Chapter 60: The Dresses and Shoes

Once back into her clothes and out of the dressing room she handed the dress she didn’t want to Mrs. Kosville and took the Beautiful, burgundy dress to the front. On her way up to the counter she found a pair of amazing burgundy 4’ inch stilettos setting on the shelf just calling her name. As she went directly to them and ran her hands down the, top she felt the amazing silk like felling and knew she just had to try them on. It took her a minute or so to find her size as she was a size 11 and most places didn’t carry her size. To her luck at the very end she found a pair and opened the box but turned out they were black not burgundy. Bianca raised the dress and one shoe “Oh that’s hot, lets’ go with this for sure” she though as sat at the end on the bench and tried the black ones on. As she got to her feet she could see Nevaeh looking through the window at her with a look that Bianca just couldn’t make out.
Bianca just smiled and sat back down, taking off the stilettos and placed them back in their box. She had at least 1 dress and pair of shoes and only 2 more of each to go before she could just take a breather and relax with her girls. She carried the dress and the shoes to the counter where the girls were waiting and looking at her with such love in their eyes. “So, we found some shoes I take it” Mrs. Kosville asked. “Yes actually I did I think they’ll be great together” Bianca opened the box and they all went crazy again. “Okay, okay I get it now lets’ get this stuff rung up and see the damage so that we can move on” Bianca said as she smiled at them. “We’ll wait out with Nevaeh B and let you finish up in here girl, see you in a bit” Joy said with a smile and a wink. Bianca just rolled her eyes and nodded her head, looking to Mrs. Kosville thanking her for putting up with her and her friends for the last hour and half. “Not a problem trust, me you were all angels compared to most of my clients who come in. Now we are having a huge sale on everything and if you couldn’t believe it this amazing dress came off the 50% off rack along with the shoes.”
Bianca couldn’t believe it she had saved $11,000 her dress being originally $5,000, and her shoes $6,000 and she walked away with spending $500 hundred. “Wait there must be some kind of mistake Mrs. ummm you only charged me $500 and it should have been way more”, Mrs. Kosville grabbed her hand “I gave you my employee discount and I hope you have an amazing birthday” and with that gave her wink and a smile. Bianca sniffed back her tears and emotions, “Thank you! You don’t know how much this means to me” and slowly turned around and walked out to join her friends who were now waiting for her with questioning eyes.
Bianca joined her friends and smiled “Lets’ get to dresses by Monique for my next appointment, at least I will be 15 minutes early and well the sooner the better” and off they went. Bianca strolled arm in arm with the girls expect Nevaeh who demanded to stay out in the main area of the mall. Bianca didn’t want to argue, but knew that she didn’t want to feel like she was walking on egg shells all day with her either. She knew there was something on Nevaeh’s mind and wasn’t ready to face it all at that moment. Bianca finished up at Monique’s and found another dress and shoes, now that she had only one more dress to go and find one last pair of shoes, she would finally be done with the shit she didn’t really want to do. Bianca and the girls joined Nevaeh back out in the main part of the mall and decided they would visit the new clothing store that had just opened up that had everything from formal to wedding dresses.
They finally found the new clothing store “Rich & Famous” and as they got closer they saw that there was a line just to get in. “This is just crazy, this place must be amazing but am I going to find my final dress and shoes to complete my ensemble for the weekends’ events?” she asked mostly to herself as the girls looked at her like she was the one who was all kinds of crazy. Bianca leaned against the column that stood in the middle of the mall “You girls just stay here don’t worry about coming in I’m going to just push my tall ass amazon body through the crowd. Hopefully find what I am looking for and be out in a jiffy.” Without another word or waiting for the girls to protest she was already pushing her way through the massive crowd. After 20 minutes of searching through thousands of dresses she chose one that totally made her feel amazing and for sure would not only please Marco, but would stand out in the crowd of hundreds of people who would see her that night.
The dress she had chosen had actually been a wedding dress, but she didn’t care it was white and sparkly and fitted perfectly to her body and since it wasn’t too long and wasn’t too short she knew that it was just right. “This is the best one yet besides the first one which is just so perfect I might not even wear it this evening, so I should probably look for another one just in case” she murmured to herself. Another 20 minutes and she was finally ready to leave after she had found the perfect shoes for the dress and in that time, she had also decided to go back to Niemen Marcus. To buy the midnight blue dress that was great, but would suffice the night’s events. Once she paid for the dress and shoes she rejoined the girls and handed the dress and shoes to Joy “Girls I will be back in 10 minutes I have to run to Niemen and get that other dress just in case. Stay right here and just wait for me. Once this last dress and shoes are bought we can do whatever you girls wanna do” she promised.
Bianca smiled and took off towards Niemen Marcus and tried to hurry as fast as she could, as she was just coming around the corner just two stores down from, she ran smack dab into Brandon. The tall tan and beautiful DMV instructor who had given her his number. “OMG, B—Brandon I’m so sorry I am in a hurry right now and I wasn’t paying attention whatsoever. If you’ll excuse me and except my deepest apologies…” when she tried to go around him he side stepped her and smiled. “Well let’s just say you owe me then”, he said with a beautiful smile with the deepest dimples she had ever seen. “Oookay well today is my birthday and well my parents are throwing an all-weekend event soooo if you promise not to make a big deal about it you can come. I really need to get to Niemen’s so why don’t you just follow me really quick so I can pick up this dress I need to get. Then I will give you my info and we can settle up then” she said as she went around him.
Bianca walked faster to get to the store, and just as she was coming into the store Mrs. Kosville met her halfway and had the blue dress. Along with the most beautiful Swade pumps that were a little lighter blue then the dress. “OMG Mrs. Kosville how did you even know I’d be coming back?” she asked with a huge smile on her face. Mrs. Kosville smiled in return and shrugged “I had a feeling you’d be back, and I figured I’d even pick out the perfect shoes to go with them” she said. Bianca wrapped her arms around Mrs. Kosvilles neck and thanked her so much that she even gave her a personal invite to her big party event. One that would start that night and not end until sometime Sunday night. Mrs. Kosville declined the invite, but Bianca still insisted that she take the info just in case and promised she wouldn’t be disappointed. “So is it all taken care of, or do you need my credit card or I even have cash?” she askes as she dug in her purse. “No, No your father told me that whatever you wanted it was fine so it’s all charged to his card and the receipts are in the bag” she said tapping Bianca’s hand.
