Chapter 50

Heart pounding, Jhonny and his team stepped further into the alien base, which was becoming increasingly strange and gloomy. The air inside the hallway grew colder, and the faint sound of sobbing could still be heard, echoing between the metal walls. A strange feeling came over all of them as the large door they had gone through only led them to another, deeper hallway. What they found behind that door left them even more confused-a row of pregnant women tied up and left along the walls of the base. Their bellies seemed to be bulging more than ever, and the blank look in their eyes seemed to imply that hope was long gone from their souls.

"What the hell?" muttered Fredy, his voice low with confusion.

Jhonny frowned. "This is... ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous," he whispered. His gaze was wild, full of anger. Alice had to be found immediately. No matter what happened to these women, he couldn't let something similar happen to Alice.

They walked more carefully, their eyes scanning every inch of the room, every sound, trying to find any signs that could give them a clue as to where Alice was. An uneasy feeling grew inside Jhonny's chest, while Rian and Denada surveyed the room with horrified gazes and unconsciously held on to each other.

Every step they took felt heavy, the deeper they went into this alien base, the stranger and more unexpected the circumstances they encountered. The hallways felt like a maze, full of invisible corners, while the damp and strange odor continued to assault their noses.

"God," Denada whispered, as her eyes caught sight of another woman who looked even weaker, bound to the wall by something resembling a living thing, dark red slime clinging to her body, like organic shackles wrapped around her entire body.

Denada approached cautiously, her face filled with disgust and horror. "Are you okay?" she asked softly, though it was clear the woman was far from okay.

The woman opened her eyes slowly, looking weak and tortured, but her voice managed to come out hoarse and soft. "Please... we..."

Jhonny and the others held their breath at the sound of her voice. Denada, in all fear and wonder, asked, "What's going on here? Who did this to you?"

The woman swallowed hard before answering. "Aliens... these creatures... they... abducted us... from various planets... we were used as vessels... for their seeds..."

Fredy looked at Denada with a horrified expression, while Denada herself felt her stomach churning at the answer. "What do you mean 'containers'?" he asked, even though he had already guessed the answer.

The woman groaned weakly, her voice growing hoarse. "They... planted something... their seed... inside our bodies... We're just tools... tools for them to breed..."

Rian who heard that explanation seemed frozen in place, while Jhonny felt an overwhelming sense of disgust. "That's impossible... it doesn't make sense," Rian whispered, but in his heart he knew that this was the reality they had to face. Their eyes were all glued to the helpless woman.

Denada shook her head softly, disgust creeping into her body. As a woman, hearing that these creatures were treating her like that made her feel extremely tormented. Her body trembled with fear, but she still tried to maintain her composure.

"We have to get out of here," Denada hissed angrily. "And we have to destroy this place. What they're doing is disgusting."

Jhonny looked increasingly impatient. His fear and anger were now mixed together. His head was full of frightening images of Alice. What if Alice was also used as a vessel like these women? What if he was already late?

No, he couldn't be late. Jhonny wouldn't let that happen.

"We must hurry," Jhonny said firmly. "Alice might be in the same danger. We have to find her before it's too late."

Fredy, who was usually calm, now looked agitated. "If they're using these women as containers, we might not have much time. We have to move."

They all agreed, quickening their pace through the long hallways of the base, passing more women tied along the walls. The sight was horrifying, but they had no time to stop and ponder what was really going on here. Their only focus was for Alice.

Suddenly, a voice that Jhonny recognized all too well echoed through the hallway. The voice of a woman screaming in desperation.

"Alice!" Jhonny recognized the voice instantly. It was Alice's scream. There was no mistaking it.

All the team members stopped their steps and turned their heads towards the source of the voice. It was coming from a hallway to their left.

"He's over there!" Jhonny shouted, and without waiting for the others, ran straight into the hallway.

"Jhonny, wait!" exclaimed Rian, trying to stop Jhonny, but he was already too far away. Denada, Fredy, and Rian soon followed, not wanting to let Jhonny move alone.

They ran down the hallway, their breath coming in gasps as Alice's voice became clearer. Her cries for help haunted their every step.

"Alice!" Jhonny kept calling out, hoping to hear his wife's reply.

But Alice only continued to scream, her voice getting farther and farther away inside the base. Fear and panic haunted Jhonny, horrific images swirling in his mind. Alice had to be found, and soon. Every second that passed made him more fearful of the fate that might befall his wife.

They finally arrived at a small intersection filled with doors lining the hallway. Alice's voice came from one of those doors.

"It's over there!" shouted Fredy as he pointed to one of the tightly closed doors.

Jhonny immediately ran towards the door and without hesitation hit it hard. "Alice! I'm here!"

The door was locked, but Jhonny didn't give up. He kept hitting the door with all his might, trying to open it. "Alice! I'll get you out of here!"

Alice's screams became clearer, but he couldn't hear her reply. The door was so strong, as if it was made of a material that ordinary human strength could not penetrate.

Fredy approached and tried to help open the door with the same chip scanning device as before. But this time, the door gave no response. It was unlike the previous doors that could be accessed easily.

"We have to find another way!" exclaimed Rian, who was trying to figure out how to open the door.

But Jhonny could no longer think straight. He continued to pound on the door with his hands, not caring about the pain that was beginning to radiate throughout his arms.

"Alice!" he shouted once again, voice filled with desperation and fear.

In her mind, the one thing that kept replaying was the image of Alice being used as a vessel for the alien seed. He would not let that happen. Not to Alice. Not to his wife whom he loved so much. Jhonny would not be willing to have his wife's womb filled with the seeds of those disgusting creatures.
