32- Baby Surprise!!

ELIAS POV:

“And that's the story about how I became a vampire and made my brother, Dracula into one as well,” Ezmerelda said as she sat on Declan's lap.

Mila was hooked on her story the whole time. She cried at the sad parts, became angry at the villains in the story, and when Ezmerelda voiced how Lucifer saved her and her brother while creating a new species. Mila was so proud she started crying.

Ezmerelda gasped then started to swarm on Declans lap and I knew why. I don't know if the others noticed it or not but I did. In the middle of Ezmereldas's story, Declan crept his hand into one of her slits and up her dress. Soon I found out what he was doing to her. If it wasn't the heavy smell of erotic lust in the air that gave it away her face sure as hell did. It was pink the whole entire time. Declan just held a smirk on his face, a smirked that showed he like doing this. To see how much she could take before she broke and moaned out loud. And she was good. She got through her whole story plus questions without letting out a single sound of sexual pleasure. He must have her well trained.

“Ok nows The time to go and get your baby checked out!!” Nuala sang out, she was happy maybe a little too excited. As soon as she said that Milas face lit up with excitement and she started bouncing up and down.

“Yes! Yes! I’m so excited to learn more about our babies!” She squealed squeezing the life out of my hand.

“Well then let's go, Dr. Livids Is waiting for us.” With that, me and Mila followed Nuala out of her office leaving everyone behind.

Mila was excited the whole way as she talked with Nuala about the possibilities of genders, strength, and species.

“What if only one of the babies turns out to be a hybrid and one is a demon and the other a werewolf?” Mila questioned with a frown on her face.

“Would that be a problem?” Nuala asked holding her hand.

“Of course not, I would love them all the same, I would just like for all my babies to all be the same so that they won’t feel any different towards each other. And all have something in common.” Mila stated.

I just grabbed her hand and held it tightly, in understanding.

Nuala frowned I could tell she didn’t understand, I could tell that she wanted to ask but she just shook her head and smiled.

“Well I bet their all going to have great spirits because their parents have great spirits.” Nuala smiled, and I felt thankful for her dropping the subject.

We arrived at Dr. Livids office, She was sitting in a black plush chair just waiting for us. She looked up and when she saw us she smiled.

“Good evening Queen Nuala.” She smiled as she got out of her seat.

“Good Evening Marsha, I brought the patients I was telling you about.” Nuala stated motioning to us.

Dr. Livids eyes widen with amazement. “Yes the Alpha King and the Demon Princess newly turned into Luna Queen.”

I held out my hand for her to shake. “It’s very nice to meet you Dr. Livids, thank you for taking us on such short notice.”

“Oh trust me the pleasure is all mine,” She started “to witness the evolution of the children of an Alpha King and Demon princess is more than an honor.”

With that, Dr. Livids motioned for Mila to sit on the table and lifted up her shirt and she did. Then Dr. Livids squirted some clear gel on Mila's swollen stomach and placed the wand over it spreading the clear gel around her stomach. Within seconds three strong heartbeats filled the room.

“Well, looks like these three are growing fast.” She said motioning to the monitor.

Mila and I both looked at the monitor and what we saw brought a tear to my eye. Three small still developing babies were growing in the love of my life stomach. Their heartbeats were beating fast like a hummingbird. Mila started just crying her eyes out saying those are my babies. It was too adorable.

“Would you like to know the sex of your babies?” Dr. Livids asked.

“Yes! Yes please.” Mila jumped at the offer. Dr Livid moved the wand around Mila’s stomach some more and analyzed the monitor.

“Well looks like your having,” She paused for a second. “Two boys and a girl.”

That’s when I felt it, more tears started to drop from my eyes as I just stared at the screen. Two boys and a girl. I felt proud of not only myself but Mila as well for creating such beautiful children. I felt Mila grabbed my hand and squeeze it gently. I looked down at her and she held a loving smile on her face, I gladly returned it.

“OOOOhhhh Two boys, your gonna have your hands full Mila.” Nuala said and Mila scoffed.

“Yeah, well see about that?” She said under her breath, and I just chuckled.

“Now you look like your about halfway through your pregnancy, you most likely only have two maybe three months to go.” She told us and we nodded. “If its alright with you I would like to make an appointment with you for two weeks from now.”

“That’s perfectly fine with me!” Mila said.

Dr. Livids smiled and put the wand down, wiping the gel off her stomach. “Now would you like to know what species your babies are?”

Mila’s eyes went wide “You can do that?”

Dr. Livids just Chuckled and looked at Nuala “You didn’t tell them did you?”

Nuala just shrugged “Nope I thought you would like that honor.”

Me and Mila were both looking at them in confusion. “Tell us what?” Tell us what Mila asked.

“Well, Marsha is a hybrid herself.” Nuala said proudly.

“Really?” Mila said excitedly

“Yup,” Marsha said a smile on her face “My mom's a witch and my dads a Vampire.”

Mila and I both nodded, in amazement. For once Mila was silent.

“Now lets Check out your babies.” Nuala said hold her hands up. “Now all I need to is place my hands on you tummy.” she did and Mila jumped. She moved her hands around Mila’s stomach just feeling pausing every now and then. Then she pulled back and looked at us.

“Well, now.” She said.

“What is it?” Mila asked sounding a bit worried.

Marsha just sighed “Your babies are very powerful, very powerful indeed.”

“What else.”

“Well, they all carry both the wolf and demon genes. However,”

“Uh oh, However, however, are never good.” Mila sighed interrupting her.

“I promise you it’s nothing bad. “It’s just that one of your babies, the boy I believe, has more wolf gene than the others, the other boy has more demon genes than the others. And the girl is a neutral party, meaning she carries both genes equally. And I believe that is way more powerful than the boys?”

I was confused, how was that more powerful than the boys. “How so?” I asked.

“Well with two dominant genes swimming around in one's DNA it is only understandable that one tries to dominate the other. However, when they live together peacefully, there's no telling what that person can accomplish.”

“Ohhhh Our baby girls gonna put the boys in their place.” Mila laughed.

“I just hope the boys don’t cause to much trouble between each other.” I said sighing.

“What do yo mean?” Mila asked me with a confused look on my face.

“Well, Mila The two boys, they are going to be challenging each other throughout life just to see who’s more powerful. Kinda like a battle of dominance. After all, they both have Alpha King's DNA in them.” I told her with a chuckle.

“Oh boy” She sighed.

“It’s not as bad as it seems Mila.” I told her as I kissed her on her cheek. “I’ll be here to keep them in check I promise.”

She just giggled. “You better or I’m gonna be whipping ass.”

I just laughed at her.

MILA POV:

I couldn’t believe what I was hearing about my babies. I could already tell they were going to be a handful. but I was ready to be a strong mother and handle them. I understood what Eli said about the whole showing dominance thing. But I could also tell that no matter what my babies would stick together and protect each other. Because I could feel it.

I started to feel tired towards the end of the visit, so we made an appointment for another visit. And then me and Eli started to head home. Everyone else wanted to stay back and catch up with one another and I let them.

I just closed my eyes and drifted off into dreamland.

It wasn’t long until I was wakening up in our room by the loud happy yelps from Elizabeth, Eli’s mother. She was jumping up and down tears streaming down her face.

“I’m guessing Eli told you.” I said with a yawn as I wiped the sleep from my eyes.

“Yes! Yes. I cant believe It. And dont worry I’ll help you in case the boys become to much.” She laughed as she hugged me.

“Yup we’ll put those boys in place.” I said as I laughed with her. My laughter soon turned into tears of joy as I started crying causing Elizabeth to cry with me.
Damn hormones.

Then the wonderful mood was ruined.

Eli came running into room, his father hot on his tail. The look of fear and worry was clear on his face.

“Whats wrong Eli?” I asked him, feeling his panic through the bond.

“Theres been an attack.” He said lowly.

My heart almost stopped for a second, and my hands automatically went to my stomach. “An attack, by who?”

“Angels and hunters.”

It was starting, everything that we talked about, planned about was starting. I knew it would, but I wasnt expecting it to happen so soon. But I had to be strong. I had to, not only for this Empire but for my babies as well.

Taking in deep breaths to calm my nerves. I walked to Eli who was clearly panicking in his own calm way.

“I guess the war has begun,” I said giving him a confident smile, he gave me a weird look at first. But then understood that we had to be strong no matter what.

“I guess it has.” He said as he pulled me into a hug.

We were going to protect what was ours no matter what.
