Chris could not believe the words that came out from Barbra's mouth.
This bitch is dumb! He laughs out loud.
"Oh dear Barbra I swear you make me laugh each and every fucking time, look I'm not really attracted to you, like you're not my type." he said.
"You are joking Chris!" she said "You are just trying to play hard to get. I saw the way you looked at me. I saw and I felt you. I know what it means when someone is in love with me. "she said.
"What? Love! L .O. V. fuckin E. You're driving me crazy sis. How could you ever think I fell in love with you? I'm in love with my wife Sandra. Have you met her? She is beautiful. Have you seen my mistress also? Hmm she looks like a goddess.
So where do you stand in between those two. You're not even a five and you want me to love you? Have you met my wife? Come on how be in love with? My wife is my mistress my world and my mistress, I can't do without so do you stand in this equation? You are far behind.
So please don't ever think I was falling in love. I think you should stick to your husband Barbara. You're not my type and I am way out of your league so the sooner you learn that, the better for you." Chris mocked.
"Are you holding on to a reorder or are you wired to tape or something? Are you trying tried to report me to my wife, because I think you're overreaching. But how could you ever think that I will be in love with you? The only reason we shagged was because of the useless blackmail you had over my head and but now the secret is working to my own advantage nowadays. You should have just stuck to crumbs you were getting from me. But now you lost everything. Oh you didn't just lose me. You're also losing your mind Barbara. You are not my type. Where do you stand in on this space? Way behind like, far behind. So how would you ever think that will be in love with you?

Chris made more joke Sandra was ashamed. Barbra was embarrassed because she had made a complete fool of herself and she did not know how to redeem herself from this rubbish. She thought of what to say to redeem myself from the rubbish that she had put herself into. His laughter was annoying and she felt like stabbing him in the throat.
"Well, At least you still have your brains. Chris. I was only pulling your legs. And yes, I was trying to get you good. So that our stand that I can have proof for your wife. I know you can't get your eyes off me but you're just trying to win this war so you were able to regulate the situation. But you would fall, you would fucking fall and you know what? I will be there to watch you slip." She said she left his office.
After Barbra had left his office Chris could not believe what he had just experienced. It was so hilarious. He thought about telling his wife that her friend has been hitting on him for a very long time but he couldn't do that.
He knew that the moment he tried to say anything about Barbara, she wouldn't mind blurting about how they had had sex previously. Barbara was a bit shameless
He was not sure of what Barbra was capable of, especially now that she knew that she couldn't have him anymore. She would not mind leaving her husband for this secret to come out. This bitch is that crazy, she just wants to see everyone fall and she could orchestrate anything to see that happen.
This made Chris think more about Violet. He Just couldn't wait for them to take that vacation like that they had planned to the Maldives.

Violent knew that she could not be living without a job. If she didn't get a job as a librarian, at least she could get a job at something else.
Violets thought that now that she's in in a new area, that she could find a job close in the library in her new area.
This time, she did not fill any application, she went there straight and talked to the owner of the library and they saw that she was good. So when she went to the to the library in a new area to apply, they couldn't give us the position that she was hoping to get. But they gave her a junior position and she accepted it with open hands and even though she was more qualified for the role. Violet was very excited to start a new job. It has been ages since he has gone to work.
Violet was excited to start work especially in the place that she likes to be. She could have gotten worse like getting a job at a diner or something so she was thankful for this. When violet got home, she broke news to her roommate about how she had gotten a job. Mara was very excited for her. She knew that at least her depression would reduce even though she didn't get the position that she wished to get she knew that the violet would get stronger with time.
Violet also informed Luca about the library and he was super excited for her. He insisted that they celebrate with drinks. So violet she went out to get drinks.
She was to resume her new job in the next week. So all the new dresses she got as her time of depression would be well utilized especially now that she is in the new area.
Steel could not wait for Dominique to get back from a trance, He was tired of waiting in his manor so he decided to take a break and leave Gay in charge of the Manor for that day.
Violet was dressed in a beautiful red dress for work today and her dress synced with her hair, making her look like an expensive Red velvet cupcake, she dressed look really good. In fact, she dresses more expensive than the role she was employed for. She got comment from people admiring her dress and shoes around the library. At least her money did not go to waste she thought.
Someone even addressed her as the manager when they brought a business proposal to the library until she told them that she would submit it to the manager and get back to them.
People wondered where the new face popped up from. Especially ladies. They wondered if she was a new wife who was married to one of the rich men in Taylor, and she just got bored of staying at home so she decided to work at the local library. To them, that was the only explanation for being able to afford such expensive taste.
Violet did not have our own personnel office like she did in her former library but she was happy to be there. She was going through the kind of books that the library had, and she tried to change the arrangement of books based on what she knows, and also get familiar with the ones she wasn't familiar with. She gave ideas to her boss on how to promote the library while recommending things to change and what to improve on. Her boss was impressed; he knows that Violet deserves a bigger position with humongous salary but she needed to prove it first.
Violet did not feel lively as she felt as work mostly because she did not have Luca around her to make silly comments about everything. She really did miss Lucca at work. But at least, she can still see him when she likes, He just isn't as accessible as he would usually be.
Violet couldn't lie to herself that she got very bored at people staring at her and the un familiar faces. At a point, she was dosing off but she had to go the bathroom to wash her face and give a good impression on her first day of work.
A Guy walked straight to her and said he needed a book. Violet asked him what book he wanted and she told him where to find it, but the guy came back again to say that she gave him a wrong description.
Violet apologized to him because she thought that she had made a mistake, so she checked the book keeping record and saw that she was right.
Violet then decided to go check the book out or herself. When she got there she found the book just where she said it would be and the guy started laughing.
