11- The Hate Of A Mate

DIANNA POV:

I couldn't believe it. How could he right in front of everyone at that. He's my mate! And here he was chasing after some demon whore. I couldn't believe it. To make matters worst, other Alpha's and their Luna's started to show up.

"Luna Queen Dianna." I turned to look and saw that it was Luna Hana of the black shadows pact. She was tall and her red hair was cut into a bob. Her skin was pale making her honey brown eyes stand out. I gave her a warm smile one a queen should give. "And how are you Luna Queen?" She asked me.

"I'm fine and how are you?" I said to her giving her a queen like smile. No matter how much I smiled at her that doesn't cover up the hatred I felt. Hana always had something to say about anything I did. It was like to was trying to beat me at everything.

"I'm great, me and Harold are actually expecting our third child." She said placing her hand on her swollen stomach. I couldn't help but look down in envy "Oh and where's Alpha King Elias, isn't he supposed to be by your side?" She asked me with a sly grin on her face. I really hated this bitch, she just like to rub everything in my face.

I just gave her my queen like smile "Oh he's around most likely just having some conversations with others."

Just then, Elias came walking into the room, with her walking proudly beside him. When he saw me he whispered something into that demon slut Mila’s ear, she smiled and nodded. Then they walked their separate ways, Elias coming towards me.

When he stood next to me the scent of sex and her hung close to him. Hana gave me a wide-eyed look of amusement and I could tell that she could smell it to. This just couldn't get any worst. Harold just gave me a look that was filled with pity. He felt sorry for me, he felt sorry that my mate slept with another woman and was parading around with her scent stuck to him like a second skin.

Alpha Harold cleared his throat and gave Elias a smile. "Hello Alpha King, how are you today?" he asked with a bow and showed his pearly whites.

"Well, today Alpha Harold, I am absolutely spectacular." Elias said with a huge grin on his face. I frowned in disgust.

"You look like you had an eventful evening." Hana said a knowing smirk on her face. She knows that what he was doing and with who. Everyone can smell it.

"Oh it was very eventful Hana." He said his grin getting even bigger and they all started laughing.

"Alpha King Elias!" We heard a loud voice boom. We looked back and saw the demon king walking towards us, his wife on his left and that demon bitch on his right.

"King Lucifer," Elias said as they shook hands. Then out of nowhere Lucifer pulled Elias close to him fast.

"You smell familiar, it's not like your regular scent, this sent is absolutely amazing." Lucifer said sniffing his neck, then glanced back at that demon bitch.

"Well thank you King Lucifer," Elias said "This scent is one I could live with, forever." He looked at that demon bitch a smirk on his face as he winked at her. She grinned and licked her lips seductively.

King Lucifer just laughed and patted Elias on the back, His wife and daughter laughing with him.

"Actually, there's something I wanted to ask you." Elias said a smile on his face.

"What can I help you with?" King Lucifer said with a nod.

"Well, me and princess Mila was talking, and we both thought it would be a great idea to let her stay in my kingdom for a bit." Elias said. I gasped and looked at him in shock. What the hell was he thinking letting his whore in our kingdom.

"Really, what brought on this decision?" King Lucifer asked raising a eyebrow.

"Weeelll, lets just say, we came to a middle ground that people should get to know the better part of demons, and not just judge the whole race by a few bad eggs." Elias say looking straight at that demon bitch.

King Lucifer just nodded looking deep in thought.

"What do you have to say about that Luna Queen Dianna?" Queen Lilith said as she turned to me. It was about time someone asked me what I wanted instead of just ignoring me that I don't even exist. But the way she looked at me, it was like there was something devious behind her question. She had a smirk on her face and mischief in her eyes.

I smiled and I could feel Elias staring holes in the side of my head. I looked at him and he had this deadly look that read 'You better say the right words and not fuck this up for me.' Honestly it ran shivers through my body.

"Yes, I would also like to hear what Luna Queen Dianna, thinks about letting me stay in her palace with both her and her mate." Demon bitch Mila said. I could tell by the devilish grin on her and her mother’s face that they knew I wasn't going to like the idea. But had to play the role of an understanding Luna Queen.

My face twitched as I put on my fake Queenly smile. "Of course, I would love to have you in my palace Princess Mila. It would bring our species closer together." I looked over at Elias and he had a semi pleased look on his face. But then he just went back to staring at that demon bitch.

"Oh yes our species would be getting very very close." Lucifer said and everyone chuckled.

"In many different ways and positions." Queen Lilith said and everyone laughed harder.

When the laughter died down, King Lucifer looked down at his watch. "Well time does surely pass when you’re having fun, but unfortunately we have to retire for the night." With that they all nodded at me Mila's eyes still connected to Elias. Then they left to say bye to other people.

I turned and looked at Elias and narrowed my eyes. He just looked at me with a bored expression and took a sip of his drink still making eye contact with me.

"What?" He asked after he was finished with his drink.

I was pissed off. "What? what do you mean mean, What?" I said lowly trying not to cause a scene. He just gave me a questioning look as if he didn't understand what was going on, and that pissed me off even more.

"First you run after that little demon whore,"

"Watch your mouth if you want to keep your tongue." He growled at me giving me an evil look and honestly it made me shiver a bit. But I knew I should show him I was serious, so I continued to glare at him.

"Then you come back smelling like nothing but sex and her. Everyone could smell it Elias, her scent was all over you."

"Yeah, I know. It's been a while since I fucked in a public setting." He said with a chuckle and sighed happily like he was remembering the happiest memory.

"And then you invited her to live at our house, why?" I said raising my voice a bit. I could see other people glancing at us from the corner of their eye. I looked around and gave them a small smile of embarrassment.

"Do you not know how embarrassing that is to have my mate carry the scent of another woman."

His just laughed. Did he think this shit was funny?

"What the hell is so funny?" I asked him.

"One, the fact that you called us mate, Your nothing but a fuck up." He said, and honestly that kinda hurt. "Second I don't care if your embarrassed or not because I don’t care about you period. And three I invited her so I can have a good long fuck at night, then wake up, have a good long fuck in the morning." He sighed in happiness while staring into his cup. I don’t even want to imagine what he was thinking and it disgusted me.

"You get me sick." I said a scowl on my face.

"Like wise." Was all he said before walking away.

Angrily I looked around and found that demon bitch grabbing another drink from the bar while her parent’s said bye to others, so I walked up to her. I didn’t look at her as I stopped next to her and grabbed a cup next to the one she grabbed.

Swirling the liquid in my cup I kept my eyes on my drink as I cleared my throat.

"Well, I hope your proud of yourself." I said low enough so only she could hear, my eyes still on my drink.

She gave me a small chuckle. "I have no Idea what you’re talking about Luna Queen Dianna."

"Of course, you wouldn’t understand, princess or not, your only a demon after all." And I heard her gasp. "Let me explain, you just embarrassed my whole race, how may you ask. By coming in here smelling like the Alpha king. How do you think that looks on us? A race that is supposed to treasure and devote themselves to their fated mate, and here the Alpha King is having sex with you, a succubus. How do you think you make your race look? Do you even know what the people have been saying behind your back? 'Well I’m not surprised she is a sex demon anyway. This is why we keep the shifters away from the demon kingdom." I paused for a second giving her a moment to let all the information and comments that may or may not be true sink in. I snuck a peek at her and the look I saw on her face was one of shame and regret.

"You’re a princess Mila you shouldn't focus more about your own personal wants and needs and more about how you’re making your kingdom look. Because right now, you’re a disgrace to both your kingdom and your race." I said looking at her. Her eyes snapped up to me and I saw sadness in them. Then she just nodded, took in a deep breath and closed her eyes. When she opened them again, she put on a fake smile and walked back to her family.

For the rest of the night even though Elias was with me I could tell his eyes were constantly looking at her with worry in them. Was this asshole really worried for that bitch. Then when she left with her family, he left right after. Where he went I have no Idea because he didn’t go home.

I really do hate him. I thought to myself. Then a tear slipped rolled down my cheek as I realized that deep down, I still loved him. But now I was going to lose him. But not without a fight, I was going to try everything in my power for us to be proper mates. I wanted that, I wanted what everyone else had and I was going to get it no matter what.
