Black coffee
"Riya's point of view,"
To avoid Rachit's sight, I covered my face behind the menu card, but then I sat in Harsh's chair, where Rachit couldn't see me.
Riya, what drew you here? Harsh inquired about it after leaving the plate of food on the table.
I merely stated, "Nothing like that."
I prayed to God that Rachit would not be aware of my presence here.
Rachit's response to seeing Harsh and I together made me nervous.
Why am I so terrified?
Is there something I'm doing wrong? I've arrived to spend time with my boyfriend.
What am I supposed to do about Rachit's reaction?
What would Rachit's reaction be?
Why am I so terrified of confronting him now that I've previously told him everything?
I honestly do not know.
Why are you so upset, Riya?
Is everything all right?
After noticing my concern, Harsh questioned.
Nothing special, just a little tired.
"Are we going to go home?" I tried to hide from Harsh that I had pondered avoiding Rachit's stare.
"All right, let's go," he remarked as he took the carry bag from the counter.
I tried to take up the carrying bag at my side and just thought of walking away with Harsh.
"How are you doing, Riya?"
A familiar voice interrupted my thoughts.
I muttered uncomfortably, "H... h... hello."
Rachit had seen me, who is tormented by worry, and the same thing had occurred.
I introduced Rachit to Harsh by pointing at him.
"Rachit, this is my boyfriend, and Harsh, this is Rachit."
I was at a loss for words.
I'm not sure if I should call him a colleague or a friend.
After witnessing my transformation into a fetish, Rachit could understand my confusion.
Rachit introduced himself as my colleague and extended a handshake to Harsh.
Harsh said, shaking Rachit's hand and motioning to a vacant chair, "Hello Rachit, come join us."
While adjusting the shopping bag on the table and another empty chair, it surprised Rachit to see so many people carrying bags.
It takes so much shopping, it appears as if you bought the entire showroom! Rachit wondered.
"Not at all?" I responded while placing the shopping bag.
Harsh teased me, saying, "No matter how much Riya shops, it always seems to be less."
Harsh, you keep your mouth shut."You always seem to have a problem with my purchases," I screamed.
"Yes, since you always tell me to hold your carry bag, "Hard responded, aiming his response at me.
"Can't you help me out that much?" I stated that to blackmail him.
Harsh attempts to make fun of me. "No, absolutely not."
"I'm going to carry my shopping bags by myself," I said accusingly to Harsh.
Guys, take it easy. Rachit remarked, trying to mediate between the dog and cat's battles.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry," we both said, our gazes fixed on Rachit.
"Do you guys always fight like this?" Rachit asked, his surprised eyes widening as he glanced at both of us.
"Only when Riya is in a fighting mood." Harsh taunts me once more.
"Shut up, Harsh," I hissed, my gaze fixed on Rachit.
"Have you also come here to shop?" I approached Rachit and asked him a question.
That's exactly what I was thinking, although I doubt I'll be able to purchase anything right now. Rachit exclaimed as he drew a deep breath.
Rachit, what happened?
"Do you have a problem?" I inquired, reassuringly.
Harsh, too, had a bewildered expression on his face as he stared at Rachit.
Rachit teased me with a cheeky smile. "Well, after you've bought all the clothes in the mall, I don't think there will be anything else to buy in any showroom."
"What?" I was taken aback.
Harsh laughed heartily and replied, "I agree with you."
You don't pull my leg like Harsh, Rachit. Softly, I spoke.
"How am I going to replace Harsh?"those words suddenly burst out of his mouth.
"Exactly what do you mean?" My eyes widened in surprise as I inquired.
"I mean to say," Rachit clarified as he managed the matter, "I am not as skilled as Harsh at pulling your leg."
"Yes, I have 7 years of experience mocking Riya," Harsh claimed.
I'm sorry. I forgot to ask whether you wanted anything to eat.
As I extended the menu card towards Rachit, I queried.
Rachit returned the menu card to me and replied, "Black coffee."
"Do you like black coffee?"
"Riya enjoys black coffee as well," Harsh continued, affectionately glancing at me.
"Yes," Rachit said, with a shake of his head.
Do you also want a cup of black coffee? He interrogated me.
With a slight shake of my neck, I expressed my approval.
As he stood from his chair, Harsh said, "I'll fetch it."
Rachit observed as he stood from his seat, "No, you sit, I'll fetch it."
Rachit, everything is OK. As he reached the food counter, Harsh answered, "You will bring it the next time we meet."
As I observed Rachit sitting in front of me, my heart beat faster.
I wasn't sure what to make of his expression.
Rachit muttered, his gaze fixated on me. "You seem more beautiful with your hair open.
"With a rosy gleam in my eye, I said, "Thank you."
"Will you look after my shopping bags?" I requested Rachit as I got out of my chair.
Give me a minute and I'll be there. Rachit nodded but remained silent. Perhaps he was aware of my desire to avoid him.
I sat on the toilet seat after closing the bathroom door.
I took a deep breath.
Rachit's quick appearance caught me off guard.
In a black casual shirt and light blue jeans, he looks gorgeous.
His muscles are clear in this slim-fitting shirt.
"Oh my god," his muscles are visible in this slim-fitting shirt.
Please tell him he shouldn't wear a black shirt. Don't fold the slips, even if you are wearing them by accident.
I can't help but think about kissing Rachit's lips when I see him like this, and I'm not sure why I lose control when he's in front of me.
I'm not sure what the magic in his eyes is, but the moment he sees me, lightning rushes through my body.
Put your nonsense down. Riya, how could you think that?
Isn't he handsome?
Doesn't he look good?
There is no doubt in my mind that he is.Is Harsh's physique unattractive?
It was unlike anything else I'd ever seen.
Harsh has an appealing physical look.
What exactly is your issue?
Why do you say such misleading things when you see Rachit in front of you?
I don't know why I do it.
But, like Rachit, I am powerless to conceal the truth.
Yes, but this is a well-guarded secret that I will never divulge.
I'll tell no one that I like Rachit, no matter what happens.
I got out of the toilet, putting an end to my mental monologue.
As I gazed in the mirror above the washbasin, I was blushing and thinking about Rachit's compliment.
What makes Rachit's tiny comment so pleasing to me?
I'm not sure if he was telling the truth or if he was merely flirting.
