Chapter 30
At the MFH headquarters hidden behind the ruins of the city, Michael stood in front of the large windows of his planning room, looking out over the remains of the ravaged world. His lips were carved into a thin, triumphant smile. He had just received the news he had been waiting for-Jhonny, the leader of The Jackal, had officially resigned from the group.
Michael clenched his hands behind his back, stifling the euphoria that rushed through his chest. To him, The Jackals weren't just a rival. They were the biggest threat MFH had faced in years. Under Jhonny's leadership, The Jackal had grown into a solid and impenetrable group. However, without Jhonny, the group is just a bunch of marauders who have lost their way.
"So, you finally gave in, Jhonny," Michael muttered to himself. "I expected you to choose feelings over leadership. You're weak... always have been."
The door to his planning room opened, and three of Michael's loyal accomplices entered the room. They were his confidants-Seth, Kyra, and Lucas. The three of them had been with Michael since the inception of MFH, and they understood the great ambitions of their leader.
"We just received confirmation from the spies at The Jackal," Seth opened the conversation. "Jhonny has completely abandoned them. Right now, The Jackal is in a very vulnerable situation. They've lost their leader, and there's no obvious replacement."
Michael turned his body to face them, his eyes shining with enthusiasm. "This is the time. We will attack them with full force. I don't want to give them time to recover from this mess."
Kyra, a woman with a sharp tactical mind, nodded in agreement. "This is the right moment. The Jackals have always been a threat because Jhonny has incredible vision. The people there may be strong, but without a leader like Jhonny, they are just a confused group."
"We will destroy them without mercy," Lucas added, a sly smile on his face. "And more importantly, we will ensure that no other Mutiiner group sees them as a threat."
Michael listened intently, satisfaction radiating from his face. "Good. This is the perfect opportunity. Once they collapse, we will be the undisputed power among all the Mutiiner."
After outlining the plan, Michael began to explain the details of the attack. "We've prepared all of our forces. I want this plan to be executed as quickly as possible. Our attack must be swift and brutal. No one will get out of The Jackal's base alive."
Seth opened his electronic tablet and showed a map of the attack strategy. "We've mapped out all the routes into The Jackal's base. Their defenses are quite strong at the front, but on the northwest side there is an opening that we can exploit. Our main force will attack from there. Meanwhile, the second team will infiltrate through the air channel on the south side. That way, we can surround them from two directions."
Kyra nodded, looking at the details of the plan. "This strategy is effective. They won't see it coming, especially without Jhonny."
"Right," Lucas continued, "with little resistance, we can clear the place in a matter of hours. And if anyone tries to escape, we'll block them on the way out."
Michael listened, absorbing every detail of their plan. He knew that this was an opportunity not to be missed. "Once we defeat them, we'll use this momentum to recruit more members from other Mutiiner groups. We need to expand our influence."
There were cheers of approval from his three accomplices. Michael didn't just want to win; he wanted to make history. For Michael, this victory was not just about destroying a group, but also about cementing his position at the top of the Mutiiner world.
"Maybe we can also spread propaganda after the attack," Kyra suggested. "By showing how easily we destroyed The Jackal, we can attract the attention of other groups who might be hesitant to join us."
Michael smiled broadly. "Exactly. We'll be seen as saviors. This will make others think twice before fighting us."
After a moment of silence, Michael added, "But it's not just about The Jackal. I also want to show the world that I'm not just a strong leader, but also a hero. Once we defeat them, we will spread the word that MFH has saved the world from the greatest threat. The Jackal is a public enemy to all Mutiiner groups, and we'll use that reputation to our advantage."
Kyra grinned. "That's a brilliant idea. We can invite the other groups to witness their destruction, or at least spread the propaganda that MFH took action."
"We'll be seen as saviors," Lucas added, his eyes glittering with ambition. "There's no stopping MFH after this."
Michael smiled with satisfaction. Everything was going according to his plan. He had been waiting for this moment for years, and now, with Jhonny gone from The Jackal, he knew that the time had come.

After the meeting was over, Michael returned to his room. He stared into the large mirror on the wall, looking at his reflection with a meaningful smile of triumph. Inside his head, he could see himself as the sole leader of the new world formed from the ruins of the old civilization. All this time, MFH had grown strong under his leadership, but the threat of The Jackal had always haunted him. Now, with Jhonny no longer at the helm, Michael felt that his power would be unrivaled.
"Finally, I can erase your trail, Jhonny," he whispered, full of hatred. "You've always been a thorn in my flesh, but this time, I'm going to end it all."
However, behind his great ambition, Michael also knew that there were risks. Jhonny may have left, but he had not completely disappeared. An uneasy feeling rose in his chest, but he quickly brushed it off. There was no time to doubt himself. Everything was ready.
As night began to fall, Michael summoned all of his main forces. They would begin the assault on The Jackal's base in a few hours. Excitement began to fill the MFH headquarters as their soldiers prepared. They were about to make history, and Michael would stand at the pinnacle of it.
"Tonight is our night," he told his troops, passion burning in his voice. "We are not just fighting to destroy The Jackal. We are fighting for our future. For our recognition. Let us show the world that MFH is a force not to be underestimated."
All the soldiers cheered, inspired by their leader's words. Michael felt his adrenaline rush. This was the moment.
Amidst the hustle and bustle of preparations, Michael leaned back in the chair in his planning room, closing his eyes for a moment. He envisioned a future where MFH was the only Mutiiner force left, with himself as the respected and feared leader.
Suddenly, the door to the room opened, and Seth walked back in with an expression full of excitement. "Everything is ready, Michael. Our troops will be leaving within the hour."
Michael opened his eyes and smiled slightly. "Good. Make sure nothing is left behind. I want everything to be perfect."
Seth nodded and quickly left, leaving Michael alone in the room. Michael stared at the electronic map showing The Jackal's base, and he smiled with satisfaction.
"Goodbye, The Jackal," he said quietly. "Goodbye, Jhonny."
With his plan in place, Michael knew that it was time to realize his ambition. Nothing could stop him now. Everything he wanted was in sight-power, recognition, and the position as the greatest leader in Mutiiner history. This attack will change everything, and Michael is preparing to become a legend.
