Chapter 12: Mistake Relationship 1

Jessie who was still stunned at his actions, kept quiet all through the journey and Luciana, who relaxed at the back had no strength to start up a conversation. She really wanted sleep badly, it was possible it was still the effect of the alcohol. So, the ride was a quiet one.
Stepping on the brakes when he got to the front of Luciana's house, the car came to a halt. Jessie and Luciana said their thank you's, came down from the car and Charles drove off into the busy street.
Luciana who was still tired from the party just went inside, crashing on the bed, she dozed off immediately. Jessie, who felt itchy already, made her way to the bathroom. She badly needed a shower as she could not at Charles' place, since he had no cloths to spare or even female undies. After freshening up, she wiped herself and stood naked in front of her mirror.
Staring at herself, the thoughts that Charles may see her like that soon came rushing to her mind and she could not help but feel nervous. On a normal occasion, she did not find her body attractive, now she had to show it to someone else, not just anyone, Charles who she had admired for quite some time now. The two relationships she had, she made sure to not get sexually involved with any of the guys, so she was still a virgin. After standing for so long, she decided she wasn't going to risk it and she will look for a way to talk him out of the sex thing. Satisfied at her conclusion, she left for the kitchen.
The Kitchen at their home was downstairs and beautifully decorated, just after it, was the dinning and then other parts of the house came to place. The girls stayed at separate room upstairs, since Luciana was the only child and they owned a four-bedroom apartment. The Parents stayed in the same room and the last room was kept aside as the laundry room.
Jessie went to the kitchen and brought out some ingredients from the cupboard and few other things like pork ribs and tomatoes from the refrigerator. She felt hungry already and her mom (Luciana's mom) and Luciana was definitely going to feel hungry. So , she decided to prepare barbecue ribs with tomato sauce and pasta.
Charles just drove on the streets of Carlton as he was bored already and had no plans for the rest of the day. Picking up his phone, he dialed Carl's number.
Carl who was just getting back from gym, made his way to the bathroom as his phone rang.
"Hello", Carl said through the phone.
"Hey bro, are you free?", Charles asked.
"Kind of, any issues?"
"Not really", Charles said, "I am bored so I thought we could go over to a golf club and spend some time".
"Okay, sounds cool. I'm about showering now, I'll meet you at the central golf club in thirty minutes"
"That's alright by me, take care", Charles said as he hung up.
From Charles' calculations, he had free twenty minutes to himself, before making his way to the golf club. He stared at his phone thinking of what he could use the rest of the time to do before getting there.
Just as he thought of what to do, his stomach rumbled and he realized it was past two already and he had not eaten after the breakfast with the girls. He decided to stop by at an eatery, to get some food before going over to the club.
Charles made his way to an empty table from which, he could see the entrance of the restaurant. He took a seat and raised his hand to draw the waiter's attention. As he waited for the attendant, the door of the eatery went open and he saw Rebecca making her entrance, with another guy he couldn't recognize. The guy she was with wasn't her boyfriend certainly as he had seen his picture, but he decided to not pay much attention to her.
"What can I get for you Sir?", the waitress voice sounded as she arrived at Charles' table. Picking up the menu, he selected some dishes and handed it to the waiter, who left to get the food he ordered. His eyes wandered around the restaurant and he caught site of Rebecca once more. This time, she was giggling and he noticed the guy she was with leaning so close to her, he was sure a random friend wouldn't get that close. "Why was he surprised?", he asked himself. It was Rebecca and there was absolutely nothing impossible with her when it came to flirting and messing around.
"Why was he even with her in the first place?", he asked himself again and the answer came running to him. She was one of the girls interested in him and she wasn't a virgin, so she will not make him feel like one important person in her life. Also, she was not the Kiss and tell person, so his activities stayed out of the public, except the things he wanted people to know.
Immediately he finished eating the food he had ordered, he checked his time and it was eleven minutes to the time he was to meet with Carl. He quickly picked up his keys and made his way to the exit. Just as he was about leaving, he saw the guy Rebecca sat with fiddling her breast and he just shook his head.
Charles arrived at the golf club and didn't find Carl. He decided he was going to wait some few minutes before calling as the estimated thirty minutes wasn't over yet.
After waiting for about three minutes, a beep came in to his phone and he guessed it was Carl. Unlocking his phone, a message popped up,
"Can I come over this night?, I'm missing your warmth already".
He checked the ID and it was Rebecca, the same Rebecca he saw at a restaurant just few minutes ago.
"Disgusting", he muttered under his breath as he locked his phone, leaving no reply to the message.
