The Decision

She was pissed, she didn't know why.
And it really should not have come as a surprise to her. The fact that it hurt her was such a foolish thing at this point.
Why did she care what he did, he obviously didn't care for her, he looked at her and could not even muster enough emotion to care, to want to know what they were.
She had lost their child and he still treated her like an inconvenience. She didn't have the time for that, could not continue to strive for affection that would never come.
She hurried to her room and leaned against the door when she felt dizzy, she swallowed briefly and looked away. She just needed to get out of here.
The door opened and Aspen walked in and stopped by her
" Are you ok" she asked
" If you're coming with me then go pack, we're leaving tonight"
" Leaving to where" her brother Sam hissed as he joined them
" Sam, what are you doing here. How's mom" she asked stopping herself from shoving clothes forcefully into a bag
" She's fine, now tell me where the hell you're going to" he asked and she sighed
There was no escaping it then, she had to find a way to explain this to him more delicately
" I'm going out, heading north" she muttered and he sighed
" What is north"
" I don't know but I can't be here"
" Are you going alone"
" I'm going with Aspen" she replied and
" Then I'll join you,"
" No you can't "
" What about mom" she asked and he shrugged
" She is in the Golden Fang pack, it's the safest place for her so she'll be fine, you however are going north to somewhere we don't even know" he muttered and she sighed
" Fine" she was tired of the talking and the loudness, all she wanted at this moment was to just go
" What " he asked bewildered and she was too but right now she just didn't care
" Let's go, get your bag, I'm leaving this night" he winced and opened his mouth
" I'll leave without you and I'm not joking" she mumbled and he nodded
" All right" he grumbled leaving the room, Aspen was gone as well, she packed a bag and some clothes trying to decide what she needed or what she didn't she grabbed a bracelet off the table. Remembering the night when he had given it to her Logan, she had leaned on him trying not to cry and to show not much emotions from the stress . He had wrapped it on her arm as he promised to protect her and yet here she was alone and unprotected. She dropped the bracelet on the table and walked out the door.
She had to find a way to get what she needed, she was the white omega although she was not sure what that was but it had to be of some use to this war.
How could she be an omega without a wolf she did not know but she would have to find out .
She would have to become more skilled at her powers and to find a way to defeat Finn for her family and all the people she held dear.
Aspen walked back to her, as she tried to pen down a message for Logan
" I don't know what to say to him" Emily finally admitted, even now she didn't feel like disturbing him and he would likely see it as that. It was just her disturbing him
" Write what you want, ,that is the only choice you have now " she offered
" It's all you have to give " she mumbled and so Emily wrote a note– maybe destroying Finn would allow her to get rid of these feeling of betrayal and guilt. She dropped the note with a servant and turned away Aspen right behind her
" So here I am at freaking six in the morning following your dumbass on an excursion" Aspen grumbled, and she laughed
" You can stay behind you know" she mumbled looking at her face
" And let you have all the fun, hell no." she grumbled taking her hand in hers and squeezing it softly
" I'm your ride or die " she joked and Emily couldn't help but laugh just as Sam hung over them immediately and asked
" What is so funny"
" You are a pain in the ass" she muttered and he shrugged
" I am you best friend" she grinned softly and Aspen couldn't seem to help but laugh as we walked out of the palace arm entwined
" So what are we doing exactly" she asked, Emily shrugged,
" We're going north. I've been having visions and dreams about it I know that's where we have to go but I don't know what to do when we get there" she said softly playing with the strap of her bag
" Since when do you see vision" Sam asked and she huffed
" Does it really matter when " she asked and Aspen muttered beneath her breath as they went on
" I have been having them since the battle at the Golden Fang pack" she responded simply and got a small nod in return
They walked the familiar path through the forest, she was a little worried, there was no news on Finn's whereabouts in days the only viable news though was his army seated at the borders of the pack land which was what Aspen had told her and the thought of him being hidden somewhere that Aspen didn't know was daunting especially and she understood it especially since she knew without a doubt what kind of man he was.
But his priestess was dead. He would likely find another one but either of you could have gone.
" What do you think he has up his sleeves " she asked and Aspen shrugged
" I don't care what it is but we're going to get rid of him, I promise you that" she mumbled and he nodded
" That's highly ambitious but I'm with you" Sam grinned and she shoved his arm and Sam just laughed.
Aspen shrugged
" It does not matter, we're getting rid of him"
We arrived at the forest enclave, Aspen paused, and so did Emily, something felt different for some reason the air had changed it was like the there was magic or something in the air had changed
" Did you feel that " she asked her and she nodded
" I did" they gulped
The breeze turned a little cooler, filling her with goosebumps and making her shiver, she looked at the forest trying to find what was there. The shivers she felt as she looked around just seemed to multiply with every given moment.
Then she caught sight of a little child probably six or seven a little girl with long red hair and beautiful blue eye
" It's a child " she mumbled as she moved forward to find said child
But just as she got close her friends voices echoing in her ear the child melted right before her eyes disappearing like a ghost, her hair shortened eye changing shape , as she grew taller and thinner but instead of the face of a girl whoever or whatever the hell that was now had a boys face, taunt and living he was now a fifteen year old boy. Then he seemed to just disappear again.
" Did you see that" she asked and Sam joined her out of breath and looking just as bewildered as she felt
" Yes, that is not supposed to be normal is it" he muttered, her heart was beating out of her chest but she was inclined to agree
" Well dear none of us are truly normal now are we " someone muttered and she peered into the darkness of the forest floor there was someone there but it was not the little girl or the boy but a woman a younger woman with, beautiful red hair, silky falling down her back, a sharp contrast to the white dress.

"Who _ what are you" she asked in awe walking towards her, she smiled warily
" Is that what you want to ask" she mumbled walking towards her
" What should I be asking then" she whispered and the lady huffed coming to her she palmed her face smiling softly
" You are here for something and I can give it to you " she mumbled and gestured for them to follow, they joined her in a cave and though she shouldn't, she was genuinely curious so she touched the shrubs in the cave and they moved as if entering her touch and the caress, she gestured them in, a click and snap of her fingers and a fire was burning hot within the room.
It was a nice place considering it was in a cave, the plants seemed to bristle and move like living objects
" This is not just a cave " she muttered, as she moved around the room stirring cups and pans then she returned with a tray that she had cups of tea.
" Then what is it " she asked
" It is my hone and these plants all creatures that live here are mine "
Emily took one sipped at it and dropped it back , Aspen took a sip from her own cup while Sam stared at his like it was about to bite him, Emily huffed in amusement turning to the strange woman , she sipped at her cup once, twice and dropped it to the table looked to them and smiled
"You are having visions" she murmured, and Emily nodded sharply
" Yes, so many but I've never–" she huffed stopping just as Aspen patted her hand as she laughed
" That is fine, it's a new talent one that can be honed with time "
" And until then I have to keep wondering what the hell I'm being told then" she mumbled and the woman chuckled, her laughter sounding like church bells
" Darling you will get there" she replied then looked at her seriously
" Dreams and visions are ways of spirits telling us what we need to know, they open to us the things that are hidden giving it new meaning" she whispered shrugging her shoulders
" There are things I want to know " she replied and her brother sighed
" You don't really believe that do you" Sam asked looking incredulous but she just smiled and looked to Emily
" You can chose to believe but it's all up to you" she nodded looking her and asked
" I want to know what you saw "
