No, we can just have my parents go or something. I can't go back in there," She answered.
"Okay baby. We'll do whatever you need to do." He reassured.

The verdict is in. Molly just informed us that Ethan was found not guilty of Rhett's death and not guilty of abduction. However, he will be spending up to four years in prison for fleeing the scene of a crime involving death. In a way, I know that Sav can get closure from this. It gives her time to get her mind more prepared before he's out free, even though he didn't have anything to do with Rhett's plan to harm her. Daveed and I have been keeping Sav's mind busy today so she wouldn't sit and dwell on what is going to come of the verdict. Once it was over with, it seemed like Sav was more relaxed and relieved that this is over. We finish our dinner and start our nightly routine. We brush our teeth and get into the shower.
We start by treating Sav to a much-needed body scrub and thorough hair washing. She doesn't have to lift a finger while we take care of her and wash our bodies at the same time. After drying off, I rub Sav down with our lotion and she returns the gesture as Deveed lotions himself. This is one of those special intimate things that we have always loved doing for each other and Daveed uses a different lotion than us, so he's solo right now. As always, naked body rubs always lead to something more heated.
"Thank you for taking such good care of me today and yesterday. You two are the best," Sav praised and pulled us both into her arms as much as she could before we lie down.
"We love you so much. We just want you to be okay." I miss the fire that Sav used to have in her, but I'm determined to help her get it back.
"I will be, thanks to you both. Now that the worst part is over, I think I'll be doing a lot better." As she makes small talk, she's caressing her fingertips down my hip. We're lying on the bed facing each other and Daveed is snuggled up behind her. We're all still very much naked, so it's all skin-on-skin.
I lean in for a kiss and she meets me halfway. Sav keeps it slow, which is uncommon for her, but when she does take it slow I know she's about to drive me crazy. Her left hand teases my breasts for a couple of minutes before she skims down my stomach and reaches between my legs. I open them enough to give her space to rub me where I want her.
I take over and roll Sav onto her back so I can taste the rest of her. It's as if we're switching roles because suddenly I'm not in the mood for sweet and slow. We bring her to her climax and sprinkle kisses all over her while she regains control of herself.
She sits up and says, "Stay on all fours," She makes her way behind me. "Take Daveed into your mouth."
As soon as Daveed slides into my mouth, I feel her start to devour me from the back. I moan, sending vibrations over his dick while he thrusts into my throat.
