28- Reuniting of Old Friends

LUCIFER POV:

It was nice for Nuala to offer Mila assistance with her babies. I was grateful for that but I couldn’t say I was all the way happy. I know I said that babies should leave the nest after a while. But was I really ready to let go of Mila? To give my Addiction to another man to hold forever? Honestly, I didn’t want to, I wanted to keep her, with me, forever if I could. But I knew she was happy so I knew I had to deal with my incomplete feelings and small heartbreak. Sighing I got up and went to pour myself another glass of brandy to hopefully push these feelings aside when Nuala got up to answer the door that someone knocked on.

I heard the door open and it wasn’t long before I heard a loud pitch screech fill the room that caused me to jump. I turned, holding the drink in my hand only to see a small woman standing in the doorway, a tall man standing next to her. I looked over her, she was small definitely like a midget, hair was thick a wine red, and came all the way down to her knees. Her skin was fair and her eyes shine with a bright orange as her small face showed nothing but excitement. She wore a skirt that came to her mid-calf but had splits on the side coming up to her hips. The Shirt she wore was tight and stopped right under her breast showing off all her sternum tattoos as well as her tattoo on her sides and arms. The material of the outfit was purple and blue and was thin most likely silk. She wore flats and a headband with coins sewn into it. There was a ring of bells around her wrist and ankles that giggled every time she moved.

She looked at me and her smile just widened. I knew who she was so I smiled back. “Luie!!” She yelled as she ran to me. Her small body moving around everyone like lighting I hurried and put my drink down so that I wouldn’t spill it when she jumped into my arms.

“Ezzie, look at you,” I said as I held her in a tight hug “I haven’t seen you in decades.” I laughed and put her down.

“I know Luie, I missed you.” She giggled. She was adorable, I don’t know what it was about her, I think it’s mostly about how small she was. She was only 4′7 like a child but had the body of a woman.

“I missed you to Ezzie. And what are you wearing?” I laughed. Looking at her up and down.

“I’m a gypsy just like the Ezmerelda in the Disney movie.” She said as she took a step back and twirled. Her skirt flailing opening revealing her fair thick legs. I forgot that one part about her, She has this child’s set of mind at times. You can call her a little, and it fits her perfectly. I just patted her head and smiled at her.

“Hello Ezmerelda,” I heard the sweet seductive voice of Lilith rang out. Ezmerelda blushed, causing her whole face to turn red then she turned to face Lilith. Looking down she played with her fingers nervously. “Hi Lili, Cain.”

“You look as sweet as always,” Lilith said her said on her hips and Ezzie just giggled.

“You should thank people when they compliment you, Sweetness.” The tall guy that came in with Ezzie said.

“Thank you, Lili.” Ezzie said as she shifted from one foot to the next.

“Sweetness huh.” Lilith chuckled and Ezzie just smirked some more. “You picked the perfect name for her, she really does taste very very sweet.” Lilith licked her lips.

“I thought you were with your brother in Romania?” I asked her she just frowned. “He’s taking forever to find the reincarnation and honestly I got bored and tired. Drac said he could search on his own so I came here and I found Declan.” She said as she ran beside him. He immediately reached down and picked her up placing her on his hip and I knew what kinda relationship they had.

He was tall around 6′6 or 6′8 his hair was the red color of the autumn leaves and he had it up in a man bun. I could tell he work out by the muscles that were threatening to pop out of his skin-tight black shirt. He wore dark blue slacks and a pair of black Clarks. His eyes were the color of grass his skin tan. He looked kind yet serious at the same time and I knew I never met him before.

“Well everyone This is Declan DeVir and as most of you know Ezmerelda Dracul-DeVir. They rule Crimswood together.” Nuala introduced them.

“Ezmerelda, DeClan This is Alpha king Elias Woods and Luna Queen Mila Descoundres. You already know everyone else.”

“Crimswood?” Elias asked “I never heard of it.”

“You wouldn’t, we most likely keep to ourselves.” Declan said “Unlike your Empires our Kingdom is off to the far side of the Shifters Empire. Were secluded just like Nuala and her empire.”

Elias just nodded in understanding.

“Wait Luie is that your daughter?!?” Ezzie asked me excitedly, I just nodded. “Awww she’s sooo adorable, Vlad would love her.”

“Vlad as in Dracula?” Mila voiced out confused a bit.

“Yeah, Dracula my brother.” Ezzie peeped up, Mila’s eyes went wide.

“You know, baby girl in fact Dracula wasn’t the first vampire, In fact, Ezmerelda was,” I told Mila, and her eyes went wide in amazement.

“Yeah but that’s a story for another time,” Ezzie said interrupting me.

“How about after the meeting?” Mila asked excitedly.

Ezzie looked up at DeClan and he nodded and she clapped excitedly. “Yeah sure.”

“Well let's get this meeting started,” Nuala said clapping her hands then making her way back to her desk.

THIRD PERSON POV:

Declan took a seat to the right with Ezmerelda on his lap.

“Now we all know why we’re here.” Michael started.

“The angels and god.” Ezmerelda piped in a frown on her face.

“Right now I believe with the strength of the four of us combined that we can overcome them.” Michael continued.

“Don’t forget about the hunters at that as well.” Elias said holding Mila close to him and Nuala nodded.

“Well I can tell you you have the full support of the Demon Empire as Well as the Wolf Empire.” Mila spoke up placed her hand on his, Elias and Lucifer nodded in agreement.

“And we’ll support you 100%,” Ezzie said with a smile on her face.

“However, It’s not going to be as easy as it may seem. As you already know the angels already attacked the rogue empire. We were able to take a few hits as they weren’t too drastic however I know that it’ll only get worst. I know that partnering with us, your not only be putting yourself but your empire in danger but.”

“Don’t worry about it, It’ll only be a matter of time before they start attacking the other kingdoms. SO it would be wise to stop him now before he grows too powerful and his numbers grow.” Lucifer spoke up taking a sip of his brandy. Everyone nodded in agreement.

The meeting went well, they talked about missions and plans and the future, and Mila couldn’t wait for the meeting to come to a close.

When it did she turned right to Ezmerelda, “SO you wanna tell me your story now?”

Ezmerelda just laughed and nodded. “Let the story begin.”
