Chapter 30 Care About Miss Bryant

Matthew felt depressed and seemed unhappy, but he didn't know why.
Colby put the soup aside, and when he saw Matthew's cold expression, he was also confused.
''If Matthew cared about Trista, why did he ask for a divorce at that time?
But if he didn't care, he still found excuses to approach Trista several times.
So, what does Matthew think?'
For the first time, Colby couldn't figure out Matthew's thoughts, so he could only sigh in his heart. "It is hard to know women's thoughts. But for Matthew, it is the same!"
Trista left the hospital, and when she returned home, it was already late.
When Moira heard the sound, her drowsiness dissipated immediately, and she stood up from the sofa to greet Trista.
"Miss Bryant, you've backed."
"Yes. Where are the kids?"
Trista changed her shoes, walked in, and looked upstairs.
"They are all asleep in the room."
Moira responded and asked again, "Have you eaten? The soup is still hot in the kitchen, and do you want some?"
Trista smiled. "No, I just ate when I came back. Moira, it's so late. You can go back to your room and rest. And you don't have to wait in the living room. How tiring it is!"
"It's okay. Sitting here isn't tiring for me."
Moira waved her hand and didn't care.
Although Moira said this, Trista still saw the distressed look on Moira's face, so she continued to persuade Moira to go upstairs to rest.
Moira finally nodded and quickly went to the room to sleep.
Trista went upstairs to the room of the two children.
The two children slept soundly. Their bodies curled up into a ball, their little heads were close, and their sleeping faces were innocent.
Seeing this, Trista felt relieved. She covered them with quilts, and her movements were extremely gentle.
After kissing each of them, Trista went back to the room to wash and rest.
In the early morning of the next day,
Two children went downstairs together and saw Trista pouring milk at the dining table.
"Mommy!"
With a smile on her face, Eudora immediately ran over and hugged Trista's leg.
"Mommy, did you come home late yesterday?"
Boris followed closely behind and asked.
Boris remembered that when he and Eudora were sleepy yesterday, Trista hadn't come home yet.
Trista didn't hide anything. "Yes. The discussion took a while."
Boris nodded and said obediently, "Mommy has worked hard."
Then he asked again, "Does Nelly's mom feel better?"
Trista lifted them to the chairs, let them sit down, and replied, "It's still the same. However, I have already discussed this with them, and they will have an operation as soon as possible. So Nelly's mom will recover soon."
Speaking of this, Trista said to them apologetically, "I'm sorry, my dears. After returning to our country, I have been busy and have no time to accompany you. So after a few days of work, I will take you out to play, okay?"
The two children didn't blame her but were very sensible. "It's okay, Mommy. Nelly's mum and work are more important."
"Yes, we can go out to play next time..."
Eudora seconded Boris's words in a soft voice.
However, Eudora couldn't stay quiet, and after a while, her mind drifted to what to play.
Halfway through breakfast, Eudora couldn't help asking Trista, "Mum, when we go to play later, can we go to Barbara Studios?"
Trista laughed and agreed. "Of course!"
"That's great! Mommy is the best."
Eudora cheered happily.
After breakfast, Trista kissed her two children and went out to the company.
When Trista arrived, she had a morning meeting first.
After it was over, Trista called Anne and told her, "Get ready to go to Myers Group later and sign the cooperation contract."
Annie was surprised when she heard this.
''Did I hear correctly?
Aletta agreed to cooperate with Myers Group!'
Anne quickly asked, "Aletta, do you want to think about it again? I know you have a bad relationship with Myers Group..."
"I've thought about it."
Trista's tone was firm. "We must follow the rules in work. So we can only put aside our personal affairs and do not harm the interests of our company. That is the right thing to do."
Seeing that Trista had already made up her mind, Anne couldn't help sighing in her heart.
''Aletta is still Aletta!
She is always calm and sensible.'
Anne suddenly remembered something. "Sorry, Aletta. I may not be able to go to the Myers Group."
"Why?"
Anne replied, "I made an appointment with Porter Group today, and our cooperation has been finalized. So I will go to Porter Group later to discuss the improvement of the formula. And this can't be postponed..."
Trista was startled and remembered this.
Yes, it couldn't be postponed.
Trista had no choice but to say, "Okay, deal with Porter Group first."
"Okay, I'll go out then."
Anne nodded and quickly left the office.
When Trista saw Anne close the door, she was still worried.
"If Anne can't go, who can go to Myers Group?"
After thinking about it for a long time, there was no suitable candidate.
In the end, Trista decided to go out on her own.
She called the Myers Group.
Colby picked it up!
Trista said in a businesslike tone, "Hello, I am Trista of Zelin Company, and Aletta agrees to cooperate with Myers Group. So if Mr. Myers is convenient now, I'll go to Myers Group to finalize the contract!"
Colby was slightly surprised when he heard this.
But Colby recovered quickly, covered his phone, came to Matthew, and reported in a low voice.
"Mr. Myers, it's called by Miss Bryant. Zelin Company agrees to cooperate and plans to come to sign the contract. So she asks for your availability."
Matthew was still in the hospital at this time.
Ruby's fever had completely subsided, and she was fine now. So Matthew was about to take her back.
After hearing Colby's report, Matthew took the mobile phone expressionlessly, walked out of the ward, and said in a calm tone, "I have a full schedule today, so come at six in the evening."
Trista didn't expect someone else would answer the phone, and she was stunned when she heard this voice.
After a while, Trista recovered. She pursed her lower lip and responded lightly, "Okay, Mr. Myers."
Matthew was a little upset when he heard this address.
Then Matthew also thought that Trista went to work right after she got sick. So his tone became colder.
"Miss Bryant, you're so dedicated to your work. You were seriously ill, but you still went back to work! So your salary must be at least one million dollars a month."
Trista was puzzled when she heard Matthew's ironic tone.
But Trista thought she hadn't offended Matthew.
She curled her lips and responded, "A million dollars? No. But I can earn at least 10 million dollars per month. So why shouldn't I work hard?"
Matthew sneered after hearing this. "Your two bosses run their company like this, and it is really a miracle that their company has not closed down."
"It's none of your business! Our company can make a lot of money!"
Trista retorted and then said, "At six o'clock in the evening, I will be on time for the appointment. See you, Mr. Myers!"
After speaking, without waiting for Matthew's reaction, Trista hung up the phone.
Matthew was so angry that he almost laughed when he heard the busy tone from his mobile phone.
"Trista!"
