Chapter 26 - Threma’s Attempt to Disgrace Shelyca

The Thregonad people mourned for the loss of some of their loved ones who suffered death under the sharp claws of wolves that attacked them.

Threma who saw Shelyca turned into a wolf, shouted, “It was because of you that our village has been attacked by wolves! They were looking for you. You are a wolf too!” she pointed at Shelyca attempting to create havoc and taint Shelyca in the eyes of the Thregonad people.

Princess Shelyca has been taken aback. She fell silent as she just looked into the blazing eyes of Threma, feeling uncomfortable.

It was Dareon who retorted. “It was no one’s fault Threma. Long before Shelyca came into our Village, we have been attacked already by different creatures. We have been attacked by centaurs, pirates, tigers, and even wolves before. So, Threma shut your mouth or I will punish you for trying to create hate on someone else!” Dareon’s voice was booming as he said these words.

The people of Thregonad looked at Threma and gave her their warning looks.

“The Chieftain’s wife may be a wolf too, but she helped us when she fought without hesitation against those wolves. She helped save all of us.” One of the warriors said in defense of Princess Shelyca, which was agreed to by other Thregonad people. In the end, it was Threma who was put into a hot seat.

Glendo to protect and pacify Threma, put his right arm around her shoulders. “Apology to all, my wife here was just in shock as to what happened. Let us put an end to this issue, please. Our apologies, Princess Shelyca and Chieftain.” He vowed his head after saying so.

Threma harshly removed Glendo’s arm from her shoulders and ran, after giving him a sinister look.

“Go and pacify your wife Glendo and make sure that she will not repeat what she did today.” Dareon’s voice was firm and serious.

“Yes, Chieftain. My apologies again.” Glendo felt so embarrassed. He turned his back after excusing himself and followed Threma into their small hovel.

The Thregonad people vowed their heads as they simultaneously extended their heartfelt gratitude to their Chieftain and his newly wedded wife.

When all the Thregonad people returned to their houses, Dareon gently put his right arm around his wife’s shoulders. “Sorry for that wife,” he murmured.

Shelyca just smiled at him and nodded. “I cannot blame Threma. She was still in shock and she saw me shifted to my wolf form.”

Dareon kissed her head and asked her if she wanted to take a little walk going to the bay to relax.

“Nope, I wanted to eat hubby; I am hungry.” She frowned. Dareon laughed and carried her, bridal style until they reached their big hovel.

“I will cook for you wife.” Suddenly Dareon said grinning.

“Oh really? But I guess Meldy already cooked for us,” she replied smiling. Meldy is their all-around maid, living in the next nearby hovel.

Dareon shook his head. “Hmm, I think she did not. She is still affected by the death of her brother.”

“Yeah, that is hurting you know. So, what will you cook for me hubby?” She asked teasing him.

“Fish and vegetable plus mashed potatoes,” he proudly said.

Shelyca giggled as she watched him cook.

They had a lively conversation during their dinner. She loves her sautéed fish with vegetables partnered with mashed potatoes. On the side, he also prepared for her, sliced mangoes with honey. Shelyca has been overwhelmed by her feelings towards Dareon as he feeds her and treated her like his Queen.

“Thank you hubby, I am really full.” She gave him a full, enchanting smile.

He winked at her. “Thank you is not enough wife; you know what I mean, hmmm.”

Princess Shelyca chuckled, as she playfully pouted at him. “The price of my dinner then is too costly.”

Dareon’s laughter filled their dining area as she heard her retort to him. “Yeah, a million bucks.”

“Hmm, I will make sure Meldy will cook for us tomorrow; I might go broke.” Shelyca teased him more, laughing.

With the way they teased each other, Dareon realized how light it is to have a wife like Shelyca. She is a Princess; a Princess who is an epitome of grace and beauty, yet she can be like Cinderella at times; she can wear dirty clothes, eat simple foods and walk with grace yet without arrogance. With all of these, Dareon’s heart is being more drawn to her.

He decided to tease her back. “I will be terminating Meldy starting tomorrow, she will no longer cook for us; she will just clean the house.”

“Oh no. Don’t let her go.” She exclaimed.

Dareon laughed and made big strides to come near her side. He then grabbed her waist and gave her a brief yet deep kiss. “Down payment,” he whispered.

Shelyca’s face grew red.

“I am excited to demand the full payment after we melted down a part of what we have eaten,” Dareon whispered again; giving Shelyca a bit of chill.

“I will be paying in installments,” she whispered back, trying to be a little bit flirty with him as she caressed his muscled chest. She knows very well the effect thereof to Dareon.

“Oh shiiitt wife, I want the first installment now,” he mumbled as he cupped her face and kissed her passionately while sliding down his hands, cupping her buttocks and pulling her closer to him.

Shelyca could feel his hardness already but she will make him wait. She is still feeling so full.
“Dareon, tone it down first, we are both so full still with what we eat,” she mumbled for words but suddenly yelped when Dareon’s right hand already got inside her blouse, gently massaging her left breast.

Dareon grinned upon seeing her reaction. “Just getting my second installment,” he naughtily said as he transferred his hand on her other breast. He lifted her then and sat at the edge of the table. He put her on his lap on a cradle style but eventually spread her legs and murmured, “Wrap your legs around my buttocks wife.”

Shelyca diligently obeyed his request. She wrapped her legs around his hips; tight enough that he could feel his hardness, lightly bumping her craving mid part.

“Wife, I am getting my third installment,” he said as his mouth captured her already taut mamilla. She gasped as he sipped it like a newborn baby.

“Oh, goodness; husband demand now for the full payment!” she exclaimed, to Dareon’s total excitement.
