Chapter 22

After Derek confessed his love to Elizabeth, her stomach filled with butterflies. She felt the same way about him. But she had a lot of that is holding her down; her husband and two kids and a life and a career.
She knew she couldn't go through with the relationship with him, but she really wanted to give it a try. She didn't know how to tell him that she wanted to be with him just for a time being there.
She kept quiet for minutes, and then looked into his eyes.
"Look I I understand how you feel. And I feel almost the same way but I'm a married woman. If we do this, there'll be no strings attached to any strings attached will be the strings attached. And it's only while I'm here in Chester. I like it too and I feel like I could just be free while I'm here."
She said and held his hand.
"Yea I understand and I will take anything Just to be with you. I will take anything." He said.
"Okay, can I ask your for one more if requested." He smiled.
" What is that? Can you stay at my please while you're in Chester? I mean, I don't like the hotel you're at, its too far from me and it doesn't suit you.
You have a short time here and I want to spend all of it with you. " He said.
She was happy to hear about this. But she didn't want that to be very obvious.
"Yeah. I'll think about it. Maybe tomorrow. Tomorrow." She said.
"No, don't wait till tomorrow. We can do that today. Why don't you go over to your hotel? You know what? Let's go pack your bags, and we'll go to my place. You can have everything you want today at my place."
He held that and kissed her. She felt nervous.
"You can kiss me outside." She said "I'm married woman."
" Nobody knows you here." He said.
" Well, that was true."she said.
He drove to up to a hotel. And she went into a room to pack her bags.
Her roommates Leah was surprised when she saw Elizabeth packing the bags.
"What are you doing Elizabeth? Where are you going?" She asked.
" I'm changing location. I'm tired of being with you." Elizabeth said.
"What do you mean you you're changing your location? We are supposed to be together. Do we have no sorted out the issue with the mayor and this is a work trip remember? She asked.
"I will do my job. The mayor is going to give me a call when he's ready." Elizabeth replied.
" Wow, I can't believe you're actually leaving this hotel."
" Yes, I'm leaving. And I'm really tired of you." Elizabeth snorted at her.
" Wow. Are you going with him again? The guy in the black SUV the one that sent a limo."
"look. I can't stand you." She said she packed her bag and she left.
Derek drove towards his place. He the bottler to make something nice for her while they were on the way there. She was excited to be with him. When she got to the apartment she explored more of what she saw the other day. The rooms there were more than 40 rooms in the mansion. It was magical. She had never seen such beauty in her life. She felt like she could write a documentary about it and make a good story .
She made a joke to Derek about writing a documentary about his apartment. He said he likes to keep this stuff privates but he will do it for her. For for her to do anything. She smiled.
They chatted all nights. They chatted through to the rest of the day. And all night. Later, they got more passionate and closer. Derek made sweet love to her. It was like nothing she had ever felt before in her life. She was in cloud nine. David kiss her passionately. He touched her passionately in places she had never been touched before.
She had been with a lot of other men but she has never felt that way before. She got really comfortable in his apartment. They made love in lots of corners of the house,the pool. And she took a beautiful pictures.
She forgot her real life for a moment. She was actually on vacation. She got a call from my husband not too long. He husband asked her how she was doing, She claimed she was doing fine. Of course she was doing very fine.
She also told him that she planned to postpone her stay at Chester city.
And he was sad to hear about this.
She claimed that the mayor of the city is playing some games on her. But told him not to worry. That she'll get what she came here for and it will make a huge difference in her career.
She later broke the news Derek telling him that she's going to be in Chester city for longer than she thought. Excited about Because she will be with him.
This on another night. After a long tour tour, chatting and a lot of lovemaking. Derek looked into the highs and said "Elizabeth I want you to drop the prison story."
She is was shocked. She did not know what to say she wondered are we knew about the prison story.
"What do you mean drop the prison case? How do we and how do you know about this?
It doesn't matter how I know about this? You need to drop the story it won't do you any good.."" He said."
What were you sent to me? Is tat a threat?" she got furious.
Was I sent to you? That is hilarious." Derek laughed.
She wrapped the bedsheets around her bust and immediately and sat up.
She paused for a minute.
Is that why you've been with me? All this is a lie? she said in shaky voice.
It is not a lie. It's true. It's true that we slept together, it's true that you're married with kids So I would like you to drop this case. He demanded.
No, I'm not going to drop this case. You're trying to blackmail me? You have no evidence against me.
Whoa, I have no evidence against you?. He laughed "I have the camera footage of our pornography. Cameras are installed all over this house come on!"
I don't want you to think I'm that cheap. But I wouldn't do that to you. Anyways, I just want you to drop the story." He added
Elizabeth was sad. She felt betrayed. But she knew she caused this betrayal for herself. She had betrayed the husband first.
"Do you want to see the videos I can show you. He clapped his hands and one of his servants brought a computer filled with videos of them hand him making love everywhere in the house. She cried her eyes out. But she knew she brought this upon herself. She was unfaithful to her husband and this was the punishment for that.
So you think the prisoners are your bigger stories? Don't be stupid. Elisabeth." He said "These people you call prisoners. They have no right anymore. They are evil. They're evil and they do evil things . They've killed, raped and if they if they are released to the city they will still do terrible things without remorse. They don't deserve to be in a working system , or you want to write a story about them, you want to see their well being? You're not a good person you're a terrible person. You are even worse than I am and you deserve everything coming to you. I don't want you to argue about this for too long. I want you to pack your things and get the hell out of my house. Because you're a terrible person. Everything I said about you is wrong. Yeah, you're pretty. You're pretty you're beautiful. Apart from that you're very stupid. You think this is stupid story will give you your break through you thirstily seek? No look for something better. like a story on how a married journalist went to a small city to write a story but got distracted by a handsome lad for flashed her his wealth." Derrek narrated.

"Yeah. And the people they hurt have families too! I cant stand this bitch! He called out to his servants and bottler who dragged her out from the house the middle of the road.
She had never been this embarrassed in whole life that means. she reasoned for a minute that the story she came for might have more to it than it really did but now she was in a mess. That Mayor is hiding something. She cried and cried. She thought about what was she going to do? Her life has been ruined if a husband leaves her. She has no way to go.
