“Are you pregnant? ” Her eyeballs widened as she broke the news.

“How did you know?”

“So you plan not to tell me even until we die? Alexa, you are so not trustworthy! I tell you all my secrets and you keep yours! When would you finally be able to let me in your life for once, tell me things that bothers you ”
Valerie calmly spoke. She had never wanted to be this harsh on Alexa in her life but sometimes this introverted friend of hers drives her crazy.

“I am sorry. I just did not know how to tell you and........the rule, the fucking contract rule!” Yinyin broke into tears herself. She was really tired and felt like pouring her tears out.
Pregnancy was a tough job and it only got tougher when the baby began to demand more. She slept more and cried more!

“What rule? stop crying and tell me, please stop crying ” She pets her. What kind of hideous man would want to trap her in marriage with a contract?

“I don't know. I just don't know how I got involved with The Hudson's. One hates and by all means wants to destroy me and one treats me as a prisoner! My life feels enslaved ”
The Hudston's? No wonder the fight between her and Han Yueyan occurred. Han Yueyan was rudely known to pick fights with anyone but someone not Alexa unless Alexa had something she wanted and that was, Ray.

“How the hell did you get involved with the Hudston's? Did you know them from anywhere?” Valerie pushed her curiosity further.
For her to have an encounter means that she had a close relation with them, but when?

“Remember the time you picked me up at the hotel and you said I had sex with a big shark, I guess that is him. That was when I got entangled with him ”

“YOU HAD SEX WITH Ray?!” Valerie yelled in awe and was quickly shut up by Alexa.
She breathed out after she made sure they were the only customer present, unless if the news got leaked, then her life would become messier with the Hudston's on her neck.

“Geez, why so loud?” She awkwardly tapped her fingers.

“I am just surprised! Do you know how many girls would like to be in your shoe, but wait a minute, he is gay right?”

“Gay?” Her eyes widened more as she received more huge news. Her contracted husband is gay.
She could not help but doubt this shockingly hot news. Besides, it could be possible since he has so many men as workers and no females.

“Have you not heard that not even the prettiest woman could satisfy him? He rejects every girl that goes to propose to him. Even the mayor's daughter confessed her feelings and then became depressed afterwards. That day I could not help but laugh out loud.”
Valerie tries to ease the air.

“So you didn't know he is gay? Don't tell me?.......you slept and had sex with a GAY! That is nasty!”

“And so what if he is gay?”

“Then that contract marriage is only for the baby. Girl, you got to be wise here,Ray is gay and is confirmed for the past eight years. He has never had a girlfriend and spends the whole night with his secretary, Gabriel ”
Alexa gasped again. These whole revelations were big for her to handle.

“He is gay too?”
“Not sure. He hasn't been confirmed yet. So tell me that I am gonna be an aunt?” Valerie squeals loudly and pinches her cheeks.
At least one good thing that came out from their discussion, Valerie guesses.

“No you are not. It is part of the contract, I am not allowed to see the child even after I have given birth to it. My life continues and every memories I shared with him will all be meaningless ”

“That is so heartless! They couldn't even let the child grow at least to some age with his mom's company .”

“My brother is coming back this week and he needs somewhere to stay for the meantime, my dad would surely bug him about getting a girlfriend and all.....so I was wondering if you could put your old apartment on sale?”

“Anything for a friend”
She picked a cherry pie and sighed into it. She just came back and was starving to death.

“I hope....they are not mistreating you?” She mumbled through her stuffed cherry pie mouth.

“No they are not. Calm down so I won't need to call the ambulance tonight. ” She laughed about the way her foodie friend stuffed herself up with pie.

“Tell me if you run into any form of trouble okay? Your bestie will be there to save the day. Remember that I am your personal Superman!” She folds her arms and lifts her chin up to imitate superman.

“Eat up okay.....little munchkin.”
She blew a kiss at her.

Flashback......Yesterday.

“WOW! Disneyland? I have never been here ” Lionel skipped happily as he swung his hands over Anthony.

“You don't take him to parks?”

“No, it is a distraction to him ” She replied and refused her ear piece. She took a look around the shiny and colorful park with Mickey mouse, Elsa and Donald duck as decorations.

“See what I am talking about?” She squatted down and adjusted his collar.

“I want to go on that ride! Mummy never allows me to go on such rides, she calls them evil ” Lionel whined and twisted his foot.
Anthony smiled happily. He just wished that the child standing with them was too bad. They were dressed in the same color but different styles.
Olivia had her hair tied in a messy bun and light lipstick on with a blue shirt and blue striped leggings and Lionel wearing the same things as her.

“Evil? I did not know the badass Olivia would be afraid of heights? Don't tell me......uhhh.....you afraid?” He deepened his tone and challenged her.

“Mr. Mo, are you challenging me? If I ride it, what will I get?” She coughed off and asked.
Olivia could not help but accept such a challenge. She was never afraid of anything except heights and she could not lose to him.

“Come closer, let me whisper it in your ears ” He moved closer when she refused to and planted a kiss on her ear lobe. Her eyes blinked a few times as she tried to recollect her thoughts.

“I forgot something, let me go get them. ” Anthony excused himself and went to the entrance to pick something from his car.

“I want to get something too....I will be right back ” Yi followed Anthony and his behind the car when he heard him calling someone.

“Are the flowers ready? I want to make this proposal unforgettable for Xiao Wei ”

“Yes they are and freshly and nicely packed as you requested.”

“That is good ” He sighed relief and cut the call. “Lionel?” He muttered when he saw the little kid hiding.

“You want to confess to my mommy?” He blankly interrogated. Lionel was a child who loved and at all cost would protect his mother from bad guys.

“Yes I do, but don't tell her okay?”

“I won't! ” He also swore and they moved along with the events.
Two hours later......
“I am so exhausted!.....” She yawned tightly and twisted her arms. “Thanks ” She collected the bottle of water and gulped down it immediately.

“I think I am gonna be sick ” Anthony coughed and cleaned his mouth with a tissue. Those rides were terrifying, especially the higher ones.

“I didn't know Miss Lan was this daring. Well you got me, you win. Damn it, other people threw up and you didn't. Such a legend!”
Anthony teased and she wiped her sweats off like it was nothing. They had gone to ten different rides and she never vomited a spit.

“That is what I am.” She boasted and looked around the area. It was a quiet one with blossom flowers. “Where is Lionel?”
She could not find her son anyway and became anxious.

“He is on the Merry-go- round. Don't worry, he is in good hands ” He winked at her. “I have something I want to tell you, Olivia ”

“What? I have to make sure of it. Lionel is not a social person ” She stood up and switched on her phone to call his own phone.
Whenever they were to go out on outings, Olivia made sure that he always had a mobile in case of what just happened.

“Battery dead? Damn it. Lionel could be really scared. He is out there alone ” She wore her snickers and got ready to leave.

“You don't want to hear what I have to tell you?” Anthony mumbled. He practiced all week just to make it a perfect confession and now, she doesn't even want to listen to what he has to say, what a bummer.

“Can it wait later? I have to........” Olivia paused when he gripped her by the waist and pulled her closer to him. His face rested on her shoulders.
