Its time for shopping

"Riya's point of view,"
Harsh's words jolted me awake.
Riya, it's 10:00 a.m., get up.
It's Sunday, man.
Allow me to sleep.
Turning away, I whispered.
Have you forgotten about it?
Today we had to go shopping.
He tried to jolt me out of my slumber, reminding me once more.
I rubbed my eyes and replied, "Yes, I remember."
I fixed my gaze on him. He is already ready and about to go.
"Can you tell me where you're going?" I stared at him, perplexed, and asked a question.
I'm not sure what kind of inquiry this is.
We had to go shopping. He added with a smirk.
"Yes," I teased, "but you're already dressed."
He teased me even more when he said, "I got up early in the morning, so yes." I don't stay up as late as you do. I'm a noble boy. "
"Good thing," I said as I got out of bed, "go make breakfast now so I can be ready as well."
What's the point of making breakfast? It's not anything I'm concerned about, he replied in a firm tone.
"What do you mean, it's not your job?" "And if it isn't your job, who is it?" I said, my voice annoyed.
He smirked and said, "Yours."
He enjoys tormenting me. Because of his mocking behaviour, I always make an angry expression, and he keeps pulling my leg about it.
Because of our quarrelsome behaviour, people occasionally mistake us for brothers and sisters, but the weird thing is that the quarrel never escalated into a fight.
We both enjoy arguing with each other about trivial matters.
We love one another and are good friends, so we choose to spend our leisure time away from the office with each other.
Cooking is completely my responsibility, i.e., women, according to which book?
With my hands placed across my chest, I inquired.
"You will go cook breakfast," I said as I pushed him towards the kitchen after scooping him up from his bed.
He was upset as he complained.
This isn't right.
This is something you always do.
Every Sunday, you sleep late, and I have to make the entire meal.
"Who said you had to get up early every day?
Now that you've proven yourself to be a good guy, obey everyone, "I smiled.
He didn't respond to my comments, so he went to the fridge and got some milk to make tea.
After taking a bath in the bathroom, I went back to my room.
In a black crop top and black jeans, I looked stunning. Silver earrings and a silver wristwatch completed my attire. I did not pull my hair back into a ponytail today; instead, it left down to my waist.
"Have this for your tea," he said as he entered the room, his arrogant demeanour intact.
"How about breakfast?" My voice was authoritative as I queried.
He stated, staring me in the eyes, that he didn't know how to make breakfast.
"You're a fantastic young man. What's the big deal about making breakfast when you know everything?"I made fun of him.
I added another goal to my record, bringing the total to Me-20, harsh-0.
I dashed to the kitchen to make breakfast; after finishing, I slipped my phone into my pocket and walked out the door with my bags.
He said, "Wait, Riya."
"Can you tell me what happened?" I enquired.
He said to me, "Come inside for a minute."
"You asked me to go early in the morning, and now you're lying down by yourself."
He yelled, "Hey, come here first," as I stepped into the room, and I interrupted when he grabbed my waist and dragged me closer to him.
What are you up to, exactly? We're running late for our shopping.
I fought to get free from his grasp.
Shhhh...
By placing his finger on my lips and dragging me to the dressing table, he silenced me.
What do we look like when we're all together? First, let me have a look. "He said this while clutching my waist and putting his head on my shoulder from behind.
I drew my gaze to the reflection in the mirror.
"Wow! I think we're a brilliant match." With a flush on my face, I drooped my eyelids.
He then put kajal from the dressing table on a black spot near my ear.
"Why are you doing this now?" I enquired further.
He said, "To keep you safe from the evil eye."
Do you realise you look stunning with your hair down? Please tie them up. Except for me, I don't want you to see anyone else. "He made a possessive statement. "
"All right," I muttered quietly, "I'll knot my hair."
Most of the time, I wore my hair in a ponytail, but I would leave it open occasionally. I didn't want to tie my hair, but considering Harsh's possessiveness, I wrapped it and started tying a rubber band around it, but he refused to knot it.
"Can you tell me what happened?" His reaction caught me off guard.
"I understand you have to leave your hair open," he explained, "but I'll keep my possessiveness in check."
"Are you sure?" Uncertainty still muddled my thoughts.
"It doesn't matter who sees you," he said as he kissed my neck. But it does matter who, and I know you only see me among the crowd.
I sensed his intentions and said, "We will not be late now."
"Do you mind if we go shopping in the evening?" He mentioned this as he changed his mind.
"Not at all," I replied, as I yanked him away from me and walked out of the room.
"Please, Riya, go another day," he pleaded as he followed me.
"Are you insane? I got agitated. I'm sure Ashish is waiting for us."
He commanded, lifting his palm in front of me.
"All right, but promise me first that when you come back in the evening, you won't do anything else than spend time with me."
As I walked out the hall door in my shoes, I said, "Promise, it's getting late."
He took the car key and locked the front door of the house.
After a 20-minute drive, we were both standing outside the mall.
"Ashish has some urgent work; he cannot come," I said while displaying Harsh Ashish's WhatsApp message.
"I had already showed that we should go another day, but who pays attention to me?" He made fun of me.
I snapped at him, "Shut talking and get me some shopping inside!"
We walked to the showroom together, and Harsh offered it to me after he loved 2-3 outfits.
To try on the clothing, I went to the trial room. Harsh's remark is used to determine whether it should remove a dress or take it after being tried on.
Harsh has a fantastic clothing selection. He is the only one who has expressed an interest in my clothing.
I don't make any demands on myself. However, I admire his dress choices as well.
After 2 hours of shopping, I was done, and both of my hands were full of shopping bags.
Even though I was carrying so much weight, I couldn't walk properly.
I smiled and gave him a pleasant nod. He couldn't help me even if he wanted to because he was already carrying so many shopping bags.
"I'm completely exhausted. Is it okay if we take a break? I'm hungry as well."
I stared at him with a hopeful expression on my face.
He nodded and replied, "All right."
I found an empty table as soon as I went into the food court, dropped my bag onto a chair to the side, and sat on another chair to study the menu.
Harsh sat in the empty chair in front of me, his carry bag slung over chair to relieve his hands.
I put my finger on the menu card and said, "I'll take dosa."
He rose and said, "I'll bring it."
When my sight was directed to the opposite area of the food court, Harsh was taking orders at the food counter.
"Rachit, what is he doing here?"
