"Bain Calling. It's Bain Calling."

Ben:

Roger slid into the opposite chair across from Elias as Chris leaned against the arm of the sofa with his legs crossed, while I paced slowly along the large bay window looking out at the quiet neighborhood.

“What I say now, stays with us until she verbally tells you. Agreed?” Randi poured another scotch without turning around to look at us for our confirmation to his terms.

“Agreed.” We exhaled darkly, rubbing the backs of our necks as he took a hearty swig before he continued.

“Oh, keep the “growls” and “snarls” to a low octave. We don’t need her having a full-on heart attack because you “idiots” can’t keep your beast sides calm.” He pointed at us with a stern expression as we nodded nonchalantly to his ranting.

“Ok. So, as you know she had the pleasure of meeting Mama Eve on her flight over from the states. Of course, I got stuck with Mary and her “Fucked-up” chunky highlights flirting with every swinging dick in First-class, which I could have “SO” converted to my bitches for the nights pleasure but that’s beside the point. She was extremely nervous, white-knuckling the armrest treading the line of “panic attack” but Mama Eve managed to calm her down.” Typical Randi, drama hands flying sipping his scotch with a scoff.

“She seemed like she was battling herself internally, so I approached Mama asking if it was okay if I took her out to help loosen her up. She was apprehensive at first but after I reassured her it was cool, she relaxed, almost like she “Bitch Slapped” herself.” Growling at the annoyance of him dragging the story out, smiling evilly knowing he was getting under our skin.

“Just get to the point.” Chris rolled his eyes sideways, baring his fangs with a low snarl.

“Easy, Pup! I can kick your “ARSE” all the way back to “I DON’T GIVE A FUCK” if you like.” Randi’s vampire side coming out with the red hue laced across his green orbs, baring his own fangs in challenge.

“Continue.” Elias leaned forward with a warning growl at Chris to settle down as we nodded to Randi to continue.

“Before I was so rudely interrupted, we know what transpired last night but this morning she actually opened up. She was abandoned nineteen years ago at a local firehouse in DeWalt Texas, which is now part of Missouri City. The head mistress of the “Guiding Light Orphanage”, Miss Clay, named, and practically raised her from an infant. No parents known, nothing. At sixteen, Miss Clay allowed her to move into the studio apartment above the garage, because she was academically sound and as she quoted Miss Clay, a “Talented Soul” in her love of the Fine Arts.” Randi paused, refilling his scotch with a shot of Type O negative in a small glass bottle tucked in the back of the cabinet.

Just a little perk of being part vampire.

“Bain DeLois, the local “Bad Boy” from a prominent family, caught sight of our little “E” while she was taking a break from her summer janitorial job, playing “Claire De Lune” on the baby grand in the auditorium. Senior year was a special year for her but then it changed. She had known about her acceptance into the Fine Arts program and wanted to surprise the boyfriend with an International trip. Had their bags packed and hidden in the front closet. How romantic! A true “Tender Heart” but that was quickly shredded to pieces.” Again, with the pause as my feet began to wear a permanent path in his dark stained flooring.

“She has a boyfriend?” Roger looked up with a crushed expression as Randi tsked him for speaking before he was done with his dramatic story.

“The day of her flight! Which was thirty hours ago, she went to her apartment to surprise him but was surprised to find “Bad Boy” Bain, thunder thrusting his ex-girlfriend Krystal in her bed.” The acid dipped needles rushed through my body as my brothers jumped to their feet with dark snarls and growls, while Randi waved for us to calm down.

“She gave him the grand “Fuck you” cheek slap with the parting word of “Enjoy” as the “Lyft” driver whisked her away to Houston Airport.” Randi finally finished with a smug smirk as we paced around his living room, snarling and cussing under our breath.

The one decent thing she had in her life and it destroyed her heart, but she seems so carefree and loving life.

“Wait! Is she?” Elias snapped his eyes to Randi as he sat gracefully in his chair, watching us pace wildly through his living room tapping his finger along the rim of his glass.

“A virgin? Yes. Can’t you smell how “sweet” her scent is? She’s like a delicate Cherry Blossom blooming into a breath-taking richness of warmth and tenderness.” Randi hummed softly against his glass as the bedroom door clicked open and soft footsteps approached our presence.

Her ombre locks were tussled and untamed, but it only added to her beauty as she rubbed her eyes free of the grogginess that had knocked her on her ass earlier.

“Hey, Girly. How you feeling?” Randi spoke softly to her like a dotting brother as she froze mid-step, staring at us with those green hazels screaming panic and curiosity as she cocked her head to the side in amusement.

“How long have they been here?” She pointed between us, while her eyes stared at Randi smiling brightly like he had found the best “Damn” dick in the World.

“About an hour.” Rubbing the back of my neck with a tilted smirk, silently ball kicking myself for how nervous that sounded only to receive the sweetest, spine tingling smile I had ever seen.

“About earlier, I’m sorry. I don’t know why that has been happening, it never happened before so I don’t know.” She ran her fingers through those gorgeous purple and blue ombre locks as she shifted her weight nervously to one foot and back with her eyes adverting direct contact.

“NO!” We all shouted in disbelief that she would apologize for something out of her control, causing her to jump back in shock as we silently cursed ourselves for spooking her.

“Sorry. What we meant was that you have no reason to apologize. Especially in your situation.” Chris gave her a megawatt smile that blew my socks off because Chris was the shy, reserved one.

“Thank you, Chris. I mean this is completely not me at all. I’m usually calm and collected, most of the time. Lately, I have been experiencing these crazy rushes of electricity and raging emotions that come out of nowhere.” The slight blush that crept along her cheeks added to her cute sexiness that had my body tingling in a dark shiver of desire.

“It’s understandable. This is a big change in your life.” Elias leaned against the wall, looking at us with a perked brow as we stood silently drinking in her nervous appearance.

“Bain Calling. It’s Bain Calling.” A mechanical females voice spoke from the kitchen as her eyes snapped angerly towards the voice, stalking with a dark gloom over her face.

“Don’t do anything stupid.” Randi spoke calmly in a low tone as her voice sounded nervous answering the call.

“Hello?” … “I don’t want to hear it.” … “Exactly what I meant.”

Randi stepped into the kitchen with a concerned look as we followed closely behind, watching as she paced along the kitchen between the island and main counter with a dark scowl etched along her beautiful face.

“Put it on speaker.” Roger spoke firmly, spooking her out of her dark trance as she placed the Samsung with a cracked screen on the island, listening to an arrogant, self-centered male ranting about “she meant nothing” “I’m so sorry, please forgive me.”

Growing agitated he would beg for forgiveness, after he blatantly had that slut in our “Goddesses” apartment with his dick shoved deep into her pussy.

Nope! Not happening Asshole.

“Whoops! I slipped and my dick just happened to slip into her exposed pussy. Not happening “Bain”.” Growling out in a sarcastic tone as my brothers deadpanned with shocked expressions.

“What the Fuck was that?” Roger growled in link as Bain’s voice changed into a dark rumble.

“Working fast, Elicia. I see the inner “whore” finally broke free.” Bain hissed through the phone as Elicia looked at us with a strange swirling in her eyes, while Randi placed his arm around her shoulders to clam her trembling that shivered through her body.

“Listen here, Bain! I would be careful with the next words that leave your mouth.” Elias growled into the phone, clenching to the island edge with white knuckles as our link pulsated with a murderous energy.

“Or what? You’ll kick my ass. News flash Asshole…” Elicia slammed her hand down next to the phone, seething in rage as her eyes began to glow a soft blue.

“Her eyes are glowing.” Roger linked with an amused tone as we stayed silent observing her closely.

“NO! You will not talk to them like that, and like I told you with my hand, “Enjoy”, because this is over, and I have moved on.” Her words held a venomous tone as we shared smirks of amusement between us.

“Oh, you’ve fucking moved on, alright. That’s fucking hilarious Elicia because for an entire year, you teased and flaunted your curves just to jump some strangers dick as soon as you leave. You’re a “whore” like all of them, and still an orphaned uptight “Bitch”. Enjoy!” His words struck a nasty button as Randi scooped up the phone with glowing red eyes, claws slowly extending as I quickly adverted Elicia’s attention to us.

“He has no right to talk too you like that. You did the right thing.” Hugging her to my side as Randi paced around his living room, listening to that “Punk Ass Bitch” rant even more thinking he was still belittling Elicia with his insults.

“He knew I wasn’t ready to have sex. Hell, you “four” saw more of my body than he ever did.” Her face paled for a second as her words registered, looking between us with smug expressions as her body slowly relaxed against my side with the soothing tingling snaps of energy.

“Listen here you “Little Wanker-Twat Munch” you even think about calling her again, and I will call in a few favors owed to me in the States. YOU GOT THAT BAIN?” Randi was seething as his body shook violently, slamming her phone down against the stainless-steel with a loud crunch.

“Real Smooth.” We laughed darkly as his face twisted in realization.

“Shit! Elicia, I’m sorry Girly. I’ll buy you a new phone.” Randi rubbed the bridge of his nose as she picked up the mangled glass and plastic with a perplexed expression.

“How about we go shopping and grab some dinner?” Her smile grew in intensity as she darted out the kitchen with a soft melody of laughter.

“Well, you heard the “Lady”.” Randi laughed brightly as he washed the empty mugs with a bright glimmer in his eye, while we waited for our “Goddess” to return.
