At last, she and Alexa could be best friends and still family after all. Her heart smiled for joy as she thought of helping them quicken their love.

“Valerie! There is really nothing, you don't have to be bothered, Felix. I am fine as you can see .” Alexa avoided any further argument.
Alexa was totally exhausted and just needed to calm her head and think. She definitely did not want any drama going on or letting Felix know of her contract marriage.
She quickly placed her palm over the blabbermouth girl to stop her from sprouting any stupid things.

“Are they threatening you? What is going on?” He pushed the question further. Surprisingly, he showed great dislikes to Ray and his family and took the hate to the depth of his heart.
He secretly balled his fist. They were truly hiding something from him and it became unusual for Alexa to shut him up before he could ask.

“Ge-ge, can you just stop questioning her? She is blue and does not want any disturbance. Go chill out, okay ”
Valerie slammed herself for almost exposing her secret. If she dared to expose the secret, then they would no longer be friends anymore.

“I will. Just wash up and I will apply the ointments for you ”

Meanwhile,

Ray angrily barged into his office and brought out a pack of cigarettes to calm his fury down.
Just in a contract? Alexa's statement echoed in his mind and refused to go away. Could she not see that he showed some kind of liking to her.
Is she born with stupid brain and a low IQ? Oh! Gosh!
He tore the pack as it refused to open. He lit one of the cigarettes and hung it on his mouth.
Gabriel came in with an annoyed look on his face too.

“You okay boss?” Gabriel became concerned for him. After having a talk with the young miss, the big boss has been having a moody attitude and became colder than usual. “If you are then, the people who were involved in Miss Audrey's death have been spotted. Should we send the team to go catch them?”

“Just in a contract marriage?” He murmured and spat it out from his mouth right into the dustbin. Even his calming stick could not do the job very well.
He thought. Why was he even angry with her statement? True, they were in a contract marriage and on the contract, he clearly stated not to fall in love with any of the parties and he would be breaching his own contract.

“You talking about Parker Alexa? Did you guys have a .............. I will mind my business ”He zipped his lips up when he felt the thunderous glare shot at him by the boss.

“I just do not get women. You try so much to please them but they see you as an awful person. Did I do bad by making her stay at home? ”
Gabriel coughed. Where are you going to start chatting about women instead of business?

“Well, women are different creatures and not very understandable. From my perspective of the young miss, she has some unclear misunderstandings about your image .”

“Like what?”

“I would be skinned alive if I start to say them so I will perhaps skip this part. ” He smirked and avoided answering such questions.
How can he tell the boss that he is more feared than Lucifer himself? And more ruthless, a cold stone with no emotions and a handsome face who sees others as ants?
Or the Gay rumors?

“You already know your fate, that is wonderful.” He sneered and switched over to looking over some files. “About them, send the best teams to go and capture them. Those people deserve no mercy!”

In the night.

“Got that ” Jocelyn swiftly hid behind the huge metal wall and tapped on her earpiece.
She looked inside and his back.

“What kind of joke is this? There is no one in that warehouse .” She said while throwing the bomb as it blasted the door open and to her surprise, they were no one there only some pool of blood and obviously someone's fingers.

“I am getting a feeling that we are not the only ones after him .” Jocelyn walked around and smelt the red stains on the floor. “The blood is just fresh. That means the person who got here first might not be far away .”

“Be careful, Jocelyn. You are not fully recovered yet. ” Audie warned as his fingers flew like the wind through the computer hacking the possible locations of the person.
He was down after so many years of lurking in the shadows of finding this serial killer and the best day just got ruined by another agent.
He looked up more information and tried to communicate with Jocelyn when it showed no connection that the server was blocked.

“Jocelyn!” He reached for his phone and dialed her secret number but no call. What just happened? The servers were really certified to the extent of having no impossibility of hacking into it.
However, he had no control of the server as the malware began to malfunction.

“Come on! Audie, answer the call ” She impatiently said while tapping her ear pods.

“Server is down! Virus uploading! ” Her ear pods kept saying as she tried more. Not too long, the ear pod heated up like a blaze of fire and exploded.

Jocelyn reacted quickly and threw the ear pods far away from her while dodging the explosion with her weapon. The whole warehouse exploded into pieces and caught fire.
Jocelyn gradually stood up with half of her hands burnt along with the fire. The strength of the explosion became so powerful that it blew her, while smashing her through various tall glass buildings.
Jocelyn coughed and looked at her right arms. The arms were severely damaged and bleeding seriously. She tore her trouser and wrapped it around the bleeding arm.

“Now that is great! I can't connect with the team and I don't know where I am. ” Jocelyn mumbled under her breath as she flew down to the last floor and kicked the door open.
She was met with a huge punch on her stomach which threw her off balance. She vomited blood and wiped off her mouth looking intensely at the person who threw the punch at her.

“I guess I have a new competitor .” The black masked girl said while wiping off her knuckles from the vomited blood. “Such a weakling. I can't believe the LR base would make you their top A agent. It looks like they need to do some upgrading again ”
She said again with utmost mockery. In her awe, Jocelyn stood up with a nice comeback and pulled out her APK trigger.

“Don't yet downgrade the person who would bring your skull to your mother's fucking sight. ”
Jocelyn hated such people who only bragged and mocked her. She could not lie that she was one of the top best female fighters in the entire LR base and for that to happen meant she had skills.
Skills that made her more dangerous but faced with a more skilled agent, she wondered if she needed upgrading.

“I would love to see you try .” The girl moved swiftly in the blink of an eye and tried to kick her but unfortunately, she fell in her traps and got punched instead.
Jocelyn pinned her down with Pinners and hit her face until blood fell from her teeth. The girl spat out blood and rested her head on the floor. Jocelyn tore off her mask and widened her mouth.

“Georgina?” Jocelyn stepped back and let her catch her breath before grabbing her neck and pushing it to the wall. “What are you doing here?”

“What else, accomplishing my boss's request!” Georgina flew back up and swiped off Jocelyn's weapons. “Thanks for dancing but I gotta hit the road ”
She grinned and spat the last paint of blood in her mouth.

“We will see again, pretty girl ” Georgina placed a ticking bomb and hopped up on the rope that flew to her rescue.
Jocelyn heard the ticking noise of the bomb and broke out before it could explode. The server came back on and her phone rang.
She wiped her sweat off from her face and picked the call with her only remaining hand.

“Audie.......Georgina was there before us. Abort the mission .” He quickly said immediately the call went through.
He never thought that Georgina was still alive after the terrific bombing of all the members of the Xizhao members.
She was the only one able to survive such a horrific event.

“I know. Send the helicopter to pick me up .” She sat down and waited for the helicopter to pick her up.
Georgina from the Xizhao's were back and from the look of her face, it meant worse.

In LR Base.
Audie stormed from one pillar to post waiting for her arrival back. Facing Georgina was dangerous for the young agent. He hoped that he was okay.
The base door opened as Jocelyn limped into the house with a half torn suit and her right arm still bleeding.
She walked straight to the couch and laid her head down. What was she thinking going against Georgina? And why did Georgina want that man? And who was her new boss?
All the unanswered questions came to her head as she unconsciously ignored the two men who watched her helplessly.

“Georgina is alive and ready for revenge ” She announced as she showed them her broken right arm. Too bad for her, she lost an arm and yet failed her mission.

“How the hell did she survive that massive explosion? Something is wrong somewhere! ” Cooper helped her unwrap carefully the torn jeans on her right arm and applied some ointments.
He took a look at the arm and felt bad and more angry at Georgina. This was just a heartless comeback to hurt Jocelyn. How would she be able to fight with one hand?

“That is not the question, why does she want that man? Does she also want justice for Audrey?” Cooper shot a glare at Audie to stop talking.
