Chapter 45 -The Special Visitors

With eyes shining like bright stars, Shelyca ran to meet their unexpected guests. Dareon followed her, grazing the land with his wide strides to catch up with his wife. He was smiling sincerely as he welcomes their most beloved visitors.

“Father and Mother, you surprised us! Welcome to our Thregonad Village.” Princess Shelyca greeted her parents and hugged them one by one.

“We really wanted to surprise you and of course to personally invite you both to our wedding anniversary celebration.” It was Queen Lusica who answered.

Dareon greeted their visitors too and guide them going to their big hovel.

“Actually Father and Mother, I and Dareon were just talking about your wedding anniversary last night. Even if you did not invite us, we will be going there actually.” Princess Shelyca said, smiling happily at her parents.

“You have a very relaxing place Dareon.” King Andreios said, noticing the atmosphere around the Thregonad Village

Dareon smiled and nodded. “Yes, King Andreios. We are somewhat still primitive here in a way; not yet too modern. We just live each day simply.” Dareon said smiling. He is proud of their Thregonad Village and King Andreios could feel it.

King Andreios nodded and smiled sincerely. “This is a much relaxing world for our daughter Dareon and we can see that she is glowing. It means, she is happy and contented with her life now.”

Princess Shelyca smiled widely as she glanced at her parents, then at Dareon. “Of course father, I am contented and so happy here,” she said in a vibrant tone. Dareon was able to breathe placidly upon hearing his wife’s answer to her King Father’s statement.

King Andreios requested Dareon to tour him around Thregonad and Dareon happily obliged. Queen Lusica and Princess Shelyca got inside their big hovel and somehow, the Queen was amazed upon seeing the luxurious interior of the hovel. It looks so simple outside but inside it can be compared to a mansion actually.

Dareon introduced King Andreios to his soldiers when they got inside their soldier’s barracks. He also brought the King to his Chieftain’s office where some of his Council of Elders were around.

The Thregonad people were so amazed seeing a real King and Queen or Royal blood, wearing such a fantastic set of regal clothing. They were amazed further to know that the wife of their dragon master is actually a real princess; a royal blood.

“Dareon and Shelyca, if you both want, you can already come with us. You can join us on the jet. We can leave after lunch.” Queen Lusica suggested to which Dareon replied.

“My Love, it will be more convenient and safer for you if you join in the jet our King and Queen, going back to your Kingdom. I will just polish everything here then I will follow you. Would that be okay with you?” Dareon asked his wife, who hesitated at first..

But thinking that it will also lessen the burden of Dareon in flying with someone at his back, Princess Shelyca agreed thereafter. “Alright, but you follow immediately hubby okay?” She eyed Dareon while saying so.

Dareon smiled and nodded. “Of course.”

So, as agreed upon, Shelyca joined her parents in the palace’s jet when they returned to the Kingdom of Gold Valley and few hours after the jet left, Dareon followed.
The reddish dragon flew with speed until it was at the back already of the flying aircraft of the Kingdom of Gold Valley.

As the palace’s jet landed on the heliport of the Palace; the reddish Dragon also landed at the palace’s rooftop.

Princess Trisha and Delta Gano who were on the rooftop balcony kissing each other were so shocked to see a big reddish dragon flying down to their palace.
