Book 3: 13- No Control

ELIAS POV:

“Let her go Axl!” I argued with him. But I was trapped. Stuck in my own mind sitting in front row seats as my wolf choked the life out of my own pup.

“Not until she tells us where our mate is.” he argued back. His grip only tighten on her neck and I watched her face turn colors. Her grip on my hand was becoming weaker and weaker and I can feel her heartbeat start to slow.

“Your going to kill her!” I yelled at him. I was trying to gain control I really was. But his emotions and his need to find his mate was over powering my need to save my own pup.

“What ever it takes to get our mate back and if I have to sacrifice a pup then so be it.” he told me.

I saw the look in Daria’s eyes when she heard him say that. Her eyes went wide with fear and then sadness took over as her eyes started to water and tears dropped from them.

The look on her face broke my heart. She was heartbroken, to hear her own father say that he would gladly take her life for his mate. She dropped her hands it was like she gave up trying to fight and just stared me in the eyes.

Why wasnt anyone trying to stop me? Where the hell was Gabriel? I can hear him screaming her name begging me to stop. I looked down and my sons had him pinned to the floor. He was crying amd begging me to stop, he knew Axl was going to kill her. But Axl didnt care, he just wanted his mate back. He didnt care that the life he was about to take was the life he helped create. The little girl that depended on him, on us to protect her from the monsters in the world that would hurt her.

Axl looked back up to my little girl and her eyes were starting to close and her heart was barely beating.

“Please. Stop.” I begged Axl but all he said was he wanted his mate and continued to choke the life out of my pup. It was only when, there was no more heart beat that Axl let her go and gave me back control.

Gabriel screamed NO, fought off Damen and Deo throwing them to the side and immediately rushed to Daria. Grabbing her into his arms, and jumped out the window shattering the glass as he went. His dark wing spread out as he flew away taking my dead pup with him.

I couldnt move, I just stared down at my hands tears dripping from my eyes. I killed my pup, my daughter, my own flesh and blood. With my own hands I took her life. How could I do that?

Images of Daria as a child flashed through my mind, her smile, her laughter, hell even her smart ass attitude all something I would never get back because I killed her.

“She should have told us where our mate was.” Axl said in my head trying to justify why he killed our pup. I just dropped to my knees and started sobbing.

Soon enough, a hand placed itself on my back. I looked back and it was my Beta Ryan a small smile on his face. Anger filled me as I stood up and turned to him.

“Why didnt you stop me?” I growled out in anger and he frowned.

“I thought thats what you wanted Alpha.” he told me a confused look on his face

“You thought I would want to kill my own pup my fucking daughter?!?” I growled out loudly making the room shake.

Fear crossed his face and he open and closed his mouth. “I-I-I th-”

“She was holding information,” I turned and it was Damen that spoke out as he looked at me. “she wouldnt have told us.”

I stomped my way towards my twins. “So you just let me kill your sister. The same person you two shared a womb with. The same person you two claim to love so dearly?!?”

“She knew where mom was an-”

“And what happens when your mother comes back and learns that I killed her daughter just because she wouldnt tell me where her mother was?” I asked them and they said nothing but their face showed nothing but guilt.

“How do you think shes going to feel towards me, her mate that can kill his own pup. A child we made out of love? Lets not forget that her sons let it happened even held down the person that was suppose to protect her and did nothing to stop me.”

“It was for mom.” Deo said lowly looking down.

“Do you thinks shes going to accept that. Your mother will happily give her life for any of her children. To learn that one of her children died by her mates own hands for her. She’ll never forgive me or you.”

“But it wasnt you it was Axl.” Damen said.

“It was my hands around her neck.” my eyes started to water as I remembered the look of heartbreak on her face and I dropped down to my knees. “My hands.”

“Dad-”

“Get out. ”

“But dad-”

“GET! OUT!” I yelled and they all scurried out the room closing the door behind them.

I just sat on the floor crying.

Goddess what have I done.
Mila, my mate, my queen, I hope you forgive me and dont leave me.

I knew my Prayers wouldnt be answered. Once my mate learns that I killed our pup. That would be the end for us and it would be all my fault for having no control over my wolf.

GABRIEL POV:

I had no idea where I was going, but what I did know was that I had to get her away from the wolf empire. Tears flooded my eyes as I flew, I held Daria’s lifeless body in my arms.
How could she die like that, by the hand on her own father just for information?

Were the wolves that cruel? That heartless that they would kill their own seed? I thought they were suppose to be loyal to their pact to their family. Was his loyalty less then others because of the fact that she was part demon and he had a vendetta against Lucifer? What was it, I cant understand. Why?

My thoughts were cut short as the Demon Empire started to come into sight. Yes Lucifer, if anyone can fix this he can and will.

I flew faster and folded my wings around Daria and myself as I came crashing through a window I knew to be Lucifers office. Landing on the floor on the opposite side of his desk. When I opened a wing Lucifer was sitting at his desk, looking at me a confused yet angry look on his face.

“What the hell is wrong with you Gabriel!” he yelled, his face turning red with anger. But that all died once he got a look at my crying face. Immediately he got up and walked over to me. “Whats wrong?” he asked sternly.

He helped me as I stood and I opened my other wing revealing a lifeless Daria, the dark purple hard mark around her neck visible from Elias’s wolfs death grip.

Lucifer gasp his hands shaky and he reach forward gently touching her face.

“You can bring her back right?” I asked him.

He just stared at her in disbelief. Next to his daughter, I knew Daria was his favorite because she was only one that visited him. She actually cared.

“Samael.” I called out to him and he looked up at me. His eyes glossed over with tears that he refused to let fall.

“What happened?” he asked me his voice shaky. His eyes looking back down at Daria.

“Elias was blaming you for the disappearance of Mila and kept on going on about how shes in danger. Daria let it slip that she knew her mother was going to be fine. But when asked for more information she wouldnt speak. Elias’s wolf took over and choked her. He wouldnt let go, I tried to help but ber brothers pinned me down.” as soon as I said that his eyes snapped up to me.

“Damen and Deo was there?” he asked and I nodded “They let this happen.” I nodded again.

“His beta just stood there smirking.” I told him, the room started to go hot and I knew Samael was mad. “You can bring her back though, right?” I asked you can just hear the begging in my voice.

“Yes I can.”

As soon as he said a wave of relive washed over me and I sighed.

“But you do know what this means right?” He asked not looking at me.

“No, I dont.”

“He almost killed my daughter and choked my grand daughter to death. This alliance is over and this means war.”
