Chapter 76

Cooper started going from place to place, asking questions from everybody that he knew and had had contact with except Violet's close friends.
He only contacted people that he knew that had something to do with her one way or the other.
He went back to the former owner of the library, Mr. Hemsworth and asked him how violets purchased the library. Mr. Emsworth said he wasn't willing to answer any question that he had been through a whole lot of tossing and turning around from anything that had to do with Violet and he was done. He said he had no business consigning anymore, and he would not want to put his mouth on things that do not concern him.
Cooper was disappointed at all he said and he wondered if Mr Hermsworth was having some kind of loyalty to Violet. He was very sure the Violet was laundering money In the library, but the library was a very slow place to launder money. Anyways he did not mind, he was willing to let his suspicion fly.
All he needed was to get a warrant for To search the library.
Cooper was trying his best to not make it obvious that he was investigating Violet. He didn't want to raise any suspicions from her or from his bosses. So he had to only speak to people that were not too close to her.
He went to the library where violet formerly worked and asked a colleague Kate, the one that Violet had a little fights with, who spread the news about being a sex worker. He asked her if she knew any Violet. "So when was the last time you saw your best friend like you claim?" Cooper asked.

"So I am investigating your little friend Violet . She left this library, and the library where she works now, she owns it." Cooper said.
"really? The owner of a new library? How?" Kate asked.
"Well she claimed that she went on a vacation anyway. I just want to know if there is anything shady, you think violence is involved in?" Cooper said.
Well, No, Apart from what she told me that she's a sex worker. I think that's the only shady thing. And it is no crime to be a sex worker in our great country, is it?" Kate said.
"No, it isn't. But she really told you that she's a sex worker. Are you sure about that?" Cooper asked.
"Yes, she did. And she got mad at me because I told a few people that she was a sex worker. And they tried to patronise her. Wow! So you mean she owns a library now?" Kate confirmed.
"Yes, she owns a library. And not just that she owns a house, in Taylor the house that she lives in. She is now the new owner." Cooper added like a little gossip.
"Oh my god. So there's so much money in this business. I think I'm going to change your line of business. I mean, I don't think being a librarian is my destiny anymore. I think I need to move on." Kate soliloquies.
This detective looked at and nodded his head.
"Please can you try to keep our little meeting private, Miss Kate?" Cooper begged.
"No, that's my friend, we talk about everything!" Kate said.
" Hmm will a good friend abandon you like that and not keep you updated with things in her life? I doubt she even has your number" Cooper said.
" I can give you her address and the address of her new library if you promise to tell me if you see anything shady in her ways." Cooper added.
"No I can't rat out my friend but fine I'll not tell her about our meeting." She said.
He thanked her for her cooperation and then he left. Kate had a lot going through her mind at that moment.
She decided that she was going to go and ask for a contact from a boss or she was going to get it from the HRs form. So she would call her. she thought that she needed to be closer to her. Since Violet is now a big girl, like the detective said, Violet needs to show her the way and how she does her thing. So that she would also be a house owner.
Violet has been able to adapt to a new life so quickly. But she was missing something in life. It's been a while since she saw Steel. And it's been more like a long distance relationship these days. all they did was talk on the phone. She did not like it and she wanted to go and visit him so bad steel told her that it was impossible for her to come and see him. Violets was pissed.
"What do you mean? It is impossible for me to come and see you. What is this? Is this why you sent me off so you will never see me again. Even when we were not dating. I used to see more than this. So what are you talking about?" Violence was so angry as she hung up the phone.
She did not like everything that was going on. In fact, everything does not matter anymore. Since the one person she wanted to see was not willing to see her.
Violet did not know what to do. It changed her whole mood for the day. And she had to stay in isolation from other people. She did not want to let out our anger and annoyance on others. She stayed in our office all day. At the end of the day, Violet drove home quietly and went to take a shower.
She took a long shower while washing her hair and bathing and brushing her teeth. After she stepped into a room to take a towel and wipe herself clean.
There he was sitting at the corner of a bed on the chair where she had put it specifically for him.
"Hello Violet!" He said.
Violet was so excited. She jumped on him and hugged him tightly immediately.
Steel,you are here. Oh my god!"she said.
Steel smiled at her babyish act.
"Ahem I think if you put on some clothes" steel said,

" Well, I think he should take off your clothes." she replied.

" If you think I should put my clothes on, then you shouldn't be creeping around a girl's room like a little perv." she said and she teased him around his neck, then kissed him passionately. Steel returned the kisses.
. He had missed her touch. He had missed everything about violets. He knew that this moment, right here is where he always wants to be.
She felt his warm skin take over her cold body as she took off his clothes slowly, and she kissed every inch of his body while tickling her hands through his nipples. As violet kissed Steel, and took off his clothes slowly, still could not remember the last time a human has actually been this free with him. She actually wanted him like it was not even a joking matter.
