Caleb

Jason was a fucking nusiance. He wouldn't let me go alone. Max had Lacy and Andrew over at my place in the basement. It would take a while to drive to Payson so we took the chopper instead. We landed in the empty lot beside my place.

When Max saw us ,he walked over to us.

“ Nathan is Headed to New York, he's on Catherine. I kinda beat him up?”.

“ Who ?”.

“ The Ex”.

“ Why ?” I asked, looking at him.

“ Well I figured he had something to do with what happened. So I questioned him and the girl. Lacy burnt her house down. It was that day after the argument. He was the one that Destroyed the Cafe both times. The second time was because he was paid. Paid by Benson. They didn't know it was me “.

“ This fucking asshole”. I walked into the house and straight into the basement.

“ Cross, You let me go right fucking now”. The idiot Ex , yelled.

“ So ,you cheated on her with half the fucking bitches in this town including this one here and still want to Fuck her life up because she moved on?”.

“ Aria is mine,She can only be mine , I won't ever stop until I have her“.

“ You married that's Bitch?, WHAT THE FUCK IS SO GOOD ABOUT HER THAT EVERY SINGLE MAN WANTS HER?”.

“ Be very careful with what you say about my sister ” , Jason said.

“ Oh of course I married her. She's worthy of being married and made a wife because she's perfect. So guess what will happen now. You two will be one less problem for me “. I Said pulling the gun out from behind me and pointing it to his head.

“ Who was it?, who kidnapped her?”.

“ Fuck you Cross “.

“ Very well ” , Jason took the gun from me and shot him point blank to the head. I looked at Jason . Okay he was fucking demented,I wasn't going to kill the asshole but hey that's his problem now.

“ Who ?”.

“ Did they rape her , That's good “ ,this fucking bitch started laughing. He looked at her and smirked. Then shot her too.

“ Pete Will be here soon. He'll help you get rid of the bodies “ , He said looking at Max.

His phone was ringing.

“ Yes Dad. Okay. Yes. Okay I'll be coming back tonight”. He ended the call and looked at me.

“ He already took care of Davidson's family. He wants to know if I know where you're taking her”.

My phone started ringing.

“ Yes Ryan. WHAT?. Fuck we're on the way”.

“ Someone's in the hospital , They're after her. They're shooting up at the hospital “.

Aria

After he left I laid there quietly. Holly just held my hand.

“ There were six of them. They were wearing masks and gloves. Only one of them spoke, There wasn't anything I could use to identify them. They just…..”

I couldn't even say it. I felt disgusting and dirty. Caleb won't let me go.

“ Don't think about it. Just focus on getting better first okay. We'll figure it out I promise “.

We sat Silently, she was telling me what was happening with the cafe When we heard it. I looked at her.

“ Holly was that ?”.

“ Yes “ . A guy rushed into the room.

“ Get outta here now” , he said, running out the door. Thankfully I could walk. Holly helped me up and Got me out of the room. As we headed towards the Elevator. I heard a gunshot and the same guy fell over , that's when the severity of what was happening set in. I grabbed holly.

“ They're coming for me Holly “ , I grabbed her and dragged her into another room. It was a storage unit. We got in and closed the door, Holly broke the lightbulb and we hid in a corner.

“ Turn your phone off”.

Thankfully she turned it off in time. We were in the back of the room, hiding behind some stacked supplies. We heard the door open, Holly just held onto me.

“ Utility Closet”

“ Do you think She's been Discharged?”.

“ If she was then Why was There a security guard? Let's go she has to be somewhere here, The cops will be here soon “.

We heard the door close and saw the shadows moving away. I couldn't help but tremble. I was scared,who was doing this and why me ?.

Caleb

When we landed on the roof of the hospital,Max went down. I called Holly but her phone was turned off. I was getting worried. We rushed down the stairs and ran into Ryan.

“ Charlie got shot, I don't know if they're still in the hospital or not. Holly's phone is off “.

“ Fuck. Search every single room in this place”.

We got down to the VIP ward, And it was empty with no nurses or doctors.

“ where the Fuck is everyone?” Jason asked , opening a door.

“ The Fuck I know “ , I said walking straight into the room she was in. It was empty. I checked the bathroom but it was empty also. I walked back out and looked at them.

“ Okay, She was in bed. They probably heard the gunshots “.

“ The Security guard would have come in and warned them”. Jason said.

“ They're smart so they'll know they're after her “ , Ryan said walking to the door. He opened it.

We walked out and stood outside the door.

“ Where was the security guard found?”, Jason asked.

“ Over there by the elevator”

“ Okay. If he was trying to lead them out ,and he got shot. They would have turned around and hide” , I Said.

I walked over to the door. I opened it and flicked the light on but it didn't turn on. I looked at the ground and saw broken glass.

“ They have to be somewhere here in this hospital”.

“ Caleb?”. I heard her.

Fuck , I saw Holly stand up. I walked over to them. She was on the ground, her head between her knees,she was crying. I picked her up and walked out with her.

“ Ryan , call and let them get the Jet ready. I'm taking her home “.

I walked out with her straight to the rooftop. She just held onto me. Fuck we were supposed to be happy. I got into the chopper with her , Jason got in too. I looked at Ryan.

“ Handle everything here for me please. Holly?.”

“ Don't worry, the girls and I have it under control, go now ” , she said looking at me.

Ryan closed the door.

“ Charles, Take us to the jet”.

She just held onto me and cried, that's all she did. Jason just looked at me. On the flight back to New York,she wouldn't let go of me. After a while she stopped and I realized she fell asleep. My shirt was fisted in her hands. I looked at Jason,he was sitting opposite me on the Jet.

“ She's not going to let you out of her sight, you know that right?”.

“ I know. It's because I left her there alone when I should have been with her. Why can't they find out who's doing this shit?”.

“ My men are ex special forces and so are yours. I believe whoever's behind it has some power or enough money to make things disappear and leave no trace. I'll get my dad to pull a few strings”.

When we landed in New York, We got onto the chopper and headed to my place. It was already morning. I was tired as fuck. Jason was with us and I didn't have a problem. He Just found out he had a sister and someone's trying to Kill her. When the chopper landed,my mother and sister were waiting for us.

“ Oh God Caleb, What happened to her?. Ryan Called and said , you're heading home and she needs a doctor”.

“ I'll explain later, mom. She needs to get to bed and a See a doctor “.

“ I already called Russell over, he's in the Living room “.

Jason

He took her up to his side followed by the doctor and his sister. I was left with his parents. After what seemed like hours,his sister came back with the doctor. After the doctor left his sister looked at me.

“ She's awake but she refuses to let Caleb go. He said you could tell us “.

“ You got Coffee, Cause I can't do this without coffee. I haven't slept all night neither has He or Ryan or Holly”.
