Chapter 47

The sunlight coming from the window is announcing a bright day. Her room is colder than before because of the open window. The rays of sweet warmth touched her face. She slowly opened her eyes and then put an arm over her eyes. She winced and then put her blanket on her face.
But suddenly, Rebecca got up and sat on her bed. Her eyes wide open, her lips dry, and she gulped. The memories from the last night rushed back to her head. She looked around her room staring in all the directions to find any clue that he was there... but found nothing, not even a scent. It felt so real. She couldn't muster the words. Still, in a deep shock, Rebecca wrapped her arms around her body.
"Was it a dream?" She thought and then touched her lips. A sweet tingle runs all over her body.
'His touch was so gentle and so sweet. I felt like he is no stranger to me. It felt so good to let go of all the emotions. When he holds me close to him, I felt at peace and so secure.' Rebecca thought, a blush came upon her face thinking of his passion. A smile came upon her face and she bit her bottom lip.
'Rebecca, stop thinking about it. It was just a dream.' She scolded herself and then get up from her bed.
"I wish it was true!" A wish came upon her lips. Rebecca went into the bathroom. She took off her clothes and took a shower. She wrapped a towel around her body then she stopped in front of the bathroom mirror. Rebecca was going to brush her teeth when her eyes caught something. She looked at the red mark on her neck.
"What is this?" She said it loudly. AND touched the mark, it didn't hurt.
'It's a love bite!' Her eyes again widen in shock and the reality hit her so hard.
'He was here last night, it was not a dream. It was not a dream?' Rebecca ran out of the bathroom. She went towards the window and looked out.
'What am I doing? Damn, I have to find him.' She hurried. Rebecca pulled over a big hoodie and shorts. She put on her sneakers and came out of her room. She came downstairs to find her dad in the kitchen.
"Morning, Dad!" Her tone is not so happy.
"Good Morning, moon!" Jacob said with a sad smile. Rebecca heaved a deep sigh. She can see the bags under his eyes and he looks so old and worried. She can not be mad at him for so long, and she can not see her father sad. Rebecca went towards her father and then stopped in front of him. She grabbed Jacob's hands with love and care.
"Dad, I am sorry! I was so out of line last night, I shouldn't have talked like it." Rebecca apologised. The tears welled up in her eyes. Jacob saw his brave daughter, he is blessed to have such a great kid. She has a very big heart and she is very kind.
"I am sorry too, Rebecca." He said then wiped her tears. She hugged her father and placed her head on his chest.
"Dad, I know you are worried for me. AND you care about me so much! But trust me, dad, I can look out for myself." Rebecca said. He nodded her head.
"Yes, I think you can do that, but one thing, please be careful. Rebecca, I just want you to be safe and happy." Jacob said and took a deep breath.
"Dad, please trust me!" She said. Jacob grabbed her from her shoulders and then look into her eyes.
"I believe in you, but I can not tell you anything, I made a promise. But I know you can find the truth on your own." Jacob finally told her, that a burden is lifted from his chest. Rebecca blinked a few times, she didn't say anything but just nodded.
"Dad, I am going out. I will come back late, so don't worry. I am just going to training." She told him. He nodded his head and then smiled.
"Breakfast?" Jacob asked. She shook her head in a no manner.
"I will hunt today..." She said. A blush came upon her face. He laughed then let her go. Rebecca waved goodbye to him and then left the house.
Jacob took a deep breath. He gave it deep thought, it will be very foolish of him to stop Rebecca. No, it is not right!
Rebecca will eventually find the truth. Jacob doesn't want to lose her trust and love. She was just scared and worried about her, but this girl is powerful. If he will constrict her, she will get weak and she will lose confidence in herself. Rebecca is a very brave girl. She can accept her mistake and have the courage to forgive him. She is very different from all other she-wolves around here, she can handle herself. AND Jacob can not forget that she ruled the biggest pack of this continent for six years handling all the problems by herself. If she can do that, she also can handle Crysler Dark. AND only she can do it. So, Jacob put all his trust in Rebecca.
"I am proud of you. AND I love you!" He said with a smile.
Rebecca came out of the house. Her expression turned in furry.
"That bastard! How can he come into my room? Who does he think he is... I will give him a good lesson. I will break all of his bones. Damn, that man. Who is he?" She growled and turned into her wolf.
"I will come for you, but first I need to eat." She is hungry and as she told her father. Today, she will hunt. After running deep into the woods. She stopped and took a few breaths. The wolf's eyes wander in place to find its food. Every little sound and movement around the wolf is picked up and sensed. Suddenly it saw something and ran after it. After a good chase, the wolf finally hunts down a doe. The food mission is completed.
Now it's time to go for the mystery man. Rebeca shifted back to her human form, she ran towards the lake. She washed well and then took a deep breath.
"Okay, a hidden cave behind the waterfall. His secret place." A smirk came upon her face. Rebecca ran towards the pack borders. After some time, she reached the cliff. Now she has to cross the border. It is for the first time, she is going out of the pack after coming in here.
"here goes nothing..." She murmured. AND jumped over it and came out of the pack.
Rebecca heightened her wolf hearing to hear the sound of water. She can hear it, it is somewhere near, following the sound. She reached a place. AND Rebecca is aw struck. It is so beautiful.
A very huge waterfall sprinting downwards to make a huge stream down. The beautiful trees with so many colourful flowers are enhancing the beauty of the place. The stones are covered with moss and flowers that are creating a surrounding like a rainbow. So many butterflies and beautiful birds are flying and singing. The sun's rays reflect on the water creating the mirror of diamonds.
"Wow, it is so beautiful!" A smile came upon her face. The sounds of the waterfall are so loud that you can listen to anything else... Rebecca took a deep breath and jumped down in the water. She swims to the waterfall. All of her clothes are wet.
Rebecca looked under it, and there she found a cave. Rebecca jumped upon and reached there...
"Hello, anyone here." She shouted. Her voice echoed.
"Good Hunting skills..." Rebecca heard the same deep voice from her back.
