Chapter 15: Feel your magic.

Bellatrix:

    The drive to the pack house was uncomfortably silent with Alec glancing at me occasionally for whatever his reasons were. I kept silent looking out as if I didn't notice it. Finally we pulled to a stop in front of the pack house.

    "Bella.." I glanced at Alec, raising my eyes in question to his sudden calling of my name.

    "What is it?"

    He blinked and then shook his head, "Never mind."

    I scoffed as I stepped out, the pack house wasn't really filled up the way it was the first time i got here, even the front space was very scanty though I didn't stop to scrutinize as my feet hurriedly lead me to the pool, however I did not miss Alec's overwhelming presence as he behind me.

    The pool was just as crystal blue as I remembered, the rays of the sun hitting it making it shine in all its beauty. I crouched low and then slowly placed my hands into it, it didn't spring up like it had that day, instead it started to emit light, I stared at it in shock and I did not miss the gasp that also came from Alec. But then again, there was nothing after the light, nothing whatsoever.

    I retracted my hands from the pool and just stayed there, staring at it as the (light) died down. I needed answers, but certainly I wasn't going to get it from the darn pool.

    I sighed, running my hands through my hair. I need a drink. "What exactly did you come here in search for." Alec suddenly asked from where he stood behind me.

    "That is certainly none of your business Alpha Alec." I huffed back a reply, and then I felt it, the sudden change in the warmness of the air, it instantly felt cold and domineering. I stood up and whirled around to look at Alec and I let out a gasp at what I saw.

    He was staring at me alright, but then his icy blue eyes were piercing at me and I could swear I could literally see flames burning in them as he stalked closer to me. "You keep forgetting you are my mate Bella, can you not tell I have had enough of your going back and forth?" This is him, the Alec I had met the first time I got here, dare I say; the real Alpha Alec.

    I gulped, wanting to respond but I am cut short by the panicked voice of someone running towards us, yelling. "Alpha! Alpha!"

    Alec instantly turns. "Kev? What is it?"

    The man Kev falls to his knees, breathing heavily. "Boarder attack! The pack's boarder is under attack, they've sprayed some kind of thing and most of the boarder guards are unconscious!"

    "What!" Alec pressed his fingers to his forehead. "Where is Beta Ryan? Why can't I reach him?, Get the guards at the pack house, make them guard the town gate, do not let the rouges cross the boarders and get into the town.. And get Ryan immediately!" He thundered.

    "Yes Alpha!" Kev bowed and scrambled off immediately.

    I glanced at Alec and even though I shouldn't be thinking about stuffs like this now, I couldn't help the tug of smile on my lips at how sexy he looked roaring orders.

    You are definite going insane Bellatrix! I mentally slapped myself.

    "Come with me." He grabbed my hands and pulled me into the pack house. There were people scattered around, though they weren't that much. It seemed like they all preferred the comfort of their homes to the pack house.

    "Alpha Alec.." They all curtsied as they sighted him.

    "Fuck, why are they all blocking me out" he muttered and then said loudly. "Hera! Where the hell is Hera!"

    He didn't wait for any reply before he started to run up the stairs still pulling slash dragging me along. He stopped when he got to the second room on the right and pushed the door open. We are met with the sight of Hera sitting on the rug in a meditating position, her eyes closed.

    "Hera what the hell!"Alec yelled. Hera didn't flinch nor leave her current position.

    "Leave her here and go fight alongside the warriors and your beta. You should know I am casting a protecting shield over the whole pack."

    Alec sighed and then looked a me. "Stay right here and do not leave this room until I'm back, Okay?" He placed a kiss on my forehead and hurriedly left. In a reflex motion, my hands slowly went up to my forehead where he had kissed. I smiled.

    "I know who you are and what you do" My little daydream is cut short by Hera's abrupt statement. I glanced down at her and she was still meditating or whatever she was doing.

    "Good for you." I said as if I wasn't dying to hear her say it. It looks like she had some kind of magical powers or something.

    "Sit with me, Fallon" I huffed as I reluctantly sat, folding my legs. "Now copy my stance."

    I scoffed, "what?"

    "Just do as I say Fallon." She replied with a strained voice.

    Reluctantly again I complied. My hands resting on laps with my palms open up to the ceiling. I closed my eyes. "Now listen to the wind as it moves. Focus on yourself, your magic.. It is on your fingertips, let it go."

    I pressed my lips tightly as I followed her instructions, focusing on the wind. I could hear the rattling of the leaves, even the tiniest flutter of the butterfly wings. And then I saw it, like a mist, but yet burning like a furnace. "What is that?" I asked Hera

    "Your magic, now feel it."

    Slowly, I let my hands wander forward and into the mist, as if following an unsaid command, it pushed forward and began to wrap itself around my hands. Surprisingly it didn't burn me, instead it brought in a soothing feeling, I didn't quite understand.

    "Embrace it." I heard Hera's voice. In reply to her instruction, I pushed my hands further in, and then i was falling. The last thing I heard was a loud cut noise and then a splatter like multiple beads falling to the ground, before I finally found myself standing in the middle of a vast land.
