Chapter fifteen

Alpha Adonis POV

“Listen Adonis i don’t think is a right choice for both of us to together and leave the pack just like this. Maybe you should go alone or still you can have Miya accompany you!.” Jason suggested.



“That won’t be a bad idea. Are you sure we can trust Miya with a secret?”, I asked him because girls are not always so good in keeping secret. Miya is Jason twin sister. She also serve as the female beta of the pack since Jason is mateless.


“O she won’t dare! Let me give her a call!”. Jason said and mind link his sister.


“She will meet us at the pack’s boarder.” Jason said.


We both head to our different cars and drove to the pack’s boarder. Surprisingly we meet Miya waiting for us there.


“.How did you get here so fast? That’s unlike you!”. Jason stare at his sister unbelievably.


“Hello to you to younger brother! What do you except that I should takes hours to get ready like your lady companions?”. Miya tossed her brow at her brother.


“Yes after all you are lady too and all ladies are…” Jason started to say but was cut off by his sister.


“I dare you to complete those words and see if you will still have your balls intact before tomorrow.” Miya threatened her brother.


I was tired of their bickering and beside they are wasting my time and so I decided to cut them off.


“Will you both stop it. You guys are no longer kids but adult with responsibilities but I don’t think any of you realize that. Imagine if any pack members see both of you now. How do you except them to still respect you?”. I scold them.


“Sorry!”. They both sheepishly said.


“Miya you are coming with me to the Crystal Blue Pack or do you have any engagement to do?”. I asked her.


“No I am free!”. She answered.


“Good! We be going now. Jason take care of things in the pack and call me if there is problem!.” I ordered.


“Hai hai captain!”. Jason saluted.


Miya and I went into my car and drove off from the pack’s premises.


“Emm Alpha can I ask a question?.” Miya said along our ride.


“Sure go on!.”


“What are we going to do in the Crystal Blue Pack?.” She asked. I had excepted that question from her.


“We are getting a human friend of mine back!.” I answered without explaining much to her. Miya looked as if she wanted to say something but then kicked against it and kept quiet.


In no time we arrive in front of the front of the Crystal Blue Pack. I whined down the glass and waited for the guard to come.


“Alpha Adonis it’s nice to have you in our pack again. Welcome!.” The guard said and beacon on the guard at the gate to let us pass.


Just like last week, I drove through the gates of the pack.


“Wow nothing have changed since I last came here. In fact it’s as if things have gotten worst than it use to be.” Miya commented as she look at the streets through the window.



“You could say that again!.” I said. I was also surprised the last time I saw how things and buildings in the pack where.



“But why is that? This Pack is one of the largest and they have all the resources they need in order to make it profitable and one of the best.” Miya imputed.


“Well we have to give it up for their Alpha!.” I said.


We soon arrived in front of the gigantic luxurious Alpha house.



“Wow surely, the best Alpha definitely goes to the Alpha of this pack. How can he live in such a wonderful palace whereas his pack members live in those buildings? It’s as if he lives in heaven whereas his pack members live in hell!.” Miya stated as we both alighted from the car.


We walk to front door of the Pack to find Lucy waiting for us.


“Alpha Adonis welcome we were excepting you. I was actually surprised when the the guards at the gate informed me that you are here!.” Lucy said.


“I didn’t except to be here too. Something came up. It’s your father around?.” I asked her.


“Sadly no you just miss him. Should I give him a call and inform him that you are here?.” Lucy ask me.


“No that will be no need. I can discuss the matter with you or the beta.” I suggested. I am actually relief that Alpha Wick is not here. At least that will make my work here more easier.


“As you wish Alpha you may come in?.” Lucy said and lead us into the palace.

Lucy’s POV


I intentionally groan as I lead Alpha Adonis and his companion into the pack house. I was angry when I heard from the guard that he is here.


“Why is here?” I asked myself. Don’t he know that he is making things difficult for my brother and I for being here? My father wants one of us to be Alpha Adonis Luna against our wish. I don’t understand my dad anymore. He is not the sweet man I use to know when was a child. It’s as his body have been processed by a man who is only interested in his selfish gains.
The last time Alpha Adonis came here, he didn’t seems to be interested in any of us and that made us glad. But now he is back.
I just hope he finish want he came to do and leave before my father comes back or it will be another case entirely.
