Part 2: Bianca's Revenge: Chapter 16

15 minutes later the twins were out of the bath and ready to get dressed. “So, you’re going to keep me in suspense with not giving me your first name? I don’t find that fare..” Bianca gasped even though she knew if she really wanted to know it, she’d just look up all her information once she had time. They re-entered the bedroom and found the Eagletons waiting. “So ummm I didn’t think you would be here until ummm well like another hour” Bianca said as she stopped dead in her tracks. Tyler seemed to be very upset, and Bonita and Alex were neutral with Bianca just confused and not understanding what was going on. Tyler walked up to her 1st “So are you going to live here now or are you going to come home with “OUR” twins? I mean you’re just a whore anyways so why should I care right…..” he hissed.
Alex had finally stepped up and grabbed his son “Tyler that was so uncalled for and rude to speak to the mother of your children like that” he said. Bianca stiffened up and handed Sydney to Bonita then slapped Tyler in the face hard. “You’re going to get a grip and oh I’ll be coming to the house tonight for a chat with all 3 of you so please be ready” gave it right back to him. Bianca turned and faced the Dr. and mouthed “Sorry” and took Victoria from her and handed her to Alex. “Oh yes one more thing before I go pump more breast milk for “OUR” children don’t ever, ever use foul language in front of them” she warned. She turned back towards the Dr. again “After you doc” she waved her hand towards the door.
Bianca led the way to the large family room and sat in the leather lazy-boy while Dr. O’Brien just stood to the side. “Maybe I should go… I don’t want anyone getting the wrong idea..” she whispered. Bianca stayed quiet for a long minute then looked up and, said “I’d love for you to stay, but only if you want due to what all you have just witnessed.” Bianca finished prepping herself and the pump and waited for the doc to decide on what she was going to do. After about 5 minutes Dr. O’Brien finally stopped pacing and sat down on the couch next to the lazy boy that Bianca was occupying. “I guess there’s more, a lot more to you then I even thought, or even realized with a girl your age” Dr. O’Brien said in a whisper not wanting the Eagletons to overhear them.

Bianca took in a sharp breath and shook her head as though she was trying to clear it before answering. “Yes, a lot more and…ugh you’re the children’s Pediatrician and my OB for crying out loud….” she reminded them both. Dr. O’Brien agreed and again suggested that she should give her another dr. “I can refer you to another OB/Pediatrician if you’d like….” she said. Bianca told her she’d sleep on it “Maybe it would be for the best...” she agreed. Dr. O’Brien gasped and then sighed as she got up from the couch and strolled to Bianca putting out her hand. “It was a pleasure being your OB and the twins Pediatrician. You’re one lucky mother” she whispered as she held on to Bianca’s out, stretched hand. They could both feel their sweat start to form and them both very aware of one another.
Bianca pulled back and apologized for her palms sweating not once but twice now. “Give me just 10 minutes please as I finish, and I’ll walk you out that’s just the polite thing for me to do” she said. Dr. O’Brien smiled a little when Bianca wasn’t looking and asked to use the rest room. She smiled and gave her the ok with the wave of her hand towards the bathroom. She finished up and had placed all the bottles in the cool pack ready to go and was just cleaning up when Dr. O’Brien came back out to the living area. Bianca packed everything away and put the machine next to the chair under the side table. Bianca and Dr. O’Brien both just stood there looking at one another “Would you like to at least say good-bye to the twins before you go?” Bianca whispered.
Dr. O’Brien let out a sigh and a smile shaking her head “yes”. “Alright give me a minute….Alex, Bonita, Tyler you all about ready to go? Dr. O’Brien is getting ready to leave and wants to say good-bye to the twins please” Bianca said down the hall. 3 minutes or so later they all emerged with the twins and the diaper bags. Alex smiled and handed over Victoria first and watched how the connection was between his grand-daughter and her doctor seemed to be. Dr. O’Brien gave her a quick snuggle and kiss on her little forehead before passing her back. Tyler stepped up and passed Sydney off to her and not before giving Bianca the stink eye. Dr. O’Brien thanked the Eagletons and Bianca walked her all the way out to her beautiful vet that she had driven over. “Wow Dr. O’Brien nice ride…. So again sorry you had to witness a lot more of my life then what you should have ever had to see and well ummm yea…” she laughed as she held open Dr. O’Brien’s door for her.

Dr. O’Brien climbed down into it and closed it after she was all the way in. Just when Bianca was about to turn around Dr. O’Brien grabbed her hand and passed her a business card. “Here is my card….” Bianca cut her off ½ way through “I’ve got one of these….” It was Dr. O’Brien’s turn to cut Bianca off “these are my personal ones including my email” she said with a smile. Bianca started to blush, and she knew it “Well you know my personal stuff now and you have this address and my old house address which is well ummm a long story. Though my main place I go to work for my business that I have started” she informed the Dr. They both left it at that and said good-bye and Bianca watched as Dr. O’Brien drove down the driveway. Bianca turned around once the vet turned the corner and met the Eagletons as they were coming down the steps. “Well, I hope you’re happy Ty because now I’m getting a new OB/ and the twins are getting a new pediatrician as well. So once again your damn mouth cost me the “BEST”” she said between clenched teeth.
Bianca gave the twins kisses and promised the Eagletons she’d be there some time that night. “I’m not sure when I’ll get done at the office and here with my mom since she finally woke up today. There is a lot we need to deal with sooner rather than later. So, plan on a long one tonight if you can fit me into your busy schedule that is and in, return I’ll do my best to make it to the house before 10pm” she said as she turned and walked away. “Oh, one more thing I wasn’t kidding about the language! Oh, and this whole triangle thing fuck square between the 4 of us ends right here. My children will never be subjected ever, ever to any of this so I hope you got that” she said firmly and could tell that the 3 of them were in complete shock.
Bianca couldn’t believe what a day she was having with her mother finally coming around and actually opened her eyes more and made eye contact with her. Bianca of course didn’t know if her mother would remember any of it and for the 1st time in Bianca’s life, she saw her mother as just that a mother who loved her. She laid in her arms and softly spoke to her like she was a small child and told her mother her plans. “Even if you can’t hear me or don’t want to remember any of this, I just hope we walk away from this a family… a real family” she whispered. She slowly got up and kissed her mothers’ cheek before leaving the room. “Bia…nca, Bianca” her mother cried out, and Bianca didn’t understand why and when her grandfather came in “She’s probably having flash backs of events that here subconscious is reliving” he confessed.

Bianca couldn’t take it “I’ve got to get to the house the contractor is finishing up the remodel today. I can’t wait and then I’m thinking on doing some outside stuff I mean the property is massive” she said with excitement. She kissed her grandfather and didn’t want to think about what it was her mother was remembering. Bianca was at the door before she turned around “Oh, one more thing I won’t be home tonight I promised the twins and the Eagletons I’d stay with them, but I’ll be back every day I promise. I just have to learn to compromise without having to live without my children” she said. She finally left the room and headed back up in the elevator and then to the study when she couldn’t find, mama she went down the secret passage. She had found her sitting at a desk with a wall full of huge TV monitors. Bianca waited a minute before speaking “Mama I just wanted to let you know I was leaving and going to the office. I also won’t be back ‘til tomorrow the twins and I will be at the Eagletons” she informed her. Mama turned and frowned for a moment “Ok honey be careful please, we have located Marco’s location and we are just waiting until it’s safe to get Cleo” Mama said. Bianca watched the monitors and as they scanned and marked every move Marco made and was still making. Bianca gasped as she saw Cleo front and center on the screen as the system checked her from head to toe making sure she was not injured. “For fuck, sake is she alright, we’ve got to hurry I mean she’s fragile and her, old master is trying to stay calm until we have her” Bianca finished. She was too stressed to even think about it anymore. “Alright I’m heading out it’s 11:30AM and I’ve got a big day ahead of me” she said as she kissed mama. Bianca promised to call when she made it to her once home but now more office and place of business than a home and once the contractor was finished and gone.
