"I warned you," Leo said to a tied-up Mr. Black.
"And I told you that I would be back," Mr. Black said.
"I can't let you off, you will be punished for your actions," Leo said to him.
"What punishment will you give to this disobedient servant?" Mr. Black asked.
"I will k..."

It has now officially been a week since Ellie had seen Mr. Black. He had disappeared once again, without saying goodbye.
Ellie's mood was completely down. The night of the day Mr. Black had visited her, was a very exciting one. She couldn't stop blushing from thinking about everything he had told her that day.
She and Mike had become like total strangers. Though he always looked like he had something to say to her, but she would always ignore him.
She didn't like people who would cheat others for their personal gain.
Today was Lia's birthday and Ellie was currently getting ready to go to Lia's party. It wasn't going to be grand it was just going to be like a small gathering among friends.
Ellie wore a plain and simple red dress, she didn't want to stand out too much.
She grabbed the gift she had bought for Lia and left for King's mansion.
The ride from her home to Lia's was bloodily long. Ellie had already begun to have cramps on her legs before she got off her car. But it was worth it, to be able to see this beautiful and huge mansion.
Ellie walked past the intimidating-looking bodyguards and went into the mansion.
Before she could take another step in, two small people attacked her legs with hugs.
"Aunty El, you are here"
"I missed you so much"
"What did you bring for us?"
The twins said one after the other, not giving Ellie enough time to react.
Ellie took a squat to reach their level.
"Hello, kids. Aunty El also missed you guys. And I brought you both your favorite Cake" Ellie said to both children.
" Ya..y "
" Why are the two of you looking so happy?" Lia asked her children.
" Aunty said that...ouch" Liam stopped talking when he was pinched by his sister.
" If you tell mum, she won't let us eat it," Layla whispered in her brother's ear and Liam's eyes widened once he realized what he was just about to do.
" We are just so happy to see our aunty," Liam said and both kids ran away.
Ellie admired their sibling bond, she too also wanted to have twins.
Ellie and Lia hugged each other before Ellie gave Lia her gift.
"Thank you. But you didn't have to"
"Who comes to a party without gifts?" Ellie asked.
"I did," Someone said from behind her and Ellie turned around to see who it was.
Two of Lia's other friends had just arrived.
"Mary and Jose, welcome" Lia greeted them with a bright smile.
"Hello, Lia. I am so sorry I didn't bring your gift with me. I told a particular someone to get it but he forgot" Mary said glaring at Josiah.
"I have already apologized so many times, being angry at me won't bring the gift here," Josiah said.
" Are you saying that I am in the wrong?" Mary said tearing up.
It was probably her mood swings that were acting up. Mary was heavily pregnant and she would be due soon.
" No, I am sorry. You are right, I am the wrong one" Josiah apologized to her and gave her a peck on her head.
" You guys don't have to fight over something as silly as a gift. Your presence here is more than enough for me" Lia told them.
" Thank you" Josiah mouthed a quick thank you to Lia.
" When is this party getting started?" Chris said from behind Lia.
He was holding a plate filled with food and stuffing his face with it.
" As soon as Leo arrives," Lia said.
" Can't you behave for once in your life? Look at how you are eating, it's like a pig. Don't you have any shame..." Mary began to scold Chris for his tardy behavior.
" Lia I am going to meet with the kids," Ellie said to Lia before leaving to find Layla and Liam.
After searching for a bit, Ellie found them in one of the guest rooms. It seemed like someone had been staying there and strangely enough the room had Mr. Black's sweet smell in it. Ellie took a deep breath, sucking in the scent.
" Everything has to be perfect for aunt El," Layla said. The twins hadn't noticed that they had company in the room.
"I know and it will because, I am the one in charge," Liam said with his chin raised high.
" You are not in charge. Uncle put me in charge. And if the plan fails, then it's probably going to be because of your blabber mouth" Layla said.
" What plan?" Ellie asked. She was curious to know what they were talking about.
Hearing Ellie's voice shook them both. They had almost spoilt the plan by letting their aunt know.
" Nothing" Liam was the first to speak.
" Are you sure? I heard my name in the plan you speak of"
" It is not you. It is my teacher at school"Layla lied.
" Interesting. So you have a teacher that bears the same name as me?" Ellie asked so she could tease them a bit.
" Yes," Layla nodded.
" So what does the plan have to do with that teacher of yours?"
" I...uh...the uncle. Yes, the uncle wants to propose to her" Liam said and Layla smacked him at the back of his head.
" Ouch," Liam said.
" Propose what?"
" A promotion," Layla said.
" Promotion?"
" Yes. The teacher will become the new headmistress of our school" Layla said and Ellie laughed.
" Okay. I am sure the teacher will be very happy to get that proposal" Ellie said.
" Yes, she will be very happy," Layla said.
" Where is our cake? Give it, I am hungry" Liam said and Ellie giggled.
She brought out two pieces of cake, that were packaged neatly in a container. The kids took it from her and began to eat their treat.
" Don't tell mum about this. She said she doesn't want us eating any more sweets" Layla said.
" I won't, I promise you"

Mr. King had long arrived and the party had begun, the place was a little more crowded than earlier. Ellie made some new friends and some guys were hitting on her, but she turned all of them down. Her heart only belonged to one.
Ellie watched as the different couples present in the room were warm and cozy with each other. She began to imagine herself in Mr. Black's arms.
"Aunty, Aunty" Layla came running to meet Ellie.
"What is it, little one?" Ellie asked her.
"It's Liam. He fell and he can't get up" Layla said.
"Where is he?" Ellie asked with a worried look on her face.
"Please follow me," Layla said.
She led Ellie outside to the garden.
"Just walk down there," Layla said pointing at a narrow path.
"Aren't you coming?" Ellie asked her.
"No. I have to...to tell my dad about the incident" Layla lied and before Ellie could ask any questions she fled.
Ellie was a bit suspicious, but she went with it anyway.
She had been walking for some time now, but there still wasn't any sign of Liam.
Just when Ellie was about to give up and turn around, something lit ahead. She could see the bright light so clearly because it was already getting dark.
Ellie decided to continue her stroll until she reached where the light was coming from.
After walking for a few minutes she had finally reached. It was a beautiful sight to behold. The garden was truly a wonderful place.
There was a table filled with food and desserts, and most of them were Ellie's favorite. There were also two beautifully decorated chairs facing opposite each other.
Ellie felt a bit jealous. This must be a surprise dinner her boss arranged for Lia. How lucky, Lia is to receive this kind of gesture.
Ellie turned around to leave but she bumped into someone's hard chest.
"Leaving so soon?" It was Mr. Black.
***"I will keep you and give you back your old job," Leo said.
"Is it possible that you are doing all this just because you missed me?" Mr. Black asked with a glint of happiness in his eyes.
"No. I am tired of cleaning my floor"***
"Mr. Black" Ellie gasped.
She was relieved to see him again. She thought that he had left.
"I have already told you to call me by my name," Mr. Black said.
"G... Gideon" Ellie hesitated but eventually said it.
Mr. Black loved the way his name rolled out of her tongue.
"Yes, just like that"
"O...okay. I think we should go. I don't think Mr. King will appreciate it if we ruined his surprise" Ellie said.
"This isn't for Mrs. king if that is what you are assuming"
" Then who is it for?"
" You," Mr. Black said and Ellie turned red.
" You shouldn't joke like that"
" I wasn't joking," Mr. Black said before engulfing her in a hug.
He placed his head in the crook of her neck and inhaled deeply. Her scent was addictive to him.
Ellie shivered from his embrace. Her tummy was attacked with thousands of butterflies and her heartbeat increased rapidly.
" We shouldn't be doing this" Ellie managed to choke out.
" Doing what?" He asked her as he kissed her on her neck.
" We d...don't have any special relationship, so this is inappropriate"
"Then let us have one"
"Hmm?" Ellie couldn't believe her ears. Her dreams are finally coming true.
"Be my girlfriend and then later you can be my wife" His proposal wasn't exactly how Ellie had imagined it to be several times, but who was she to complain about it?
"I will love too," Ellie said happily and Mr. Black smiled.
"I love you, Ellie," He said just before smashing his lips against hers.
The kids watched in disgust as Ellie and Mr. Black transferred their germs, as they liked to explain it.
"Liam" Layla said.
"Hmm?"
"Let us never kiss anyone in the future"
" I agree"
