Aria

“ Spill it Bitch ” ,she said, taking a seat.
I told her what happened yesterday at the creek. I told her a bit of what happened with my stalker and the answers he gave.I raised my shirt up and he started laughing.

“ So you're going to try ?” She asked me.

“ Holly I may be insane for doing this but yes . I mean he can't be worse than that asshole Anthony who I wasted three years of my life on being loyal to right ?” I said with a sigh.

“ Okay then. You're right Anthony was and still is an asshole. I don't understand why Lacy's friend would tell her What they saw. If they saw you they would have said so , I mean your hair gives you away so if it wasn't you then Who was it? ”. She said, looking at me.

“ It was me. When we got to Cross’s place I left my bike in the garage because he told me to. The garage was closed and my skin was wet so he gave me a towel to dry my hair. My hair was wrapped up so they wouldn't know it's me” I said looking at her.

“ Just make sure Lacy doesn't find out . We both know she has a mean streak in her and I think she's really obsessed with Cross “ ,she said.

“ I'll be careful ” , I said

“ So you're finally going to get laid, he's marking his territory ” ,she said, smirking.

“ Bitch please. He said his name is Lucian ” ,I said looking at her.

“ We'll find him if that's really his name” ,she said, opening the door. Halfway through the morning Caleb walked in and took the same seat and sat working away. I was heading towards the kitchen When I heard him ,hell everyone heard him because that's the first time they're hearing him speak out loud. The entire Cafe went quiet.

“ Ms Garcia?” I spun around and looked at him. I could feel Lacy's eyes on me.

“ Yes Mr Cross,can I help you with something?” ,I said looking at him

“ Oh no . I was at the post office earlier and apparently Mrs Winston and everyone in Town knows I spend most of my days here so she asked me to tell you that she has a package for you that you need to pick up” ,he said not taking his eyes off his laptop. I saw the breath of relief Lacy let out.

“ Oh okay, thank you for letting me know Mr Cross.”. I said.

“ Caleb, just Caleb is fine ” ,he said ,not looking up. Oh shit. I could feel the eyes on me, especially Lacy's.

“ Uhhh , okay. Holly, can you keep an eye on the cafe for me . I'll head over and see Gertrude now”. I said walking to my office.

“ Sure” ,she said, waving me away.

Why would he say that in front of everyone?. I grabbed my bag and keys and walked out. Before I got to the door Anthony walked in.

“ Jesus Christ, aren't you going to stop this nonsense ” ,I said looking at him.

“ Please Aria. I'm sorry, just give me a chance to make it right, just give me one more chance, please ” ,He said, going on his knees. Everyone was quiet and waiting for my reaction. I knew exactly Why he was doing this. And I would make him regret showing me his face. I hated him for what he did to me. We were together for three years and I was faithful to him. I asked myself over and over why I wasn't enough for him, I realised I wasn't the problem he was. I looked at him.

“ Okay ” ,I said

“ Really?” Anthony asked, standing up.

“ Yes ” ,I said. I heard the whispering and I saw Caleb look at me instantly.

“ I'll give you another chance But there's a catch. For the first six months that we're back together, I get to fuck someone else, What do you say about that ?" I said, looking at him.

I heard the snickering behind me and I swore I saw Caleb smirk.

“ Aria , please ” , Anthony said.

“ What? I think it's a great idea. You fucked around for our entire relationship, I'll only take six months I think it's fair don't you?. Then we'll be even. You don't care nor do you love me. You don't really want me, just the idea that I'll be loyal to you. You know what Your problem is Anthony? it's that your tiny fucking male ego can't handle the thought of another man touching me , that's what this is really about but guess what?. Too late I'm already with someone else ” ,I said smirking at him.

“ You fucking bitch ” He yelled

“ There it is. I'm a bitch because I moved on and it fucking bothers you. Wanna see something?” I said, looking at him.

I grabbed the neck of my shirt pulling it down, giving Him a clear view of all the hickeys on my neck. I heard Holly laughing.

“ Now ,get out of my sight. Go find another girl to fuck to get over the hurt. that's what you've always done , don't stop on my account. I just hope that one day , all the pain and hurt you put me through ,you get it back then you'll understand How broken I was . Now excuse me ”, I said walking past him.

I was mourning the death of my mother and he wasn't there for me. Messed up thing here was , Cassy who works the register for me slept with him too. Two of the girls that worked in the cafe slept with him. On my mother's funeral day he was fucking one of them in our bedroom in the bed we shared, that's how Holly found out and told me.

She walked in on him, he begged her not to tell me , he's even made passes at her and she told me.She never liked him but stayed quiet because I loved him. When it all fell apart she didn't abandon me or tell me ‘I told you so’ ,she held me as I cried.
I knew everyone he slept with, Holly also knew but we acted like we didn't.

I told her it's better to pretend than cause a scene. If I had to go after every single girl he slept with, I would stop talking to half the damn town of Payson And I didn't want nor did I need drama in my already complicated life.

Caleb

I knew I was screwing with her by telling her to call me Caleb Infront of everyone . I didn't expect him ,and I didn't expect her reaction or for her to show him what I Did to her. I saw her friend laughing.

“ Sorry Anthony boy, Guess you really lost her” .Holly said smiling.

I'm guessing she shares everything with Holly, so she probably already knows about the stalker man. I didn't say anything or looked at anyone. I continued working,he had just walked out when I felt someone touching me. I looked up and found the girl that is usually behind the counter standing next to me. I looked at her.

“ Mr Cross,my name is Lacy Andrews ,can I ask you a question?”. She said, toning down her voice. I nodded .

“ Are you seeing anyone? ,A friend of ours saw that you had a guest over at your place yesterday” ,she asked

What the fuck. Just then Aria walked into the cafe with a box. I know she heard that question. Lacy couldn't tell if I was looking at her or someone else. As Aria walked by I saw her slightly shaking her head.

Who saw her at my place ?. They didn't know it was her or was her friend lying to her When they said a woman. From the slight Head shake Aria did I'm guessing Lacy didn't know it was her.I couldn't help but smile. I guess seeing me smile was something rare for them.

I sat back in the chair and took the sunglasses off.

“ Holy shit” ,
“ Oh my god” I heard someone say, I could tell they didn't expect my eyes to be that colour, people always react that way. Aria was the only one that didn't respond in that manner.

“ Lacy is it ?” , I asked

“ Yes ” ,She said, staring at me. With wide eyes.

“ Well , No ,I am not seeing anyone at this precise moment, however the individual that was at my house was the woman I intend to make mine one way or the other” ,I said carelessly.

I heard gasps and I heard choking, I saw Holly rubbing Aria’s back.

“ She's the woman I've had my eyes on since the first day I came to Payson” ,I said looking at Lacy.

I heard more gasps, coughing and choking.
