Book 2: Bianca's Revenge Chapter 1: The Wake Up!

Bianca woke up in a daze with machines beeping and sounds of peoples footsteps all around. She tried her best to open her eyes “Why am I not able to see” she whispered. Then she moved her hands up and down her body and feeling her baby bump higher than before. “Omg….I’m ok and the babies are still where they should be. Thank goodness” she said in such a low tone. She wasn’t sure anyone had even heard her. She tried for a second time to move more body parts. Then a second later the darkness took over all at once. The darkness was one place she felt safe from the outside world. Along with the danger she constantly felt when she was in the real world. She prayed that she’d never wake up from the peace that she finally felt. Yet she knew it had to be too good to be true. “Bianca you are meant for greatness and this place is just a resting place for you. To get better and stronger before you return to your life. To the people you are meant to meet.
1 week later Bianca woke again this time screaming and holding her stomach. “No it’s not time yet, it’s too soon please I’m not ready…” Bianca’s world was becoming all too real now. Once again she heard people’s voices and footsteps around her. She tried again to open her eyes and one at a time she opened them. Only to find bright lights shinning right into them and people rushing to her side. “Dr. O’Brien, Tyler, Alex, Bonita, or mama…. You might want to get in here.” Dr. O’Brien tried calming her the best she could. “Shhh Bianca your safe and recovering nicely. Now just take a deep breath for me ok… good now do a couple more of those.” Bianca was still in a little of a daze and feeling sick to her stomach. While all the events started surfacing all at once. “Omg… where’s my mother she took a bullet for me…please please ahhhhh” Bianca screamed as another contraction hit. This time 10x stronger then the last one.
Mama came up to her side and tried to get her to relax so she could deliver the twins. “Bianca honey you need to relax and get these babies out safely. That’s all you need to worry about right now ok. You’ll get the answers to all your questions I promise honey” mama whispered softly into Bianca’s ear. The more Bianca calmed doing the breathing she was able to take in the more air to give the twins. Who were now getting into position for birth. Before she knew it the contractions were one after another and the panic rose again. “Ok I’m feeling a lot of pressure in my ass now….they are ready but I’m not and it’s still way to early isn’t it?” Bianca screamed.
Tyler got to the other side of her and tried to comfort her like a good guy would for the mother of his children. He spoke softly to her hoping it’d help in the process “Baby you have been under sedation for almost 3 weeks. So that your body could heal and the babies wouldn’t be in distress.” Bianca did her best to focus on what needed to be done. As her unborn children who were ready to make their entrance into the world. So with all her strength she wiped her eyes to get a clear focus on the rest of what was going on around her. “So what is this place because I know that it’s not a hospital. Yet has all the makings of one” she bitched as she looked around. She too notice of all the equipment and the monitors that kept up a steady beeping. A second later alarms from the same machine started beeping. Then the pain in Bianca’s stomach grew to the point all she could do to make it feel better was to push.
Dr. O’Brien gave her the go ahead to keep pushing down. To relieve the pain and pressure as she got into position to deliver the twins. “Bianca dear the baby’s head is now crowning and with just a few more good pushes you’ll be a mother.” Bianca looked around the room and grew nervous as everyone stood watching her. “Please can everyone leave so I can do this in private? Ty you can stay since I didn’t get knocked up alone.” Everyone had cleared just in time as she followed the instructions. That Dr. O’Brien had given her and within minutes she delivered her son Sydney and right behind him by 2 minutes and 30 seconds was his sister Victoria. The one and only nurse took them both with Tyler following closely behind to help if need be. “Not to worry Sir we are just doing some weighing. Then the over all steps that one does after a mother has given birth” she promised. Tyler watched as the nurse took their weights, temps, and an overall wellness check on his son and daughter who seemed to be in perfect health.
Dr. O’Brien continued to do what she needed to do to help Bianca in the last part of the birthing process of delivering the placenta. “Now relax and one last push honey and you are done. Then you can get back to resting which is what the 3 of you still need after the ordeal you’ve been through.” Bianca didn’t remember much after the whole birthing process. Except that she was waking up again but this time to cries coming from her newborn children. “OMG what’s happening…..ok calm yourself Bianca your safe” she told herself. She panicked as she slowly sat up in the hospital bed and looked around the room trying her best to focus. Nevaeh had been right across the room near the babies cribs. That had been placed inside the room with her. Nevaeh slowly stepped up next to Bianca’s side and leaned over. She whispered softly to Bianca “Hey angel calm down you’re ok and so are the twins, but their waiting to meet you for the first time if that’s alright.”
A few moments later Bianca was trying to get her eyes to adjust to the energy saving bulbs and her new surroundings. “Ummm I know this is not the same room I was in when I gave birth so now where the hell am I? No more beeping machines, which is good, but what day is it? Then exactly how long have I been here” she asked wanting answers. She had a feeling she wouldn’t get what she wanted right away. She tried to keep her nerves and anxiety level down. While her mind was still running around and getting the best of her mental state. “I’m totally feeling like I’m not in control and I’ve just run a marathon or something” she confessed. She opened her eyes wider as she took in Neveah. Who stood at her side and trying to help her get into a better position.
Nevaeh finally got Bianca as comfortable as she could get after being stuck in a bed for almost a month. “Now take your time and you’ve been in a bed for almost a month. So we’ll go at your pace” Nevaeh promised. Bianca found that she was very dizzy as she got to her comfortable spot. Then leaned her head against the headboard. She gave little moans and groans as the dizziness seemed to grow. With the room feeling like it was getting smaller. “So where exactly am I now? Am I still in the same facility I was in when I gave birth just um days, weeks ago?” Bianca’s time was so messed up. Thanks to being unconscious for so long. Nevaeh had stepped back to the crib to check on Sydney and Victoria who were stirring from a nap. Nevaeh took in a deep breath and whispered softly “You’re back at the Eaglestons estate for now.”
Bianca grabbed the glass next to her and drank down the ice cold water in just a few seconds. “Bianca little sips angel, you’re not ready for all that liquid in your stomach. So please take it slow so you don’t end up making yourself so sick” Nevaeh tried her best to warn Bianca to slow down on the water intake. Bianca focused a bit more and saw Nevaeh coming towards her. However this time not alone, this time she had two little wrapped infants. Nevaeh slowly laid Victoria down between Bianca’s spread out legs. Then walked around to the other side of the bed and climbed in with Sydney in her arms. Bianca closed her eyes and re-opened them again to zone in and focused down at her daughter. Who was sleeping all snug and tight in her blanket. “I—I can’t believe I’m a mother of not just one but two small little babies. I’ve been out of it for the last what month? How am I supposed to wrap my head around all of this?” she murmured to herself or at least didn’t think anyone could hear her.
