27- Queen Nuala And Her Empire PT:2

It didn’t take long for us to got through the forest and when we came out on the other side, it was a whole community. People were walking around and standing around talking to each other. When they saw our cars they stopped and just watched us. There was a mixture a whole bunch of different people, here. Some showed their ears and tails, some walked around in their animal form while others didn’t. It was like they were free to do what ever they wanted with out being judged and that had to be an amazing feeling. What really caught my eyes were the few small little people I saw flying around. Seeing them only brought one question to my mind.

Are those fucking fairies?!?

after a few more moments of driving we stopped in front of a huge mansion like house. Standing in the doorway was Queen Nuala and Michael. He had his arms around her waist as he held her close to his body. Her arms were wrapped around his neck as he whispered things in her ear that made her blush and giggle.

We came to a stop and I immediately got out of the car and ran up to them. Queen Nuala stepped away from Michael and immediately pulled me into a hug.

“Mila, I’m so happy you made it!” She said squeezing me tightly.

“Careful Queen Nuala she’s carrying remember.” I heard Eli chuckle as he tried to pull me back into his arms.

“Yes, yes.” Queen Nuala said as she kissed me on my cheek. Then backed away from me. She said hello to everyone else then started to guild us into the house.

We walked through the huge house until we came to a pair of double oak doors. She pushed it open and her it showed her office. Her office was nice and big, her desk was light brown oak. There was a few leather couches around the table and a long couch near the wall. In the middle of the floor there was a nice fluffy blue carpet. There were two french glass doors that led to two balconies.

“Wow I love your office.” I told her taking a seat in front of her desk, Eli took the one next to me. Everyone else to the seat of the Long couch.

“Well should we get this meeting started.” My dad said as he crossed one leg over the other, brandy in his hand that he got from I don’t know where.

“Well actually were waiting for someone else.” Michael said leaning against the desk. We just nodded and I took this as my chance to ask the questions I wanted to ask.

“Queen Nuala,” I started.

“Please just call me Nuala.” She said interrupting me.

“Well, Nuala,” I started “Please correct me if I’m mistaken but I believe I saw some fairies flying around.”

“Yes, I’m sure you did see them. Their just one of the many creatures we have here.” She answered. My eyes just went wide with amazement.

“What other type of creatures do you have?” I asked curiosity just coursing through my veins.

“Well, we have fairies or Fae creatures that come in may different breeds. We have a few mermaids, trolls, Centaurs, pixies, um” she listed off sitting in her chair behind the big oak desk.

“Don’t for get about Unicorns and Pegasuses.” Michael said chipping in, cutting Nuala off.

Nuala sighed pitched the bridge of her nose and leaned back in her chair “Michael, for the last time we do not have Unicorns and Pegasuses.”

Michael quickly turned to her and gave her a crazy look. “What are you talking about Nuala, yes the hell he do. Trust me I’ve seen them.”

“Honey, I love you I really, but you have to get over this fantasy of Unicorns and Pegasuses.” She said giving him a gentle smile.

“Your just jealous that your not special enough to see them.” He said as he narrowed his eyes at her and crossed his arms over his muscular chest.

“How do you know if it not just Yuukio paying a trick on you?” She asked him. That seemed to piss him off as his muscles flexed and his frown deepened.

“Yuukio, you know he has a thing for you right, why is he always calling you his lady?” He growled out. We all could feel the tention in the room, I never seen an angel before. But I bet an angry angel is not a good thing.

“It’s a Japanese thing Honey, he doesn’t have a thing for me trust me. You know it’s not attractive being jealous right?” Nuala said smirking at Michael. Michael flinched a bit then his frown deepen to a scowl. Then the air in the room became thick and heavy and I couldn’t help but move closer to Eli who wrapped his arms around me protectively.

Then Michaels wings came out of his back, breaking out of the grey t shirt he was wearing. Instead of them being the snow white like I heard all angels wings were, they were pitch black. They flapped once lifting him off the ground as he stared down at Nuala. “I. Am. Not. Jealous. Over. A. Damn. Fox.”

“Really? Because from the looks of it I would say you were jealous.” She said smirking completely unfazed by his temper tantrum while I was scared as shit, but still held a brave face. Then I saw her eyes flash to mine. “Michael, Honey lets remember that we have guest.”

That seemed to get his attention as he slowly came back down to the ground and his wings started to disappear into his back. The air became lighter again as he cleared his throat. “We’ll talk about this later.” He said to her and she just nodded and winked at him.

“Oh Mila, how far along are you, when are you do?” Nuala asked me getting excited.

I stiffened in Eli’s arms and a frown formed on my face. That question got to me. I mean I didn’t even know when my babies were do. What type of parent was I. Was I eve qualified to be a parent? I’m suppose to know these type of things they were very important and here I was clueless. I started to space out as all negative thoughts just ran around in my head.

“Well, were not to sure yet.” I heard Eli speak up for me, as his hold around me got tighter. “With me being and Alpha King and her a Demon Princess. The babies are going to be hybrids but we don’t know how long. As you can see it’s pretty fast. She’s only almost Three weeks and look at how much she’s showing.” Eli chuckled. I was thankful for him speaking up, I guess he could feel my distress through our bond.

“Well you can always get checked out by one of our physicians.” Nuala offered.

“Well we just got checked out last week.” Eli responded.

“Yes well you see we have quiet a few hybrids here so our physician Dr. Livids has experience with hybrid babies and pregnancies. ” Nuala answered.

At this I got excited and sat up a little bit to fast might I add. “Really?!?”

Nuala nodded “Yup, after the meeting you can go have a visit with her, she does walk ins.”

“Ok thanks.” I said my mood lifted. Then there was a knock on the door.

“Well looks like the extras are here.” Nuala said getting up to get the door.

I couldn’t wait for this meeting to be over I really needed to know more about our babies and Nuala just gave me the perfect opportunity all I have to do is take it. And I will.
