After Eric got on top of Luca and it didn't work, Lucca gave on the sex already he went back to start the car when Eric pulled Luca out of the car and Luca followed him silently and started Kissing and caressing him in the quiet street. Eric laughed with Violet and in time, they started getting along Eric later he apologized to Luca about how he had treated violet. He told he told Luca that Violet was actually a cool person and he was just blinded by jealousy and Lucca, I agree with him.
Eric and violet planned to hangout alone one of these days and thy both looked forwards to it.
Sandra felt that she who had won the battle against her husband's mistress until her Intel told her again about how her husband sent Violets a sum of $10,000 cash. Sandra was pissed. She believed that her husband was not same and he had been influenced by Violet. She believed that Violet had something over him that she was using to blackmail him so she decided to unleash the next phase of her plan.
She we invited the landlord of the house over to see her and told him that you want this rent the place where violet stays. The landlord told that the house was fully occupied and there was nothing he could do. She explained to the landlord that she needed the apartment specifically for personal reasons.
She said she was going to pay off the rent of the former person living there and pay her own rent for the apartment for rest of the year so that he can refund the little money for the person living there currently. She also offered to add a little something for his trouble. The landlord was shocked, this woman was offering him way more than what he makes in that apartment for a year! And he could even lie that the former occupant payed for her full rent for the year and get it back. That is more than double of what he makes in that apart for a year and he would be a fool to deny such offer.
This offer was really tempting and he could not let it go so and he decided to sign the agreement and at lease the house of over to her.
After violet had a wonderful time in Lucca's place. She decided to go back to a miserable life.
She was seated in the house. She had a knock on the door. She ran towards the door think it was Eric. When she saw her landlord at her porch, her face went down when she saw him. She never appreciated his visits. Anytime he comes around the house, it's when the rent is about due or when he had bad news to deliver. She knew that her rent was not due yet. So she was wondering what he was doing knocking her door.
She looked down on her because she wasn't interested in seeing him.
"Hello, How can I help you?"
"Hello miss, how are you doing today?" he smiled. "Can I have a word with you? He requested.
"Ok go ahead…" she said.
The land lord was surprised that Violet didn't invite him to come in. "Can I come in?" he asked.
"No, we talk here." She insisted.
"Ok if you insist, I will be renovating this apartment and I will need to do that as soon as possible." He said
"Are you crazy? Violet was not ready to listen to his shit. "I live here and my rent is not due here, so don't stress me." She said angrily.
"I understand and that is why I will be giving you back the rest of your rent, so you can find someone new." he said.
"No you can't do that, that is absurd. I have never owed you rent before and if you try shit with me, I swear well meet in court.''
"Look Miss violet, there is nothing the court can do and before you get to court you'll be out of this place already. And if you read the agreement of the building when you moved in here, it states that I have the right to end our contract on a fair note if i experience any level of discomfort, or get concerning your apartment."
"What the hell are you talking about, you don't even stay here." She asked in confusion.
"Well I got complaints from your neighbors." He said.
"Now you a confused. First you want to renovate, now its complaints. You sound crazy!" she said
"Oh so now we are insulting each other. Look miss Violet, I will advise you to utilize your time and look for an apartment instead of visiting the court." He said as he handed her a check of her remaining payment violet was furious at the rubbish he was saying she couldn't control her anger. She grabbed the landlord by the neck of his shirt and started yelling at him and asking who sent him. The landlord was scared; he didn't know that his delivery will end up in physical assault. He tried to release himself from her strong grip but he couldn't. he could see that she was indeed furious. Many things went through his head as violet grabbed him aggressively. If he knew that his visit will be this bad, he would have just sent her a letter.
"Let go of me Miss Violet, before you do something you will regret." She said in shaky voice.
"You should have thought about that before you came to my house to deliver this stupid news you Midget!" she grabbed him harder and shoved him to the wall. The landlord tries to push violent hand off him then she got angrier and started slapping and pouncing on him. The landlord wondered where Violet got her strength from. He wondered if someone had pissed her off before now and he came at the wrong time.
Eric and violet were supposed to hang out today, so he came bringing lunch. When he came into the compound, he saw her pouncing on the landlord. He ran immediately the get her of from the landlord. Eric try to calm her down seeing how worked up and furious she was.
Eric had never seen Violet in so much rage. He never imagined her to be someone who throw hands. There is so much to this girl that I don't know he thought.
Eric asked what the issue was and the landlord dusted himself up as he breathed heavily. He knew that he should have eaten lunch before coming to break a bad news to a tenant. He could barely stand on his feet but he had to comport himself. Where do this bitch get such strength from? he thought.
