CHAPTER 28

CHRIS' POV:-


Finally the day was here. I had waited so much for that day. I was not allowed to talk to Cassie. My sister was my greatest enemy in that time period. She did not even let me take her for dates or shopping. I just wanted my time with my wife. Of course, she was my wife. But according to my mother, I could not see her until the wedding would be done properly. I really wanted to protest but my mother shushed me with a glare. I could not do anything but to bite my tongue. But of course, no one could ever keep her away from me. It was near to impossible.


A day before our wedding, I called Mr Wolf. After almost begging him, he finally agreed to help us meet each other. The day was perfect as I knew Iris could not interrupt us. Scott's grandparents visited their parents to meet the new bride. They could not attend the wedding as Mr Lu could not travel at that time. So it was perfect timing for us to meet each other. As I knew Iris would not be around to catch us or inform my mother that Cassie and I were on date.


I asked Mr Wolf not to tell her about our secret plan. I wanted to make her happy. I wanted to surprise her. As promised, he did not tell her anything. I told Mr Wolf to bring her to a mall for shopping. He did as I asked him. He brought her into the mall. When she saw me in front of her, her eyes sparkled with happiness. She ran towards me and jumped on me. Wrapping her arms around my neck and her legs around my waist, she hugged me tightly. She buried her face in the crock of my neck.


Cassie: I have missed you so much. I can not tell you how lonely I started to feel without you by my side.


She whispered in my ear. I tightened my hold around her waist as well. I inhaled her sweet vanilla scent deeply. I had missed her as well.


Chris: You are not alone. I had missed you too, Candy.


She giggled hearing my confession. I set her down on the ground and we both looked at Mr Wolf.


Mr Wolf: You both have only one hour. Go and enjoy kids.


Mr Wolf said and I nodded my head. Cassie pecked his cheek and I led her out of the mall. We hopped into the car. I started the engine and drove off. I took her to a lake. I unbuckled my seatbelt and hovered over her. She gasped loudly and her cheeks turned pink.


Chris: Are you blushing, Mrs Hunt?


I asked her and she whimpered. I leaned in and kissed her neck.


Cassie: Please do not leave any love bite. Or your mother will see it tomorrow.


She whispered softly. I chuckled and nodded my head. I avoided nibbling her neck. But I kept kissing and licking her neck. She was breathing heavily. My heart was also very wild inside my rib cage.



Chris: I can not wait to make you mine. I can not wait to pleasure you.


I said and she blushed even more.


Cassie: I also can not wait to make you mine. I can not wait to fall asleep in your arms every night and wake up in your arms again in the morning.


She confessed and I smiled. I cupped her face and caressed both of her cheeks with the pad of my thumbs. I then pecked her forehead lovingly. I did not know how to thank God for such a bundle of happiness I have gotten. After an hour with each other, I took her back to her house where her father was waiting for her. She did not have dinner with me. She said her father would be having dinner with her and she promised him. I smiled and nodded my head. She pecked my cheek and left.

I was standing on the stage with my heart wildly beating inside my rib cage. I was taking deep breaths to calm my nerves. Everyone was waiting for her to come out. Her father went into the bride's room and after a few minutes, he walked out of the room with Cassie by his side.


My mouth dropped on the floor when I looked at her. She was wearing a different wedding dress. My mother had chosen that dress for Cassie. It was a long, lacy princess dress. She curled her long hair. It suited her more. I was drooling over my wife shamelessly. Her cheeks were pink as she noticed me drooling over her. I could not help it. She was looking very beautiful. I could not peel my eyes off of her.


She walked towards me. I gave her my hand. She accepted my hand and stood in front of me. She had a bright smile on her beautiful face. It was as bright as the sun shine.


Mr Hunt: As we all know, these two love birds have already gotten married without us. They did not even wait for anything. They did not even ask us. They called a priest and got married. And because of that, we decided to punish them. We kept them apart for a while. But I can bet they had been meeting each other. Now we think it is too much punishment for them. So now, they are allowed to kiss each other openly and they can start their married life as well.


My father said. Everyone started laughing and I rubbed the back of my neck nervously.


Stella: I wish you both a happy married life with lots of kids and happinesses and joys. I wish you both a long happy life together. A life filled with love and happinesses.


My mother gave her blessings to us. Then the microphone was handed to Mr Wolf.


Mr Wolf: I have nothing else to say. Just be happy you both. My blessings are with you. And Christopher, she is the sunshine of my life, do not think I will stop visiting her. She is a stubborn young lady, don't be angry at her if she would do something wrong.


Mr Wolf said as tears were flowing freely from his eyes. My father patted his shoulder then they both hugged each other.


Stella: I want to thank you Mr Wolf for allowing her to be part of our family. Cassie is just like Iris for me. And I promise to take care of her all her life.


My mother thanked Mr Wolf. He nodded his head and wiped his tears.


Iris: What are you both waiting for? Just kiss each other already.


Iris screamed and everyone started clapping. I pulled her close to me and sneaked one arm around her waist. I cupped her face with my other hand and captured her lips in a loving kiss. I poured all my love for her into that kiss. She wrapped her arms around my neck as I slipped my tongue inside her mouth. I broke the kiss then pecked her forehead.


Chris: I love you so much my dear wife.


I said and she smiled cheekily.


Cassie: I love you too my sweet hubby.


She replied and we hugged each other tightly.
