Chapter Eight - Taifun’s son

We arrive in the dungeon and got out of the car. The Chief head of the dungeon immediately rushed out of the building to welcome us.

“Alpha! Beta! Welcome!” He greeted with a bow.

“How are you Adams? We are here to see the rogue that was brought in yesterday!.” Jason spoke on our behalf.

“I am fine thank you for asking! Let me lead you to the rogue. Please follow me!”. Adams said and started to walk into the building.

The whole building of the dungeon was constructed in a caved rogue. It’s about four story high and it also contains about two story high basement. The basement is where the mist notorious and dangerous criminals are being kept.


Adams lead us into the building and to the second floor and opened the door of a cell room.

The rogue is bounded to car with his eyes covered with a piece of cloth.

He sat straight when he heard the movement of people’s feet.


“Remove the cloth from his eyes!.” I ordered . Adams went towards the man and untie the cloth from his eyes.


“Well boy are you ready to talk now?.” I asked him.

“You are not my Alpha and you can’t command me to do anything. I refused to say a word. Kill me if you must!.” The rogue spat.

I pick the knife that was hanging by the door and walk to him. The knife is laced with Wolf bane and will surely bring a reaction out of him. Since he wants to die, I might as well give him a deserving death.

I walk to him and placed the knife at the side of his knife. I don’t need to cut him because the knife is burning him. The rogue let out a cry of anguish as the knife burns his skin.

“Let’s try again, who sends you?.” I asked him again. The rogue did not reply me but kept on crying.

Seeing his silence? I pressed the knife deeper into his neck. The knife burnt his skin and is now burning through his bone. At this point, the rogue was in so much pains that he could cry but rather just kept gasping for air through his mouth.


“Last warning!.” I threatened him.


“T..Taifun’s men! They s..sent me here”. The rogue breathlessly confessed. Immediately after he said those words, I cut off his head using the knife. There is no way I will leave him alive after he killed one of my pack members. An Eye for An eye.


“Clear this up!”. I instructed and walked out of the ceil. Jason followed after me.


“So what next? Are we going to report to the council that the hunters are laying attack on our pack and are also using the prohibited Kuka herbs!”. Jason asked.

“No! I want to deal with the hunters myself!.” I uttered.


“Okay! Where to now?.” Jason asked as we got into the car.

“Back to the pack house!.” I answered. I need a bath and also a change of cloth. I don’t want Alex to see me wearing a blood stain cloth.



Once we reach the pack house, I got out of the car and went to my room to have a bath.

Alex POV

Alex woke up and found himself alone on the bed. He was disappointed. He hoped to wake up smuggled in Alpha Adonis side just like yesterday. But unfortunately his wish didn’t come true.


He got out of the bed and try to look around for Adonis but after a while, he discovered that he is alone in the cabin.

Just when he is about to start panicking, he found a card on the coffee table in the lounge address to him.

I have a pressing issue to solve in the pack house. I have already made breakfast for you. Microwave it when you are about to eat . I will be back before you know it. I lock the door when going out but I kept a spear key for you on the shelve by the door. Don’t miss me too much!
Alpha Adonis.

I smiled when I read the message. So thoughtful of him to cook for me.

Don’t miss him too much? I am already missing him. I don’t know why I felt like this for him. I mean I only meet him a two days ago but it seems as if I have known him all through my life.

I blush hard as i remember our make out season yesterday. I can’t believe that shameless person it’s me.

I still find it hard to believe until now that I am mated to an Alpha and not just any one but one of the strongest. I never saw that coming. I know that there is a high chance that he won’t mark me because I am a human and being a mated to a human will present him to be a weak Alpha. I will enjoy every moment I have to spend with him for one.


I left the lounge room and went to the kitchen to microwave the food. After eating, I decided to make myself busy since Alpha Adonis is not yet back.

I pick a book about Werewolves from the bookshelf and started to read it.

After an hour or so, I got a knock from the door. I found that strange because Alpha Adonis told me that he is the only one that visit this house and so I wonder why he is knocking at the door then.

I picked the key from the shelf near the door and opened it without checking to see who is outside.

The next thing that happened after I opened the door happened so fast that that I didn’t have enough time to comprehend it.

The person who was at the door rushed to me and grabbed me by my neck.

“Who are you and what are you doing in the Alpha’s private cabin?.” The person asked me in fury.

Even if I am to answer the person, I won’t know what to say! Moreover I can’t breathe well more or less talk with the way he is holding my neck. I try to remove grip from my neck but all my attempt was rather useless. Is he very strong since he is a werewolf.

“. .I .. I c-cant.. breathe!”. I managed muttered while gasping for air through my mouth.


“I will let you go! But don’t try to do anything funny after that because you won’t like it. Don’t forget that you are a human. There is no way you can stand against me! Do you understand?”. The man asked me and I nod my head. He let go his grip on me after that.

I bend over and began to cough as I try to regulate my breathing.

“So back to the question? Who are you and what are you doing here?”. The man ask me again.

I look up and took a good look at the man now. He is as tall and huge as Alpha Adonis. He was good looking too although not as good looking as Alpha Adonis.

“Don’t let me ask you again!”. The man threatened bring me out of my thoughts.

“.. I …. He …. He . .. brought me out here?”. I stuttered. I am not sure if I should tell him that I am the Alpha’s Mate. I don’t who he is and what he could to with the piece of information. So I decided to play dumb.

“Who brought you here?”. The man asked me.


“T… The man .. he said .. . This is his house!”. I uttered.

“Are you talking about this man?.” The man brought out his phone and showed me the picture of Alpha Adonis.


I stare at the picture before I nod my head. I wonder why he has Alpha Adonis pictures but then I guess it’s normal for Pack members to have the pictures of their Alpha.


“Damn Adonis! I can’t believe he is now fucking a human and not only that, he even brought the human back to the pack!”. I heard the man murmured.


“Have you seat and we will wait for him!.” The man beacon on a sofa and he also sat down.

Well that’s definitely not what I was expecting from him. I eyed the man suspiciously.

“You are not going to harm me?”. I questioned him.

The man raised his brows and laughed.

“Harm you? Not yet. For the fact that Adonis brought you here, you must be important to him. He will have my head if any harm comes to you.” The man said making me to relax. I noticed how he keeps referring to Adonis without putting the “Alpha” they must be close then.


“So which city are you from?”. The man asked me.

I kept quiet because I am afraid to give him an answer. Because I know that if by chance he finds out that I am Taifun’s son, he is going to have my head.
