Aria

When I fell over that cliff all I thought about was My mother. I'll be able to see her again. Before he shot me he walked over to me and pulled his mask off. That's when I realised Who it was. It was Catherine's Father. When that person cut my face, Their back was to the camera when the mask lifted up and I saw Catherine smiling,I wanted to yell. But my mouth was taped.

I couldn't tell if I was dead or alive, just darkness surrounding me. I wanted to yell and scream but I couldn't, no sound came out. It was endless darkness. I heard a baby crying but didn't know where it was coming from. I searched the darkness but couldn't find the sound. My heart ached every time I heard the little cry.

I was standing there crying when I felt it. A tugging on my chest. It felt lonely,it felt like I had been Locked up for ages. I continued crying because I felt hopeless. When I opened my eyes I was staring at a blue ceiling. A man and a woman were standing over me. I couldn't see them clearly,they were saying something but I couldn't hear them.

It took a while but I couldn't hear and see clearly. I tried to speak but couldn't. They explained where I was and how they found me. When the older woman brought in a little bundle and laid him on my chest, I couldn't help but cry. I was pregnant and he survived,I survived. Oh god . Caleb.

I pleaded with Dr Aldridge and Margaret to contact Caleb. I told them what happened to me and explained that of Those people knew I was alive this time I'd really die and so will my child. I wanted Gertrude with me. Dr Aldridge left two hours ago. I saw the call coming in and I knew it was him. I couldn't help but cry when I heard his voice. He would take care of this.

Dr Aldridge showed up one week ago with Gertrude,she was hysterical when she saw him. She wanted to know his name but I told her I didn't want to do it without Caleb and our family. Dr Aldridge spends most of his time at the small hospital and it was mainly Gertrude, Margret and I spending the hours away.

Friday afternoon,Dr Aldridge was home. We were relaxing When Gertrude's phone began ringing, so she answered.

“ Yes Holly. What ?. Oh god. We… when?. Okay. Little Rock Arkansas. Okay we'll get ready “. She ended the call and looked at us.

“ Gertrude what is it?.”. I asked hesitantly.

“ Diane Campbell knows you're alive and you have a child.She's going to know where you are in a few hours. Miguel betrayed us. He called her. Caleb is coming for us”. She said

I stood up immediately and ran to the room. I grabbed my son and held him close. Dr Aldridge looked at us. Miguel is walking towards the house.

“ Just take what is important. I'll keep Miguel distracted. Go to the hospital, it's closed today no one will be there . Make sure your face is covered . Use the back door ” ,He said handing me the Baby bag.

“ Dr Aldridge come with us. They'll hurt you if you don't tell them where we are ” , I pleaded with him.

“ I've done my good deed for this life. Saving you and your son's life is all the good I needed to do in this life. He's almost at the door. Go on and be careful “. He said, patting my hand.

We all heard the knocking on the door. Gertrude grabbed her bag and we walked to the back door. We left quietly walking along the closed pathway. We walked for half an hour before we got to the hospital. When we got there , Holly called again. She handed me the phone.

“ Holly. We're at the hospital “. I said quietly.

“ Okay. Jason is watching his mother, she's leaving DC now. Caleb left an hour ago he should be there by four. I'll let him know. Cindy and Amanda are watching Catherine and she can't contact anyone or anything. I'm so happy to hear your voice”.

“ Me too Holly. I'll see you soon,I promise . We'll deal with Catherine ourselves “

“ Okay”.

I ended the call and we handed the phone back to Gertrude. We sat quietly listening and checking to make sure no one came up the pathway of the hospital. It was close to Five when I saw a black SUV heading towards the door. I Told Gertrude to head into the receptionist room and Lock the door.

When he came out of the car I let out a breath of relief. I opened the door and looked at him. He didn't say anything but , I saw the breath of relief he let out.

“ Come on Love , let's go home. Where is he?”, he asked

“ Inside with Gertrude”. I was unsure now. My face was no longer the same and I felt like that ruined me for him. I didn't say anything else, I walked back in and opened the door. I took him from her ,we grabbed the bags and walked out. He made sure no one was around before we walked out and got into the car. Max was driving, Gertrude sat In Front beside him.

On the drive back to the airfield he was quiet. I handed him his son. He just looked at him and smiled. His eyes were the same as Caleb's. His hair is dark black. Caleb looked at me ,he didn't say anything and suddenly,I didn't think this was the right thing , I truly believed that he just wanted his son and nothing else,not even me.

When we got to the Airfield,we got onto the Jet. He had over a dozen security guards waiting to Make sure we left. Once we were in the Air,he handed our son to Gertrude and grabbed my hand leading me to the small room on the Jet. He closed the door and stood looking at me. I didn't say anything,I couldn't because I didn't know what to say.

“ We don't have to be together Caleb. We can have shared custody of our Son ,It….”.

My words were cut off as he grabbed me , pinning me against the door and his mouth was on mine. His touch and kiss was desperate. He lifted me up ,my legs around his waist and his tongue invaded my mouth. I accepted him. He pulled away, resting his head to mine.

“ I'm sorry for reacting that way but seeing you is driving me insane. I need you so much. So badly ”, he said taking my mouth Once again,His hands covering my breasts squeezing.

“ Caleb don't, they're sensitive and swollen” , I said breathlessly. He pulled away and looked at me.

“ Why are they swollen?”. He asked, raising up my shirt.

“ Because the baby is breastfeeding and it doesn't matter how much he drinks, they're always full and swollen. I said as I felt his hands undoing my bra.

When his mouth closed over my nipple, I felt that deep in me. Jesus Christ, what was he doing to me. He walked over to the bed and laid over me pulling my shirt off.

“ Fuck Baby girl, they're bigger “ ,he said leaning over and taking my other nipple into his mouth, sucking hard and fast.

“ Oh God,Caleb”.

“ So fucking sweet baby girl. I can't wait to get home with you “. He said, trailing his hands over my stomach. I know when he saw them because he stopped. The bullet wounds. His eyes were on mine.

“ I thought you were gone. I felt like I would go crazy ,I didn't know how to continue living. I just wanted you back with me”.

“ We'll have time. We need to name him Caleb”. I said quietly.

“ Cyrus . That's his name.You're staying at Holly's with him , until this is over and Josh and his Guys finish the other house. Or You'll stay at the resort, it's opening tomorrow. You're not stepping back into that house, it is tainted because she's there “.

“ Let me Deal with her , Caleb?”.

“ Anything baby girl “ ,he said,his hands roaming my body.

“ Caleb, doesn't my face bother you?”I asked quietly, looking at him.

He smiled “ No baby girl, no it doesn't “.
